*Creak*

The door slid closed.

The rays of the rising sun touched the feet of the Hyuga princess as soon as she stepped out of Yuki's room.

With a contented little smile after talking with the boy, she walked towards the training grounds where her big brother and two little sisters might be waiting.

Raising her head towards the endless blue sky, she looked at the still visible moon, entranced by its ethereal beauty or perhaps for another reason.

.

*Rustle*

In a swirl of leaves, like a shadow, Ren appeared behind her and walked with her.

"Good morning, Lady Hinata," he greeted her with a little bow.

"Good morning, Ren," she greeted him with a little nod and smile.

As she walked into the clan compound, every member greeted her with respect. At this point, everyone in the clan had caught a glimpse of her powers.

It was instinctual to follow the powerful, and she was the uncrowned leader of the clan. With their Byakugan, they could see the sheer amount of chakra she possessed.

In this world, people respected power, and she was the embodiment of it.

.

Offending her meant death; everyone in the clan knew it. Even though she was very benevolent and kind to them, she treated them like her own big family.

Whether they were adults or children, she happily guided them to answer their questions related to chakra control or Gentle Fist. She never denied them any knowledge, but the possibilities were never zero.

The clan was prospering exponentially and was heading towards its golden age, even though she hadn't taken major steps, yet.

.

In the eyes of most clan members, she was a perfect ruler, and she had never treated them as branch house members, nor had she ever used the privilege of the Cage Bird Seal on them.

But they had seen her be cruel to enemies on two occasions. The first was when a man attempted to kidnap her but ended up becoming a lab rat for her experiments; nobody knew what happened to him afterward.

The second incident involved a man who tried to kidnap her sisters; he was brutally killed by being burned alive and having melted iron poured into his eyes.

These were stories from her childhood, and although six years had passed, the images were still engraved in everyone's minds. Watching her transition from a chaotic child to a calm teenager had been quite a journey for them.

But little did they know...

.

From where she passed, the clan members backed down some meters away from her.

Only Ren was walking beside her, even though he was feeling a little pressured.

"What are you looking at Ren," she playfully asked him.

Ren, with his byakugan activated, was looking at her. closing his eyes he replied with a shake of his head, "Normal shinobi has chakra, but, to me, it feels like chakra has lady Hinata,"

.

With a small giggle, she whispered, "Hehe, you have no idea Ren what I am going through,"

Both of them continued to walk, after a brief moment of silence Ren spoke, "That boy,"

"What about him," she asked with raised eyebrows.

"He is so lost into you,"

.

Ren had watched the boy over the years and also trained him, so he knew what exactly he was talking about.

Hearing him a sweet smile started to grace her lips, tilting her head she looked at Ren, " he who sees me everywhere, and sees everything in me, I am not lost to him nor is he lost to me,"

Ren just looked at her and nodded, sometimes he couldn't comprehend what she was saying.

.

But little did he know the sentence she had spoken might have more meanings than one and said to more than one person.

She just laughed at his reaction, no matter how many years passed, his reaction always amused her.

"So what do you think about him, can he kill him?" Ren asked.

Hinata just shook her head, the answer was quite simple, but the situations he would be in were not simple.

With a smirk, she asked, "So you want to get spoiled?"

"Nope, I would rather see it with my own eyes," he simply replied. He knew he wanted to know if she could tell him the exact events that would occur in the future.

.

Taking a breath of the cold breeze, she continued, "He is following his goal blindly, he made his decision years ago and never thought about it again. If he succeeds, he will be in heaven; if he fails, he will learn."

Ren nodded in understanding. "You're being poetic today. Have you rechecked your little side project?" he asked.

"Yup, it's time to change someone's view," she spoke excitedly.

"You mean molding," he corrected her.

"What do you mean by that, Ren? I did no such thing. But remember, a sword is tempered, flattened, and sharpened before it's used properly," she said.

Ren just shook his head and thought, 'People are not swords, Lady Hinata.'

Tilting her head, she looked at him and smiled, "I know what you are thinking, and yes, they are."

.

"I will not argue with you, it will only harm my brain," Ren just gave up.

"Hmm," humming to himself, she reached the training grounds.

Neji and her two sisters hadn't returned from their hunt yet, so there was some time left to discuss some important stuff.

Sitting on a stone, she looked ahead, her soft eyes turning sharp as the atmosphere grew heavier than usual. "Come out," she spoke.

