Chapter 19: A, Darui & Yugito Nii

As I entered the land of lighting I could feel chakra signatures starting to appear close to me, each of them following me from a distance. None of them came within 400 feet, it was rather annoying actually, it felt like flies constantly buzzing around my head.

I slowed down and started to walk rather than run, I could feel a strong and unusual chakra signature starting to get closer to me, it felt like lighting but more fluid somehow.

Whoever it was rushed towards me at high speed, I felt a slight killing intent so I pulled out my sword and swung towards the new comer. My blade clashed with another, I activated my Ao Sharingan when I saw who it was. The future Fifth Raikage, Darui.

My Status now showed storm release, I remembered it was a combination of Water and lightning release. It allowed the user to fire out beams of lighting like water.

"I'm sorry about this, but I must insist that you disarm and follow me" Darui said while signalling the rest of his force to appear from the soundings.

"You could have just asked" Although I understood why, he didn't need to threaten me. I pointed my sword to the floor and backed up a few steps.

"I'm sorry but I need you to hand over the sword" he held out his hand. The rest of the ninja were still ready to jump at any moment.

I let out a little laugh which Darui and the rest looked a little confused. "I can but it won't help" I placed my sword in his hand. Before he could do anything with it, I transformed it back in to chakra and it flowed back in to my body.

"Interesting" Darui looked at me more closely.

I reached in to one of my front pockets, everyone who saw me tensed but and readied their Kunai to throw.

I took the scroll I was given by the hunter ninja from my inventory and pulled it out of my pocket. I held it out to Darui and he made another signal which made the rest stand down disappearing back in to the woods, I could still feel their Chakra nearby ready to jump back in.

"What is your name?"

"Light"

"I'm sorry for the rude appearance but a powerful chakra appears on our border we need to check it out" looks like he has been told about me, not surprising he is the Raikage's right hand man.

"Don't worry about it, next time maybe just try introducing yourself" I let out a laugh.

"I'm sorry, I know it's dull but I still need you to follow me. The Raikage requested for you to be taken to him as soon as you arrived"

"That's ok I was hoping to speak to him. Will it be ok even with this though?" my sword reappeared back in my hand. The hunter ninja would have mentioned it in their report so there was no use hiding it and it leaves no doubt to my identity.

Darui stared at my sword and then back to me. "It's fine but if you could keep it stored, if you bring it out we will have no choice but to restrain you"

"No problem" I let the sword turn back in to chakra.

I followed Darui back to hidden cloud village, it was beautiful. The scenery was much better than the leaf village. I couldn't feel Killer B anywhere in the village so I guess he is off somewhere avoiding his brother. I could however feel another powerful chakra I could only guess was Yugito Nii, the Jinchuriki of the Two Tails. It was next to another powerful chakra of Kage level.

I had some strange looks as I walked through the village, mostly from cloud ninja. Darui noticed how tense I was, every step closer to the Raikage and the atmosphere was heavier and heavier, but Darui told me not to worry about it. Mind you the whole walk all he would do was apologies and tell me how dull things were.

We reached the Raikage's office and Darui knocked on the door.

"Come in" A deep voice I can assume belongs to A came through the door.

Darui opened the door and A was sat at his desk with Yugito Nii stood behind him, I could tell Yugito had been told to guard the Raikage. As soon as I entered the room she was ready to fight me at full strength.

"You are Light? The one who took down Yoshihara?" A stared me down, he looked angry as if someone was pulling an bad joke on him "You are a brat"

I knew A was headstrong man, he respected strength and action above anything.

I used flash step and as I did I could feel A's eyes on me the whole time, Even with my speed I could feel his eyes on me the whole time following me, I was sure that if he wanted to react he would have been able to, I appeared in front of him with my sword pointing at his throat.

"A wise man treats a stranger with respect, for he could be looking at the face of an enemy" A stared at me not flitching or reacting at all, both Darui and Yugito were both at my side. Darui has his blade to one side of my neck and Yugito has long fingernails pressed to the other side.

I let my blade turn back in to chakra and Darui started to relax. Seeing this Yugito looked to A and he signalled her to move back. I jumped down from his desk and stood a few meters away.

"Now that is over with, it's a pleasure to meet the four of you" I nodded my head to them all.

"Four?" A spoke but they all looked confused.

"Darui Jonin of the cloud, storm release user. A, Raikage of the cloud. Yugito Nii Jonin of the cloud and Jinchūriki of the two tails. And Matatabi, the two tails"

Yugito looked more shocked than the rest, I don't think that many knew the real name of the two tails.

"I like this brat" A laughed "He's got guts."

A kept laughing but his chakra was surging.

A's body was surrounded by Lighting and just as quick as lightning can strike he smashed his hand on his desk breaking it in two. "But, if you threaten me again I will crush your skull" Darui quickly tried to calm him down and started to apologise.

"I have prepared the bounty for you. Darui" A spoke and Darui took out a case with the money inside.

"Thank you, I also have a few things to discuss with you"

A didn't speak and kept his eye's on me, waiting for me to continue speaking.

I laid out the same deal I had made for the Hokage, He could offer me missions but I would only take missions I wanted to, I would be paid in Jutsu, no duplicates and I wouldn't participate in any wars.
