Tournament Part 3

Walking down after a crushing defeat, Yokuma walked to the crowd where everyone stared at him with steel-like expressions.

"Don't worry Yokuma the will of fire shines bright in each every one of us"

"Yeah! as long as you don't give up you can come back even stronger" Most of these kids yelled as they thought he was down.

Some of the girls just looked at the Hyuga with puppy love-filled eyes, not even caring about the person he just beat.

Then there was a hand that gripped his shoulder firmly. Turning around he saw Guy, Obito and Kakashi. Guy and Obito had an encouraging and optimistic expression while Kakashi was just... well Kakashi.

"It's okay Yokuma you can just your last opponent as a goal to surpass just like me and Kakashi."

He then looked to Kakashi and yelled "RIvals!" with his smile and a thumbs up

Obito just said in a high "Damn you got a pretty hard opponent as a match up."

"If you had anybody else except him you could have easily got into top 7" Kakashi added while nodding at Obito's last statement.

"Yeah, thanks guys but I just need to grow stronger.... no we all do" Yokuma glanced at every one of them with determined eyes to which they all just nodded heavily.

Soon the crowd stopped chattering amongst each other as the fight was about start.

The fights went on as they usually did. But there was one more fight left.

"Choza Akamichi vs Fukawa"

They both stared at each other from across the centre. Choza just had a carefree smile while the other was frowning and staring down at his opponent.

Choza just got into a wide stance and Fukawa just put his front foot forward. Yamfumi then raised his hand in the air and made a slicing action, "Begin!"

As soon he shouted Fukawa just tried breaking through the air with his peak mid-level speed which Choza couldn't react to, so he raised his arms to cover his face...

*BOOM *BOOM* *BOOM*

Punches after punches were thrown to the body and arms of Choza but strangely he didn't even move an inch or make a sound at all. At first, Fukawa was full of joy as he had already got the advantage. His speed, but later on he was confused than after a while he became concerned and lastly in disbelief.

*PUFF* *HUFF*

"How?! Why isn't anything working!?" Fukawa just stood apart from him panting heavily with his eyes in confusion and dismay.

Choza just gave no reply and started taking big steps towards his opponent.

"NO! D-don't c-come a-a-any closer" Fukawa's face turned pale and widely gazed at him in horror.

He started backing up while stumbling toward the crowd with utter despair and trauma written all over his face. "Help! Someone I-I c-can't do this!" He yelled as he just fell on his butt and sat down on the ground not daring to even glance at his opponent.

"Winner Choza Akamichi!" Yamafumi flicked in front of the scared little boy and shouted.

"Huh?" Fukawa just felt something wash over his body to rid him of this burden and a sigh of relief came soon after but...

"HAHA, guys look he peed his pants what a scared little cat" Soon a herd of laughter came afterwards.

"EWW," All the females exclaimed in pure disgust.

Fukawa's blood rushed rapidly towards his face as he was filled with shame and embarrassment.

The teacher just shook his head in disappointment while it was in his palm.

"Fukawa goes sort yourself out a sigh," He said in a hopeless voice.

He then ran as quick as he can into the academy building while everyone just stared at him going past in ridicule, disgust or laughter.

*Clap* Clap*

"Attention, the next round will be the seven contestants, four fights and only four of them will advance to top four as a few have dropped out for this last round."

"This means Kakashi will join the next round"

"First is Guy vs Maiyo Shimura"

"Hey, that's me! Kakashi my rival you better not lose Hiyaa!" Guy yelled and leapt onto the stage enthusiastically. The opponent just kept his eyes on him the whole time nervously and with a dirty look.

Guy stood in a stance that came from a martial arts movie. His body was low, eye contact was from the neck and the knees were bent.

The Shimura kid just got into his usual high stance with a low guard and clenched and eyebrows ready for any attack.

"Begin!"

*SWISH*

Guy just jumped up in the air and lifted his right leg to come smashing down onto his opponents head. Maiyo just stood there and froze looking at that thing that caused a shadow on his heart.

As the kick was coming down enveloping him in darkness, he got a grip and quickly jumped to the side. Guy just laughed loudly at this and flipped in the air and landed the kick on his back.

This made Maiyo lose his balance. He gritted his teeth and tried to push himself up from falling. This distracted him from his opponent.

*BANG*

Guy came in a flash towards his opponent and sent him flying into the crowd with his abnormal strength.

"YOSH! Kakashi what do you think" He said while pointing to Kakashi. Kakashi just nodded his head.

"Winner Might Guy!"

"HAHA! No one will stand in my way" He said in a joyful tone. Guy went back to his original position in high spirits while whistling

Maiyo just lay there for a second and stood up with a look that expected this to happen. He wasn't bothered about it as he just brushed himself off and walked into the crowd.

"Next Hisajami Hyuga vs Choza Akamichi"

Choza was still walking up to the stage with a carefree expression after he gave his chips to Shikaku. Hisajami also wore the same observing and calm expression on his face.

They both stood apart from each other. "Begin!"

Hasiijami just moved at the speed of mid nearing high academy level and threw a palm forward.

"PSH"

The sound of his palm hit his arm but his opponent didn't react, so he jumped back a few steps.

"I missed" The Hyuga muttered under his breath.

Hisajami got into a lower stance bending his knees to the max and increasing his acceleration. He launched himself into the air going at even faster speeds than before.

"PSH" "PSH" "PSH"

His palms repeatedly hit Choza until...

"AHH" Choza screamed out as lost the will to even keep his guard up.

Hisajami was just about to finish the job when... "Winner Hisajami Hyuga," Yamafumi said while grabbing the flying palm from his wrist.

Hisajami still kept his face of indifference as he walked off. Choza also walked into the crowd next to Shikaku who just patted his best friend on the back and handed him his chips.

Choza then went on to furiously eat their chips and accidentally the packet too. Everyone raised their eyebrows and just bickered amongst each other.

"Such a fat crap I don't know how he came to this stage"

"I know right the tub of lard can't even sit down without his pants tearing up"

"Tch the pig should learn how to control himself"

"How can a pig control himself?"

This never made Choza angry but he started to shed tears without any noise. To which Shikaku just comforted him.

"That's enough!" The teacher shouted.

"Now Ebisu vs Kakashi"

Ebisu had already given up before the one-sided fight started. Kakashi as usual just walked up to the centre with his hands in his pockets. He had a bored look as some of the females in the class were cheering his name.

"Make you sure you don't lose my rival!" Guy just smiled and gave a thumbs up.

Kakashi just looks at Ebisu with a tired look.

--POV Ebisu--

Why... Why do I have to get paired up with this guy? I am too unlucky. Even though I have had easy opponents throughout this whole tournament, Kakashi is just beyond my level.

Even that guy Yokuma could have beaten me but the Hyuga beat him. So I was lucky in that regard but now I am done. But he is looking down on me, maybe I could use this to my advantage.

Underestimating me might be his downfall. Yes that's it I can just do that then I will be the best hahaha. As soon as heard my teacher say begin I started circling him.

He was doing the same too... The renowned genius Kakashi already falling into my tra-.

*THUMP* *THUD*

Blank... I saw nothing but then suddenly a loud voice awakened my senses.

"Winner Kakashi Hatake"

"Ah what happened" while holding my head I exclaimed

"He just punched you right in the head," Yamafumi sensei said.

What!.... No way did I actually think of beating a monster like him. I couldn't even see him move. It doesn't matter though. I am in the top seven of this class so a lot of people will look up to a genius like me.
