"Hai!" Midoriya replied with a determined shout, glowing with even brighter green energy. With a serious expression, he kept his power at the new level he had reached, 15%, with his muscles getting a little bigger as he stood firmly next to his sensei.

With an angry look, Wolfram started running toward them. Each step he took made the ground shake and sent more debris flying their way.

Seeing the villain charging, Naruto grabbed Midoriya's arm and tossed him toward Wolfram. Then, he ran after him, extending his right arm to create a blade of electricity one and a half meters long. He used it to slice through anything that came their way. Midoriya did the same, using 70% of his power in his right arm to destroy several projectiles. Although Melissa's device was getting damaged, it held up against the force.

When they reached the villain, Midoriya landed a solid blow to his head, but Wolfram barely reacted. "You're toast!" Wolfram tried to crush Midoriya's head, but lightning struck his arm, stopping him.

Midoriya then kicked the villain's legs, causing him to stumble, and Naruto followed up with a downward kick to Wolfram's head, knocking him down. In anger, Wolfram tried to tear them apart with hundreds of small metal pieces swirling around him. But his attempt failed when a dome of electricity covered Naruto and Midoriya.

Now, he can move things around just by thinking," Midoriya explained thoughtfully. "To beat him, we need to take him to the sea where his heavy body will make him sink and drown, or hit him hard enough to break through his defense."

"Hummm," Naruto smiled slightly, pleased with Midoriya's smarts. The first plan seemed simpler, but they were two kilometers from the shore. "The second option..."

Naruto frowned, creating a concrete wall to shield himself. However, he got caught by a cable, lifted into the air, and slammed brutally onto the ground. Several large pieces of debris fell on him.

"One down, one to go," Naruto muttered, looking for Deku. To his surprise, Deku was far from the roof, protecting an unconscious David, All Might, and Melissa.

"Oto-san..." Naruto was relieved to see his father still breathing.

"Young Midoriya, are you okay?" All Might asked, concerned about Deku's condition.

"Yes... I-" Before Deku could finish, a shower of debris fell on them. Reacting quickly, he used his left arm to deflect most of the pieces, shielding himself from the smaller projectiles.

"Oto-san!" Melissa shielded her father from harm, but she was hit hard on the head and knocked unconscious.

Toshinori pushed Deku aside to shield him from an incoming pillar of rubble. As a result, he was struck and sent flying several meters away. Before he could finish his sentence, Deku was caught by a cable and dragged toward Wolfram.

As Wolfram prepared to strike, Deku broke free from the cable and delivered a powerful blow to Wolfram's stomach. The impact cracked Wolfram's armor, sending debris flying off the roof. Unfortunately, Deku's red glove shattered from the force.