And out of thin air, amidst the swirls of leaves, a figure started to appear. With a bow, he spoke, "You called me, Lady Hinata."

Ritsu, the twin brother of Ren and her second bodyguard who handled information gathering and spying for her materialized in front of her.

.

He was not as philosophical as Ren, so he didn't argue with her, he simply listened and remained in the shadows, called forth when needed.

"Tell me all the information you have gathered," she commanded.

"Yes, Lady Hinata. They have 200 jonin-level shinobi, 324 chunin-level shinobi, and 294 genin-level shinobi," he said, then proceeded to detail all the hidden routes, traps, and shifts in guards.

Hinata nodded to him, pleased with the hard work he had done. Then she asked, "What about the girl,"

"She is the same as you described, even after having so much power inside her, she did not use it and cursed her luck," Ritsu told her, his voice disappointing.

"So, as always, a slave to her fate, pathetic," there was no mercy in her tone.

.

Nobody interrupted her, she then asked, "How many people are in our clan,"

"Less than one hundred, and there are children, and old people, so around 75 in total who can fight," Ritsu served the information.

Ren looked at Hinata and asked, somehow excited, "Are you thinking of conquering a village,"

Hinata's grin widened, her visible eye becoming somewhat chaotic, "Are you afraid, Ren,"

Ren's hand trembled in excitement, he had a wish to see her fighting at her full potential, no bullshit of holding back or something, "no, no, my lady, I am not afraid. I have confidence in you,"

"How much,"

Ren looked and with a smirk he spoke, "No matter how big a village or country is, it is nothing in front of the force of nature,"

.

*clap* *clap*

Hinata clapped her hands, "you know how to judge someone."

Ritsu just looked at their madness-filled eyes and remained silent.

"Big sis," all three of them looked at Hanabi, who was calling Hinata from a far distance.

Hinata's whole demeanor softened and changed completely. She looked at both of them and nodded. Ren and Ritsu disappeared from there, leaving her alone.

She calmly looked at her siblings as they approached her.

"How was your hunt?" she sweetly asked.

"Hehe, it was fun as always," Arya enthusiastically told her sister everything about their little adventure.

"Good, now give me everything you got, and wait for me to cook them,"

Neji, Arya, and Hanabi sat on the ground as they were told to do and looked at their sister as she pulled out a mini scroll, and all the necessary ingredients were neatly placed on the ground.

As the sound of humming escaped her lips, everyone found themselves enveloped in cozy warmth.

With a serene smile adorning her face, Hinata started to prepare the morning meal for her siblings. Her delicate fingers, coated in a blue aura, cut through the fishes, peeled the wild boar, cracked the eggs on the pan, and scattered the spices over them. The eggs and fishes sizzled on the pan, spreading a delicious aroma around them.

With meticulous care, Hinata ensured that every dish was prepared to perfection, infused not just with flavors, but also with her love, care, affection, and chakra.

"Stop drooling all over the place," Neji said to Hanabi.

Hanabi quickly wiped her mouth and started to look around with an embarrassed face.

.

"Here it is," Hinata said, with a quick movement, serving the food on a small stone platform.

"Hmmm~" all of them hummed in ecstasy as the yummy food graced their tongues. Hinata looked at their illuminated and bright faces, thinking with a gentle smile, 'Look how adorable they are. I hope this never ends, remains the same, for me, here forever, resting peacefully.'

She shook her head slightly, waking up from the enchanting trance; the food was already eaten subconsciously.

"How was it?" she asked.

.

"It was good as always," Neji replied while washing the dishes with a simple water-style jutsu.

"Hehe, am I that great?" she asked, puffing her chest in pride after hearing Neji praise her.

"Yup, you are the best," Hanabi and Arya chimed in, causing Hinata's morale to boost.

After everything was done, the four of them sat in a circle facing each other. Looking at them, a grin appeared on Hinata's face. "I have a gift for you. Close your eyes, and don't try to peek."

"What is it, big sis? Is it some kind of cool weapon or some forbidden jutsu?" Arya excitedly asked with her eyes closed, anticipation building in their hearts.

.

Hearing the naive question, Hinata just laughed. A scroll appeared in her hand.

Opening it, she appeared in front of Neji, her lips an inch away from his ear. She sweetly whispered, "Eat it."

Neji opened his mouth and felt two small, round objects, spongy, squishy, tasteless, and liquidy in nature. Without questioning her, he gulped them down, quietly saying, "This thing again."

