With Mito's permission, the vast archive of the Senju clan was opened to Haru, and he wasted no time in diving right in the very next day. What he discovered did not disappoint him. Even though the Senju didn't have any particularly outstanding techniques, they had an extensive collection of records on the most fundamental aspects. Haru couldn't help but marvel at their research in these basic areas. One could easily find books on almost anything needed. As he reflected on this, he couldn't help but sigh, realizing that Tsunade's success was not born out of nowhere but due to the extensive collection of knowledge available to her. This collection alone could be used by any village to train an exceptional medical ninja unit. Of course, Tsunade's achievements in the field of medicine are still impressive, as she built a complete system, from antidotes to numerous techniques. Even with such a solid foundation, it wouldn't have been possible without her monstrous talent.

For the time being, Haru was only allowed to study theory. As per Mito's request, he would need to be under the supervision of a medical ninja if he wanted to start practicing. He didn't mind, as what he had access to now was not just ten times but a hundred times better than what he had studied in the public library. So he put his mind to it and began his long reading journey. Haru was very excited because he had a feeling that once he finished reading most of the books here, most of the hurdles he was facing nowhere would be easy to solve.

Haru was able to stay focused until the end once he set his mind on something. Mito and Nawaki noticed this the most as the time he spent with them decreased massively. Especially Nawaki, since Haru still had lessons with Mito almost every day. Nawaki, on the other hand, noticed that Haru was always engrossed in his own world, reading 90 percent of the time, even during class and on their way to and from the academy.

After Haru figured out that he couldn't start practicing right away, he let his clone continue research while giving some time to help him with the reading. However, his main body was still doing most of the reading, so he had to allocate any little time in his day to it. This way, his schedule was already full, and he didn't have any time to waste with Nawaki. After seeing Haru so busy, Nawaki unconsciously increased his own training time. It was perfect for both of them.

Today, Haru was in his sealing lesson, listening to Mito's lecture. After two hours of practice, Haru was heading back when Mito stopped him and asked, "It's been a long time since I checked on your practice. How is it going?"

Haru thought for a few seconds before replying, "It's fine, master. My taijutsu training is going very well, and I don't think there's still a lot to learn from my tutor."

Mito listened carefully to Haru and then replied, "Well, that's good to hear. But your current teacher is already one of the best in taijutsu, and if he can't teach you anything else, I don't think you will find anyone who can help you more. You can continue studying with him for the time being; I will try to find someone for you later."

Mito knew that Haru had always been a fast learner, and anything he put his attention to, he was able to learn very quickly. In the end, taijutsu needed a good memory and good coordination, which Haru already possessed. His fighting IQ was also high, and even though Nawaki was physically stronger, he never won against Haru. So, in the end, she wasn't surprised. In her mind, Haru was already a genius like Tsunade. Seeing his seriousness and discipline while studying with her, she knew that he would find success in pretty much anything. But as his master, she still had to check on him, so she asked a few questions before Haru took his leave and went back to his busy life again.

On the weekend, Haru visited the orphanage with a lot of food and clothing for the kids. Since he had learned how to make basic seals, he no longer had to worry about money. Selling seals is very profitable, and he used some of his earnings to help out at the orphanage. Although the village provided some funding, it was barely enough to cover the basic needs of the residents.

He knew that people could be greedy and jealous, and no matter how much he helped, some would still feel it wasn't enough. As a result, he mainly focused on providing food and clothing and avoided giving money. Even in the ninja world, money could change people's attitudes and behaviors. Haru was mostly grateful to the Dean for her support and felt that without her, he wouldn't have been as enthusiastic about helping the orphanage.

Since he became Mito's disciple, he noticed a change in the attitudes of the kids towards him. Some of them started to show jealousy or even hate towards him. Haru could easily read their emotions from their faces, as they were still just children. Despite his understanding, he still found it difficult to connect with them and kept his distance.

After spending some time at the orphanage, mostly with the Dean, who knew that he was already living a better life, still was concerned for him. Seeing this, he couldn't help but feel warmth in his heart. After assuring her multiple times, he left and returned home. As he approached the clan's territory, he furrowed his eyebrows upon sensing multiple ninjas lurking in the shadows. Since he had been absorbing nature chakra, he had become highly attuned to the people around him. Even if they tried to conceal their presence, he could sense them. Upon entering the clan's territory, he couldn't help but wonder about their guest. The thought that they could be an enemy didn't even cross his mind. After all, the Senju clan was surrounded with multiple seals, ensuring that anyone attempting to enter while Mito was present would be killed before they could get inside.

When he arrived at the house, he found Kazuki already there waiting for him. Haru looked at her, but before he could ask, she said, "Haru-kun, Mito-sama is with a guest inside. She ordered for you to go to the study once you arrive." Haru raised an eyebrow at this. Only one man in the village deserved this attitude from Mito. He looked at Kazuki, who simply nodded to him. Haru kept his curiosity and went inside, knocked, and entered the study. Sure enough, their guest was none other than the Third Hokage. Seeing him still in conversation with Mito, Haru took a place beside Nawaki and calmly waited without disturbing them.

