39 Hinata

Hyuga Hiashi was glaring at Sato, he wanted to grab Sato's collar and ask what Sato meant when he said that Hinata got kidnapped, but he was too hurt to get up right now.

"C, please seal Mr Hiashi, we don't want him to move around and hurt himself right?"

Sato said gently, he didn't give Hiashi the time to ask about Hinata and jumped on top of the conference table, sitting down in a careless way.

"I'll seal him. Yugito, can you please hold Hiashi down for a while."

Yugito nodded and extended a tailed beast chakra arm which grabbed Hiashi tightly.

C went behind Hiashi and printed a few seals. Black seal markings soon spread over the Hyuga head's body.

*Thump*

Yugito then purposely threw the sealed Hiashi on top of a chair, she was pretty angry at him as he had attacked her before.

But Hiashi didn't care about his own pain, he was much more worried about Hinata right now.

"Why did hidden cloud kidnap Hinata again! Do you really want to restart the war?"

Hiashi asked C with a growl, but C shrugged and pointed towards Sato.

"Ask him not me."

C didn't know what the hell Sato was planning, and he didn't want to ruin his plan by telling Hiashi that they didn't kidnap Hinata.

So he left the talking to Sato, anyway, no matter what Sato does, at the end of this they will get a Byakugan regardless, there is no harm in letting Sato mess around with Hiashi before that.

"Him? So he is the core of your team..?"

"A very good disguise, no one would have guessed that he was the one in charge."

Hiashi completely misunderstood what C meant, he mistakenly thought that Sato was their hidden ace and the one incharge.

Hiashi knew that he was sealed right now and he couldn't move. So he decided to speak calmly to Sato in hopes of getting some information.

"So you are the genius of the hidden cloud, the one who shattered the Inuzuka park and took down a hundred men by himself.

Hyuga Hiashi said grimly, Sato meanwhile just blinked a few times in confusion after that.

"Word got around this fast?"

Sato asked with mild amusement, Hiashi calmly nodded.

"Yes, news has spread of you roaming around the village, looking for fights and crushing your opponents."

"They call you Sato the Headhunter, Hidden Cloud's genius. "

Sato's took a few seconds to digest the sudden nickname he got before he started to laugh uncontrollably.

"Sato the Headhunter? Hahahaha!"

"What a fun name!"

Sato wiped away his tears, the fact that news spread this fast when Hokage and the two elders were sitting here, could only mean that this was the work of the remaining third elder.

Elder Danzo.

'That one eyed bastard has spread my news so that it reaches the ears of spies, after all evey village has a spy in Konoha, the village heads will know about my existence through them.'

'Even though he can't strike us directly, Danzo is the type of man to attack us in some other way.'

'He has decided to use the other hidden villages to attack me, it is a good idea, too bad I have Yugito with me.'

Sato chuckled a bit in amusement before shaking his head.

"Thanks for telling me that my news has spread unnaturally fast, I know you told us this to show goodwill, so I will tell you about Hinata's situation."

"Hinata is fine, we haven't kidnapped her, I was just checking your reaction."

Before Hiashi could breath a sigh of relief, Sato continued.

"But that doesn't mean that she is safe."

Waving his finger at Hiashi, Sato smiled.

"Don't think that I can't see it Mr Hiashi, the moment you saw that Hokage was going to kill Hinata, you decided to act."

"Nothing you did after coming into the room was real, everything was an act, am I right?"

Hiashi remained silent, but Sato didn't mind it, he jumped down the table and started to walk around the man.

"Let me guess, when you came into this room, you acted as if you were too angry to think clearly."

"You already knew that you were our target, so you pretended to attack us in a fit of rage and tried to get killed by sister's hand."

"You thought this way Hidden cloud will have no way to get Hinata, and will have to settle for your body."

"You wanted to sacrifice your life so that your daughter could survive, a very touching story, but sadly, Hidden Cloud dosen't care about your emotions."

Sato smiled cheerfully at Hyuga Hiashi's increasingly pale face.

Patting the trapped man's leg, Sato grinned.

"Hokage sama has already told us that Hyuga Hinata is the main culprit, which means no matter what you do, she has to die regardless!"

The cheerful voice of Sato was like a demon's whisper to Hiashi.

If this was true, then that means not only did he lose his brother, he will loose his daughter and now his own life too, he will achieve absolutely nothing in the end. He wouldn't be able to save anyone!

But Hiashi still didn't want to give up, he said in a trembling voice.

"You are dreaming, even if you kill Hinata, Konoha will never give you two pairs of Byakugan."

Sato heard this and tilted his head, as if he was confused.

"Why would we care about another pair of Byakugan? We will kill Hinata regardless of if we get it or not."

The more Sato spoke, the more Hiashi's eyes became bloodshot.

"Why are you doing this! You will only increase the hatred between everyone."

"You gain nothing by doing this! Please let her go!"

Sato's smile slowly cooled and he looked at Hiashi coldly.

"Gain nothing? You are deluding yourself Hyuga head."

"We might not gain anything, but Konoha will gain a lot, they will get to show every disobedient clan in Konoha that they can kill anyone they want."

"After your daughter's death, the remaining Hyuga clan members will be too scared to oppose the Hokage, and will be forced to work under him."

"No one will think of themselves as safe anymore, even the Head of the house and his daughter aren't safe after all."

"All it would take is killing one little girl and Hokage sama will have the noble clan's under his control."

Sato spoke in a low, grim tone.

"Are you sure that your Hokage sama won't take this opportunity?"

"If I am being honest, Hokage sama might even work together with us, Konoha will use us to get rid of their problems and will give us necessary resources as a payment."

"So you are very wrong Mr Hiashi Hyuga, we will get a lot of benifits as long as Hyuga Hinata dies."

"And the best part is, it's Konoha who will pay us to kill her! Isn't Konoha's politics wonderful?"

"Hahahaha!"

The more Sato laughed the more Hiashi's blood froze, he felt as if he couldn't breathe because of the pressure.

But as seconds passed and Sato's laughter died down, something clicked inside Hiashi.

He looked down with a tired face and said in an almost begging tone.

"What do you want? You didn't tell me all this to watch me suffer right?"

"You must have a way to save Hinata! Tell me what you want! Anything!"

Sato's face slowly turned back to a calm look.

He waited for a few seconds before telling Hiashi his demand.

"Give us Hinata."