"Don't you like it, big brother?" she asked with a pout.

"It was amazing," Neji said with a little smile.

"Haha, that's my brother," she happily laughed and turned towards the two little cute-looking creatures.

.

"Open your mouths," she commanded, and as soon as they complied, she sealed them with her palm and forced them to gulp down what she had fed them.

"Ahh~~~ you tricked us! You could have told us before," both of them complained at the same time. This was not their first time experiencing something like this.

She could have told them so they could prepare, but if she did that, then who's the villain?

.

"Okay, okay, I will tell you next time," she grinned at them and handed each of them an apple.

Then she looked at Neji, who had still not recovered from the taste, was looking at the sky.

"Here, take it," Hinata threw an apple towards Neji, which he caught without moving his head.

"So, what are you looking at?" she asked, sitting beside him.

"At the moon," it was still visible despite the sun rising.

Hinata nodded as all of them raised their heads and looked at it. "The moon is lovely, isn't it?" she asked.

With a simple nod, Neji replied, "It has always been."

.

There weren't any words spoken, they just enjoyed the beauty of the moon and the vast blue sky.

Hanabi slightly tilted her head and gazed at her sister. For her, the vast sky or the moon was not as beautiful as her sister's eyes, especially her right eye.

It was not hidden as usual, but she had seen it countless times. To her, it was more beautiful than the moon, reflecting everything like broken mirrors into her eyes.

She was always curious about how it was different from the Byakugan, how many powers it held. She wondered if she could also have something like this, but she was told not to think about these things because she was too young to know certain things.

Her mother had once told her that her sister was born special, very special, but when she asked, she never got the answers.

.

And just like a curious cat, she again tilted her head and looked at her older twin sister. Arya was also staring into her eyes, they had the same reaction time and thought process.

They both again started to stare into Hinata's eyes. Hinata, feeling their gaze, looked down at them and asked, "What is it, baby? Did you want to ask something?"

Both of them nodded their heads in quick succession like parrots and asked, "Your eye?"

Hinata's eyebrow raised in interest. "You want it?" she kindly asked. If any of them said yes, she would surely give it to either Neji, Hanabi, or Arya.

.

They shook their heads from left to right. They knew they were too young to handle something like this, but just knowing and listening about it made their blood pump.

"No, no, we don't want that. We just wanted to know its capabilities," they quickly clarified.

"Oh, is that so," Hinata asked, her voice sounding somewhat disappointed. But the next moment, a big smile appeared on her face, and she continued, "This is simple. One, with the harmony of my Byakugan, I can infinitely zoom in or zoom out. Second, I can see through reflections."

"And third, let me show you a glimpse," she excitedly said and picked up a nearby pebble. Raising her hand to her eye level, she dropped the pebble. Suddenly, there was a ripple in mid-air, and the little stone disappeared.

Neji, as if expecting it, raised his palm, and slightly above it, a ripple appeared in thin air, and the small stone dropped into Neji's palm.

.

"Wow, that's so cool!!" both of them yelled in excitement, stars popping out in their big eyes.

Suddenly, their vision changed, and they screamed, "I am seeing me!"

"What?" their vision returned to normal again.

"What was that, big sis?" they asked, still shocked. It was not genjutsu, and they knew it.

Hinata just laughed at their reaction. "See, I told you, I can see through reflections. It means I can project what reflects in my eyes to other people, or I can project what other people's eyes see in my eyes."

"We understood," both of them nodded. They perfectly understood what their sister had said; they were smart.

.

Arya, with an expectant look on her face, looked at her sister and quietly asked, "Can we also have this?"

Looking at her eyes, Hinata mysteriously smiled, then pointed at the three of them. "Besides me, only you three can have this."

"Oh… hehe, we will train even harder," both of them enthusiastically clenched their tiny fists. They felt like an invisible burden had been lifted from their shoulders.

If their sister said they could also achieve this, they wholeheartedly believed it.

"Then what about me?" Neji asked. He had been training since he was four, doing everything she said. To achieve this, they needed a tremendous level of yin chakra, which is why he, along with physical training, was also immersed in studies and meditation. The latter was the key.

Neji also had many shadow clones training his meditation and increasing his yin chakra to tremendous levels.

"Considering your current progress, it might take 5 to 6 years," Hinata honestly told him.

