24 Volume III: Bonding Time Chapter 24: Team Shisui

With our speed we will reach Kirigakure in ninety hours, but if we take some breaks then it will take one hundred hours to reach there. With my teleportation, we can reach there pretty easily, but I haven't seen the place or I haven't marked the FTG Jutsu either so we just ran at a moderate speed so that we won't tire ourselves out.

Since it would take us only one day to reach the border of the Land of Fire, if we are in full speed, but with this speed we will reach there in one and half day, and from there we will have to get a ship to get to the Land of Water, and that too a disguised one. On our way I've been marking FTG seals after every five kilometres, this will immensely help in the time of future missions that I'll be taking and also, it might be far fetched, but it may be helpful during the fourth shinobi world war.

After travelling for three hours straight, we decided to rest. As the path to the border is full of forest we had taken necessary items for camp, but it's not needed this time. So we sat on a tree trunk, and Shisui said "I'll be on the lookout."

Saying that he was about to get up, but i stopped him and said "No need for that."

And did the summoning jutsu on my shadow, without infusing chakra, and the ten shadow soldiers who were in my shadow started to come out. There were water, fire, and lightning shadow soldiers.

Seeing them Shisui asked me "What are those? K thought your summons were owls."

"They're the shadow summons, it's an exclusive contract to me and they are not that famous in the summoning creatures, they're always secluded." I started bullshit my way through it.

"So, what can they do?"

"Mmm, if you show them a jutsu they will do it as their version."

"Good, then I'll take a nap first. We will only rest for thirty minutes, so ten minute break for each. Inform me immediately if there's anything alarming." Shisui said.

"Sure Captain." I said with a smile.

So he closed his eyes for his nap, and I deployed the ten shadow soldiers in different directions that would make a full circle.

Then there was silence, and we waited for Shisui to wake up from his nap. Looking at Yugao I asked "So, how is the team now?"

"They're as good as before." Pausing, she looked at me and said "Since Itachi became an ANBU Captain and left the team, Ko was happy. He's still sour about the Nine Tails attack."

"Ah... that can't be changed, since no one knows who was the one that really attacked the Leaf that night."

"True."

Suddenly, I got a warning from one of my Shadow Soldiers, so I quickly woke up Shisui and said "Enemy."

"Yeah, I noticed." Shisui said.

"So, what are we going to do? Engage in a fight or move out of their way?" Yugao asked.

"We're moving out. Can't have a battle here and delay our mission. So let's pick up our pace." Shisui said that and went in a different direction than we had planned, Yugao also followed him, but was reluctant as she wanted to confront the group.

But before leaving, I ordered two of my shadow soldiers to tail them. Because from my shadow soldiers eye's, I got to know that it was Zabuza and his team. Haku was with him and so were most of his followers. This means that most of the Kekkei Genkai users in Kiri are dead and the Kaguya Clan has already been wiped out.

From there we picked up our speed as we had to take the long way to reach the border. After five hours of continuous travel we took a break for thirty minutes again. This time we didn't go for a nap, but just sat there and replenished our stamina and chakra.

On the third day we reached the port, thanks to speeding up on our way here. As we reached the port, Shisui turned himself into a merchant and went to find some other merchants to get their boat for travelling to the Land of Waters.

In the meantime, Yugao and I Yugao henged into a merchant. Well, she did, I transformed with mystiques power. With this no one will able to identify me with their sensory and even the famed Ao of Kiri who uses the stolen byakugan won't even know I'm a transformed ninja. That's the plus of my power, as it won't give away any kind of information on my real chakra signature but gives a different chakra signature.

After an hour-long wait, Shisui came with a fat guy, clearly a merchant or rich noble, that's for sure. As they neared us Shisui spoke, pointing at me "That's Hōtarō.." Then pointing at Yugao he said "And that's Kōtarō."

"Mmm, alright. Since there's only three of you I'll take you with me to the Land of Water. But, fair warning. Except the capital, other places are in chaos thanks to the Mizukage. So just be careful when you go out of the capital."

"Yes."

"Alright. Then follow me."

Saying that he started to walk forward, benocking us to follow him.

After a minute or two we reached his ship and we boarded it. Then as all the luggage had been transferred to the cargo hold, we departed to the Land of Waves, where the Kekkei Genkai purge is going strong.
