3 Chalter 3: Future Plans

Ken was thinking about a plan to get strong enough to defeat the future enemies of Konoha with the abilities he had on hand and the abilities he could gain in the future.

"Hmm, Since I am from the Sarutobi clan and the grandson of the Hokage, I could have access to any jutsus I want. Not only that, I can also have access to the jutsu notes of the Professor himself. Since I have just awakened my previous life memories, I know almost anything that I have watched in the anime, novels, and manga which includes the training method of rasengan and rasenshurinken."

'Since I am the son of the Hokage, no one would question me except my parents and grandpa about how I managed to learn such a jutsu on my own. I would make up some sh¡t excuse when they do.' He thought

Ken started thinking about the different areas of being a shinobi and what he could learn to become stronger.

He first analysed his favourite ninjutsu category where he would excel the most with his twin kekkei Genkais which also gave him the affinity towards four different chakra natures. So ninjutsu was sorted.

The only thing he might lack was jutsus for his kekkei genkais but his grandpa being the Professor will surely have something to help him. It looks like Ken will have to use the legendary puppy dog eyes jutsu against his grandpa.

He also realized that the true potential of Lava release and Ice release was not truly realized in the anime.

Ice release was only used by Haku and Haku mostly used it in the form of ice mirror jutsu. Though, it was a good technique, it would have become much more stronger if Haku lived and trained it more.

Lava release on the other hand was used by various people. Kurotsutchi, the fourth tsuchikage used it. Mei Terumi, the fifth mizukage also used it. Dodai, the attendant of both the third and the fourth raikage also used it.

He found Lava Release to be very versatile. In fact, Ken believed that it is the most versatile kekkei genkai apart from Wood release.

Lava release can be used in various ways. It can be used by firing molten and liquid Lava and burning his enemies down. It can be used in the form of rubber-like Dodai used in the Fourth Great Ninja War.

Mei used it in the form of acid that melted Madara's wood-style jutsu. Using it this way, the jutsu is faster and its range is bigger than using it in the form of lava but the firepower of the jutsu decreases.

While Kurotsuchi used it as the form of ash stone which managed to hold Kinshiki for a few seconds. Roshi the four tail jinchuriki even managed to use a lava release chakra cloak.

The possibilities are endless. That's why he was not worried about not getting something like a Sharingan or a Rinnegan as a boon. He was happy with what he got and he was going to make the best out of it.

'Alright, Ninjutsu done. Next up Taijutsu, thankfully I have trained my body and learned the basics of sarutobi taijutsu style during the past year. I don't really like taijutsu so let's just skip it for now. Eight inner gates might be powerful and all but it would kill the user in the end. But Taijutsu is very essential Ugh.'

Ken did not like doing exercises a lot. But he knew how much Taijutsu is essential. He hoped that he could just sit 100 meters away from the enemy and fire ninjutsu upon ninjutsu upon them to deal with them.

But the enemy would surely try to take advantage of his weak body. So he knew he had to be pretty good in taijutsu as well. Also, some of the jutsus he had in mind would require a strong physical body.

'Medical ninjutsu, puppetery, and Genjutsu would depend on my chakra control. I will think about that after I find the level of my chakra control and whether I have any talent in any three of them. So that leaves me with Fuinjutsu. I kinda like calligraphy so I might just learn fuinjutsu. Besides it's a broken skill to have.'

With his plan decided, Ken decided to start training tomorrow after meeting his grandpa.

While trying to sleep, Ken thought about the reason for his large amounts of chakra.

He then thought about what is chakra and how it is created.

'Chakra is created when two more primal energies, Physical energy, and Spiritual energy are merged. Physical energy is collected from each of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy on the other hand is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. These two energies becoming more powerful will in turn make the created chakra more powerful.'

Ken realised that it was not because of physical energy as his body although good was not much better than other clan kids. This left him with spiritual energy. But he was sure that he did not study much in his previous life and neither did he meditate much. Besides he lived only 19 years in his previous life.

So even if he had to get 19 years of spiritual energy or 19 years of life experience, the amount of chakra would still not be this big.

'Unless, I have been in some place where my soul was sleeping but gaining spiritual energy for decades or even centuries.' Ken realized that it was the most likely reason for having high chakra reserves.

With that thought in his mind, he fell asleep.