Neji nodded, not satisfied with the answer. "I want it in less than one year. If I add more shadow clones, maybe 5 or 10. No, how about 20? If they practice the whole year, how much will my progress be multiplied?" The fire in Neji's eyes was burning brighter than ever; his resolve was harder than ever before.

.

"You've escaped the common trope," Hinata nodded in approval. In the next moment, with a single hand sign, from a large amount of white smoke, 20 more Neji appeared. Without any exchange of words, all of them vanished from there.

Hinata, with a serious look on her face, turned to Neji and said, "We have to train harder than ever. In a couple of years, someone far stronger than everyone will appear." The 'we' here referred to the three of them.

"How strong?" Neji asked, his body language and eyes indicating that he was dead serious.

"Very powerful," she simply said.

"If you consider someone powerful, they must be really powerful," Neji said and didn't ask any further questions. There was only one thought in his mind: train and train harder.

Hanabi and Arya were quietly listening to their conversation, but a question was bothering Arya, so she asked, "Big sister, I haven't seen you using shadow clones. Why don't you use them?"

Hinata seriously looked at Arya, scaring her unconsciously. "Let's not get crazy."

.

"Okay, I won't ask ever again. Please don't be angry, big sister," she quietly whispered and looked down at the ground. This was the second time since morning she had made both Neji and Hinata angry.

Hinata, looking at her sad face, just sighed. She didn't mean it that way; it was her instinct.

"Big sister isn't angry with you," Hinata tenderly patted her head with such love and care that all of Arya's negative thoughts vanished as if they had never existed in the first place.

While patting both of their heads, a thought came to her mind: 'Should I try to use a shadow clone? With me here, what can go wrong, right?'

.

She shook her head, dismissing the useless thoughts. When she was content with patting their heads, she let them go. "It's time for me to leave for the academy."

"So soon? We don't want you to go," both little sisters pouted with grumpy looks on their faces.

"Don't be like this, babies. You can play with Mother or Father, and while I am gone, don't slack off in your training or I won't play with you at night," Hinata threatened them with a warm smile.

*Crack*

The sound of a sturdy twig snapping echoed in the training ground, breaking the lovely atmosphere between siblings. All four of their eyes snapped to the incoming person.

She was a beautiful girl adorned with a maid outfit, brown hair, and white eyes, and at the age of 17, the girl was quite the beauty.[img]

As soon as she entered the training ground, her steps became hesitant, and large beads of sweat formed on her forehead. The four pairs of eyes were glaring at her, and one of them was very cold, not happy with her interference. No, it wasn't Hinata; it was Neji.

"Natsu, what are you doing here?" Hanabi asked.

The maid's name now revealed, Natsu Hyuga, was the personal caretaker of Hanabi and Arya, assigned by their father.

"I-I am sorry if I have interrupted you, Lady Hanabi," she quickly bowed in apology. With a downcast glance, she looked at the ground as if searching for someone and was about to leave.

"Wait—you didn't answer her question," Neji's cold voice caused her to freeze in place. She couldn't move even an inch.

.

"L-Lord Hiashi ordered me to escort both Lady Hanabi and Arya to the house now that Lady Hinata is about to leave for the academy," the maid's body shuddered under the predatory gaze. She was about to cry.

In her opinion, dealing with clan leaders and elders was easier than confronting the young masters of the clan, especially the demon Neji.

Neji was considered a demon with his cold and ruthless eyes, both inside and outside of the clan.

Hinata looked at the maid, whose eyes started to get wet, with amusement.

A chuckle escaped her lips; she knew Neji wasn't doing it on purpose, but it was his nature, the nature she had built.

Putting a hand on his shoulder, she said, "Big brother, you are scaring her. How can you make a beautiful girl cry? How cruel of you. How will you talk to the girls in the future?"

Finding the situation in their favor, both Arya and Hanabi joined their big sister. "How will Big Brother talk to the girls? Hehe…"

"Y-you…" Neji's face became embarrassed with all the teasing. He took a deep breath and ignored them; it was best for him, or he would be teased even more.

.

After teasing Neji, Hinata looked at Natsu, the maid, and ordered, "Come here."

The maid, with her head bowed, approached them.

Upon reaching close, she looked at Hinata, who had a mischievous grin on her lips and a white glint in her eyes. "Did you find what you were looking for?"

"W-What are you talking about, Lady Hinata?" the maid asked, her face still looking down, but this time there was a tinge of red on her face.

