The next day, after they finished breakfast, Haru was about to leave when suddenly Tsunade grabbed him by his collar and said, "Haru, from now on, make some time. I will be your medical teacher." And he wasn't the only one having fun; Tsunade was too, even though she was the one teaching Haru. Conversing with someone who had such a vast knowledge reserve brought her a lot of enjoyment, as she needed to find interesting and unique answers to teach him anything new.

In just one week, Tsunade had already figured out Haru's advantage - he was a bookworm. He had read a huge amount of knowledge about many different topics from different sources and had a very deep foundation. However, all he knew was what was written in books. He didn't have any personal experience, so if you asked him about something that wasn't covered in books, he wouldn't know. But that was to be expected, as he was just a newbie - a very knowledgeable newbie. But that alone was already extremely remarkable, as your reserve of knowledge can determine how good of a medical ninja you can be. In Haru's case, Tsunade was sure that he would be an excellent one.