Of course, both Mito and the Third noticed him, but they didn't say anything. Mito didn't even bother to introduce Haru to the Third Hokage. With her status as the Jinchuuriki, anyone who was close to her would be known to most of the powers in Konoha, let alone her only disciple and now adopted grandson. The Hokage should already know everything about him. And today's visit was mostly for him.

After talking for a while, the Hokage turned his attention to the two boys. He was no stranger to Nawaki, as he was a student of both the First and Second Hokage. His gaze then shifted to the other boy. He already knew his background: the boy was from the orphanage, he was Nawaki's friend, and had become Mito's disciple until recently when he was adopted as her grandson. From what he had learned, the boy's background was already clean, but that was to be expected. He wouldn't be sitting in the Senju clan if anything were wrong. From what was known, the boy was very intelligent and was already ranked number one in his class in both theory and combat.

The Third coughed before he spoke. "How are you doing, Nawaki? I heard you're one of the top students in your class. Do you find school fun?" Nawaki smiled sheepishly at the Hokage, but he still replied confidently, "Well, school is super easy, Hokage. I think you should make it a little harder." Both the Hokage and Mito laughed at Nawaki's answer. Then the Hokage continued talking to him. Haru was amused by their conversation. Despite Nawaki's greatest ambition being to become the Hokage, he treated the Third like any other person. Being the grandson of the God of Shinobi, Nawaki was already immune to the Third. Haru thought in his heart.

Suddenly, Hiruzen turned his attention to Haru and said, "What about you? Your name is Haru, right? You are Nawaki's classmate. Should we increase the difficulty in the academy?" Haru raised his eyebrows inwardly, wondering why they were going back to this topic, but he still replied calmly, "I think the current curriculum is very suitable for the academy. Many children would struggle to keep up if we raise the difficulty." The Hokage nodded as if agreeing, then said to Nawaki jokingly, "See, the number one student in your class says it's suitable. Who of the two of you should I listen to now?" Of course, the Hokage was just playing around. Once the difficulty increased, the number of ninja would decrease significantly, and even if the ones produced were of better quality, sometimes quantity is most important. If Konoha showed any weakness, the other villages would be like hungry wolves waiting for their prey.

Although Hiruzen was primarily talking to Mito and Nawaki, he kept his attention on Haru as well. As the successor to Mito's sealing biography, Haru would be a huge asset to the village in the future if they wanted to keep the Nine-Tails under control. "I heard that you're already learning sealing from Mito. How's it going?" Hiruzen asked. Before Haru could respond, Mito answered for him, "He's going to be my successor, Hiruzen. His talent in sealing is one of the highest I've seen. Once I'm gone, he'll take my place." Both Nawaki and Haru were uncomfortable with Mito talking about her death with such calmness, even though they both knew that day was coming faster than they wanted.

The Third Hokage was impressed with Mito's knowledge of the Uzumaki clan, as she had seen many talented people in the art of sealing. Her praise of Haru had already set off alarm bells in his head, and Haru's importance had risen even higher in his mind. "So, Haru is really talented in this aspect. With your grades, you can graduate whenever you like. If you want, I can help you graduate early. I'm sure many Jonin would be eager to teach you," he said, this way he could try to get closer to haru , being in good terms with him would bring more benefits to his faction.

Mito didn't let Haru respond and scolded Hiruzen, her face expressionless. She turned to Haru and Nawaki and said, "You both go upstairs. The Hokage and I have something to discuss."

After Haru and Nawaki left, Mito turned her attention to the Hokage and said, "Listen, even you can't intervene in my disciple's matters. I already told you what you wanted to know. You should stop there." Mito was the only one who could speak to the Hokage so directly because she was not only his teacher, wife, and the head of the Senju Clan, but also a powerful and respected ninja in her own right.

Noticing Mito's angry attitude, Hiruzen quickly changed the subject and didn't dare to bring up the matter again. After a short while, he took his leave under her cold demeanor.

Later, Mito called for Haru again, this time with a very serious expression. "Haru, you're still way too young. Right now, what you need is time to learn and refine many of your skills. If you graduate, you'll have to do a lot of missions, and your growth will stagnate. Don't listen to that monkey. You're my disciple, and he can't lead you astray like that," she said

Haru nodded in agreement and chuckled at Mito's nickname for the Third Hokage. "Then shouldn't you be worried about him with Tsunade?" he asked.

Mito just smiled and replied, "With that little princess attitude, you should be worried about him, not her. Hashirama really spoiled her rotten, and that monkey can't lead her any worse."

Haru laughed and assured Mito that graduation was not in his plans for the near future. He even joked that he would be happy if the school would last longer.

Haru had always maintained a natural attitude towards the Hokage, even though he had slightly negative memories of him from his past life. In this new life, he decided to take a wait-and-see approach and judge the Hokage solely from his own perspective. Haru acknowledged that his past judgment might have been influenced by the story's perspective, and he wanted to give the Hokage a fair chance this time around. He felt reassured by Mito's positive acknowledgement of the Hokage, which suggested that he might not be as bad as he initially thought.

However, from what he had heard earlier, the Hokage already had the idea of finding the next Jinchuuriki. He wondered when that redhead would come to Konoha. At least it wouldn't be too soon, as Mito hadn't shown her attitude yet.