"Playing innocent, are we? Fine… but remember, don't let them go out of your sight," Hinata ordered the maid and handed over both Hanabi and Arya. Natsu could feel this wasn't an order; it was an ultimatum. If her order was disobeyed, it wouldn't end well for her.

.

"Yes, Lady Hinata," she said quickly before disappearing as soon as possible with the little girls, and both Ren and Ritsu also vanished from the shadows.

Now only Neji and Hinata remained on the ground. They started chatting randomly, discussing everything that came to their minds.

Soon, Neji stood up from the ground. "See you in the evening, little sis," he said before also disappearing from there.

"Hmm,'' Hinata nodded and remained still in her place, waiting for a certain boy to appear.

*Swish*

*Drop*

In front of Hinata, on the empty ground, droplets of water and wind started to form a mini hurricane. As it rose towards the sky, the figure of Haku began to form. Beneath his feet, the grass turned into sharp shards of blades. As he moved towards her, the ground started to freeze until it stopped an inch away from her feet.

Tilting her head, she looked at Haku, and with a flat tone, she said, "Stop flexing. There is no one to see it."

"Haha," Haku just laughed. "I am so bored of hiding my kekkei genkai. When will you allow me to use it publicly?"

"Soon, very soon."

Standing up from the ground, Hinata and Haku walked towards the exit of the clan.

"Is Kimimaro doing fine?" she asked.

"He is coughing blood," Haku playfully replied, but there was hidden concern in his eyes.

However, he was not worried that much because he was in their lab, and they were doing his treatment. He himself was a magnificent medic ninja, and beside him, there was Hinata, what better security there is than that?

.

"Ohh…" she sadly said.

"Will he be fine?" he asked.

"Worry not, he will be better than ever."

As they walked through the bustling streets, nobody noticed them. Suddenly, there was a very expensive wine bottle in Haku's hand.

With a wide grin and mischievous glint in his eyes, "Look, Hinata, what I have here."

The aura around both matched equally. The excitement in her and the naughtiness in his voice were dripping. "Hehe, it is going to be fun today."

Gossiping among themselves, they soon reached halfway to the academy. Haku's eyes sparkled in interest when he noticed a crawling white little snake.

Without hesitation, he pressed his thumb against the snake's head, rendering it immobile. "Look what we have here, a little cutie. I wonder who is going to take him home today," he giggled, thinking about which student's bag he would put this little snake in.

.

Hinata glanced at the snake, and she jumped backward, possibly in fear. "This is dangerous, Haku. Throw it away," she urged.

Haku looked at her reaction, his face unsure how to react, his eyes conveying, 'Really? Afraid? Of all people, you?' However, he did as she said without asking why and threw the snake away.

His face was as if a toy was snatched from a child by his parents. But his reaction soon changed from moody to an excited one when she whispered something in his ear.

"Ohh… it's so like you," he couldn't help but feel awe in his heart by her words.

.

While walking, two senbon needles appeared in Hinata's hand, connected by some silk thread. Her hands moved like a blur, and before reaching the academy, a green hat was sewed.

"A green hat. Who's receiving it?" Haku asked, with his eyes closed and a knowing smile on her face.

"*Swish*… it's a surprise," she placed a finger on her lips and did not tell him, leaving him puzzled.

*Tap**tap*

Hinata's index finger dabbed on the table in front of her, leaving many dents on the surface, perhaps a habit formed over the years. However, what was amusing was that nobody seemed to react to it.

She was looking at the board where Iruka-sensei was rambling about something, but her eyes felt unfocused as if looking elsewhere.

The class was proceeding as usual, with children murmuring while Iruka-sensei tried to silence them.

.

Suddenly, Shikamaru, who was half-asleep, felt something on his head. He reached out his hand and touched the silk-like object, feeling slightly uncomfortable. He took off the hat and examined it lazily.

"What is this?" he muttered, looking around but finding nothing suspicious.

"When did you start wearing the hat?" Choji asked between bites of potato chips.

"By the way, where did you get it? It looks quite expensive," Ino remarked, touching the hat and noting the top-notch quality of the silk.

"Hey! It's not mine. I don't know where it came from," Shikamaru disclaimed any ownership of the hat, but little did he know this wasn't the only ownership he discarded.

.

Slightly away from them, Hinata was observing the lone figure of Naruto, who sat by the window lost in his own thoughts.

