"If you doubt me, then you can get out—"
"Ah!"
Both Naruto and Yu were abruptly interrupted from their conversation by a high-pitched scream nearby. They both spotted a white-haired man in tattered clothes running with a bag and a bundle in the distance. "My baby! He has my baby!" cried a frantic woman who had witnessed her child being abducted, along with her purse.
"This isn't over," with these words, Mt. Lady swiftly pursued the criminal. She transformed, growing to a towering twenty meters in height. Her colossal form thundered after the kidnapper. The criminal extended his left arm, unleashing a spiderweb-like substance from his wrist. It latched onto a nearby building, enabling him to swing away from the giantess who pursued him.
"Shut up, kid!" The criminal, despite his ragged and exhausted appearance, displayed remarkable skill as he used his web-slinging ability to navigate from building to building. However, the infant he held was wailing loudly, becoming an annoyance. "If you weren't worth a fortune, I'd gladly drop you!" He snarled, burdened by the infant he had been hired to abduct.
Reaching the rooftop of a building, he shot another strand of spiderweb that attached to a crane. He leaped, gaining momentum, but before he realized it, a kunai sliced through the rope that supported him. A silhouette fell upon him, and feet connected with his stomach, sending him flying several meters while releasing the baby.
The infant soared through the air and was eventually caught by the figure that had thwarted the kidnapper.
"Waaaah!" The baby wailed, and Naruto, who had been the rescuer, cooed at the infant, attempting to soothe the child. Looking up, he spotted Mt. Lady, who had returned to her normal size, alongside the child's relieved mother and several police officers. Naturally, the mother was the first to reach her baby, showering the savior with gratitude and relief. Naruto remained stoic.
"Wow, great job," Mt. Lady commended, approaching the teenager. However, before she could say anything more, she was pushed aside, and the sound of gunshots filled the air. At the edge of a building, the kidnapper wielded a firearm and opened fire upon the heroes and police officers in the street.
"If you don't bring me the child, kill the mother. If you fail me, you'll never see daylight again, Renji," were the haunting words that echoed in Renji's mind. The white-haired man pointed his firearm toward the mother of the baby he had just tried to kidnap, and bullets began to rain down.
"Damn!" Reacting swiftly, Naruto snatched the woman carrying the child, shielding her from the bullets, and took a shot through his right shoulder. Clutching his left hand around the sword's hilt, he flung it toward the villain who was now virtually immobilized, attempting to evade the incoming blade. It embedded itself into the kidnapper's left shoulder.
"Take care of her!" With the mother now in the hands of Mt. Lady, he turned his attention to the injured kidnapper who was now unable to move much. "He's out of his mind!" As he left the woman in the care of a nearby officer, Mt. Lady trailed both him and the wounded criminal. Not only was the young hero bleeding from the gunshot wound, but he was also leaving a trail of blood on the city streets, and time was running out.
Returning to the shinobi, he effortlessly scaled a building to pursue his target. Jumping between structures, he efficiently tracked him down. Running at full speed, he followed closely, displaying remarkable agility as he deftly navigated past any obstacles in his path. With a skilled leap, he landed atop the kidnapper, delivering a powerful kick that sent the criminal crashing into a giant sign.
"Phew," landing on a nearby building, the Uzumaki let out a sigh as he examined the hole in his shoulder. Dodging bullets had proven challenging, especially while safeguarding the mother and her baby. He noticed his sword stained with blood nearby, and he approached it at a measured pace. Retrieving the blade, he sheathed it before descending through the buildings to reach his fleeing quarry.
"You scoundrel... argh," the wounded man groaned as he crawled on the ground, blood seeping from the shoulder wound. As he witnessed the Uzumaki approaching, his eyes blazed with fury. "You son of a... You ruined everything!" He yelled angrily, reaching into his pocket to extract a glass tube, leaving Naruto puzzled. "But it won't end this way." Opening his mouth, he consumed the entire contents of the tube before dropping it, causing the glass to shatter.
"That thing again," the blonde muttered with annoyance as he observed the villain convulsing violently. The man began to grow in size, his muscles expanding and tearing his clothing, leaving him with only his pants. Strangely, his skin turned red, and his eyes darkened, while his white hair became spikier and more unruly.
"Argh!" In a grotesque transformation, four spider-like legs emerged from Renji's back, each extending to approximately five meters. They dug into the cement, raising the deformed villain, who completed his horrifying metamorphosis. "I will kill you!" His jaw split apart, revealing a long black tongue.
"Give it a try," Naruto retorted, reaching for his sword. However, a web sprayed by the transformed individual adhered to his right arm, yanking him and hurling him against a massive sign that crumbled upon impact. In the distance, the Uzumaki noticed he was near a train station. "Get out of here!" Frustration welled up as he realized the bystanders at the station were gathering to record the unfolding chaos rather than fleeing. "Fools!" He somersaulted away from the spider-like attacks, narrowly avoiding the onslaught of blows and thrusts delivered by the numerous limbs.
"I'll end you!" It seemed the last vestiges of consciousness in Renji were consumed by a singular goal: killing the person who had thwarted his plans. He lunged, spewing webbing to ensnare Naruto and then ramming him into a train car. "You're a dead bastard!" Wrapped in the cobwebs, the teenager absorbed a barrage of savage blows, each delivered by the villain's massive limbs.
Under the relentless assault, the train car was wrenched from its rails, its metal structure progressively deforming. In a matter of seconds, the villain paused, believing he had dealt a fatal blow.
"Weak..." Before the spider-like antagonist could react, a blade of electricity materialized in the shinobi's right hand, severing one of his arms. The villain recoiled when the teenager's foot connected with his stomach. Naruto, using the severed arm as an improvised bat, struck the villain's chin, sending him soaring through the air until he crashed onto the train tracks. He struggled to rise, only to have the Uzumaki descend from above.
"Enough games," stepping onto the spider-like humanoid's neck, Naruto drew his sword and held it at the kidnapper's head. The captive growled and strained with all his might to dislodge his executioner.