'Shall I tell him about his father?' she pondered.

'How will he react to it? Hehe, what will the Fourth Hokage say? But before that, I have to give him a gift…' With a slight smile curling her lips, she snapped her fingers.

On the rooftop of the classroom, a single drop of water splashed on the floor, and from it, a figure rose towards the skies, devoid of any emotion on its face.

It was a water clone, possessing no consciousness but imbued with all of Hinata's skills, battle instincts, and containing 10% of her power, which was regal on its own stand.

Raising its hand, the air rippled above its palm, and a book appeared in its grasp. Connecting a string to the book, the clone dropped it.

.

Naruto, lost in his thoughts, heard the faint sound of rustling pages. Time seemed to slow down, or perhaps the book itself had slowed down. In his eyes, the book appeared as if it had fallen from the heavens.

With a quick motion of his hand, unseen by anyone, Naruto pulled the book and placed it on his table, examining it closely. He whispered to himself, "What is this book? It looks very old."

Seeing the carving on the book and cover page which had a man holding a woman in his arm, while his eyes reflected all the pain he had gone through.

The image alone stirred an unrecognizable emotion in his heart, it became evident that it was the feeling of losing someone precious. Instinctively, his gaze shifted to the back of his precious person, Hinata.

Then, he read the title of the book, "Dying in Your Arms."

'Why does this sound so depressing?' he thought. The book had piqued his curiosity, and he wanted to read it.

'I will read it when I reach home,' he thought, putting the book in his bag, unaware that it would teach him something new and change his perspective on life.

.

On the other hand, Hinata had dispelled her water clone, and with a delighted spirit, she thought, 'Once you read it, then the real fun will begin, hehe.'

Then her attention was grabbed by someone else who was sneakily glancing at her and Haku. She tilted her head and looked at Haku, who was also looking at her.

Nodding in understanding, they both turned their gaze back to the pink-haired girl.

When Sakura's eyes met theirs, with their beautiful faces and charming smiles, it was too much for her to handle. Unable to continue, she blushed and bowed her head, looking at her feet and fiddling with her fingers.

"Look at them," a voice screamed in her head.

"No, I can't," she screamed back in her head.

.

"Cute..." Haku whispered sweetly. Then he looked at Hinata. "We are going to her home today, aren't we?"

"Yes, we are," Hinata simply replied.

Even before the academy started, they knew each other, and every week, they visited her house, playing and teaching her.

As time passed, Haku had started to like the girl. After getting permission from Hinata, he didn't suppress his feelings, but instead, they expressed their love for her through playing, teasing, bullying, and caring for her—a love that was twisted but sweet.

"As for Sakura, her true feelings remained known only to her, and with time, they would be revealed.

--*--

Some hours later...

After bidding farewell to Naruto, Hinata and Haku made their way to Sakura's home, the energy around them dancing with mischief and sporting wicked grins on their faces.

*Swish*

Both Hinata and Haku landed at Sakura's room window. The room was painted in pink, red, and white, with a comfy bed and a full-length mirror.

Unaware of their arrival, Sakura lay on her bed, her face buried in her pillow while her legs dangled towards the roof.

Hinata's grin widened as she looked at Sakura's unprotected, perky ass.

Her fingers started to twitch, and her hand raised high in the air, landing with a slapping sound on her squashy butt, deforming it.

"KYAAaaaa!~~" A surprised yelp of pain escaped Sakura's cherry-red lips, her eyes moist.

"Did your hand just malfunction, Hinata?" Haku innocently asked.

Still feeling the sensation of her slap, Hinata replied, "Sure seems like it."

.

Hearing her response, Haku smirked.

Sakura's eyes became focused, "Hinata, Haku, where did you come from?" she asked while getting up from the bed, still rubbing her butt.

She didn't mention the incident, perhaps considering it casual for them.

"We just arrived," Hinata replied "SAKURA… ARE.. YOU…OKAY…" all of them heard Sakura's mother's voice, maybe she had heard the yelp she made.

"YES.. MOM…" Hearing her mom's voice an idea came to her sakura's mind, a smirk also started to form on her face, looking at Hinata she said, "What if I told my mom that you hit me,"

"Ohh… is that so.." even before a blink Hinata was in front of her sakura and whispered in her ear, "We will do such things to your body that you won't be able to tell your mom…"

.

Sakura's cheeks turned red as some appropriate thoughts started to muddle her thoughts.

Hinata jumped on the bed and comfortably lay down as if it was her own bed.

Sakura then looked at Haku who was sitting on her chair and flipping through some books. He looked so beautiful, his hair blowing in the breeze, his eyes, his lips, he was the prettiest boy she had ever known.

"Are you done looking at me," Haku asked, his chin in his palm, as he was also looking at her.

"No…. I mean yes…" her words started to mix when she got caught red-handed.

.

"So what should we do today, do we play something," she asked, trying to avoid her embarrassment.

"We will do something crazy today," Haku with a grin brought out a bottle of wine.

"Where did you get this from," she asked, shocked and a little scared. In her mind, these things were for adults.

"Are you scared, little girl," from the bed Hinata teased her.

.

"If you are scared I will put it back," Haku with a disappointed look tried to put back the bottle.

"No… I am not scared," Sakura declared, and looking at Hinata, who was smirking at her, she added, "And I am not a little girl."

Both Hinata and Haku's eyes sparkled; the fish had taken the bait.

They were the kind of friends who would spoil the innocent one in the group and were also the kind of friends whom parents advised to avoid at all costs.

.

"Shall we begin?" Hinata said.

"Yes," Haku nodded and started pouring the wine into the glasses.

Hinata and Haku picked up their glasses and looked at Sakura, who was a little hesitant. However, feeling their gaze and challenging smile, she also picked up her glass.

All three of them brought their glasses together and said, "Cheers…"

.

Sakura squinted her eyes and sniffed the wine. After feeling a little more comfortable, she took a sip and gulped down the wine, a blissful expression appearing on her face. "Ohh.. It's fruity… no wonder adults like it so much…"

"Ohh… here, let me refill it," Haku gracefully poured wine into her glass, refilling it.

What Sakura did not notice was that both Hinata and Haku's glasses were nowhere to be found.

.

In just a few sips, Sakura's tongue became addicted to the sweet taste.

With a sly grin, Hinata observed Sakura gulp down glass after glass, finding it so fun to corrupt the girl. The red hue on her cheeks, the hazy and misty eyes, the unfocused gaze—everything was enchanting to her.

"Hinata, why is everything spinning? Why do I feel like I'm floating? Why are you smiling like that? Why do you look so beautiful… What is happening…" Sakura's speech slurred as she blurted out, clearly high on the clouds.

"You think I am beautiful?" Hinata asked.

"Yes…"

"And what about me?" Haku inquired with a smile.

"You too…"

"Who is more beautiful? Whom do you like the most?" Hinata teased as she lifted Sakura's chin with her finger and looked into her eyes.

"I- I don't know, you both are…" Sakura quietly replied.

Then she felt someone tenderly brushing her hair, and then a soft yet icy finger trailing her heated cheeks. "Oh, is that so?" Haku smiled at her.

"Yes…"

Then both of them started teasing her to their hearts' content, asking her some naughty questions.

.

"Are you happy now?" Haku asked.

"Yes, I am very happy…" Sakura said. She truly was happy, first for such a memorable day and second for having such good friends. The definition of 'good' varies from person to person.

"Want to hear a joke?" he said.

"Go on…" she nodded her head.

"Spell 'ME'," he asked.

"Okay… M-E.." she spelled.

"You forgot the 'D'."

"There is no 'D' in 'ME'," she said, confused.

"Not yet…" he smirked.

.

Sakura closed her eyes for a moment when the realization hit her. She looked at Hinata, "Hinata, help me, Haku is bullying me…"

"You bad girl, he is telling you the truth," Hinata deviously grinned at the poor girl.

As she started to feel drowsiness, Haku held her hand, and with a sweet smile, he looked into her eyes. "See you next week. Here's my parting gift," saying this, he closed the distance between them and kissed her hot cheeks, sending an icy chill through Sakura's whole body.

Sakura was again on cloud nine. She couldn't believe what had happened. She had dreamt of this day every day.

She felt her heart pounding vigorously, sending more blood to her brain.

She hazily looked at Hinata, expecting the same treatment, but instead, she met with a flick on her forehead, and she blacked out.

.

Hinata knocked out her consciousness with a simple flick of her finger, then looked at the unconscious girl. "It's not the time."

"You could have killed her," Haku said, placing Sakura on the bed and covering her with a blanket.

"I'm not drunk as her," Hinata joked, and after ensuring Sakura's safety, they both disappeared from there.
