1 Sasuke is not in Team 7?

In a classroom filled with aspiring shinobis, a boy was smiling to himself.

"Hehehe."

He has yellow-blonde spiky hair and has what appears to be whiskers on his face. He was wearing an orange-blue jacket with a white collar and a red spiral symbol on his back. He also wears orange pants with blue sandals.

His name was Naruto Uzumaki.

"Huh? Naruto, what are you doing here? Only those who passed the exam are supposed to be here." another boy from his class said to the yellow-blonde spiky-hair boy.

"Hey. Can't you see the forehead protector?" Naruto said as he pointed to a blue forehead protector.

It is a blue forehead protector that is composed of a metal plate and a band of cloth. The symbol of their village was engraved in the middle of the metal plate.

"Hey, will you let me go through?" A green-eyed eye pink-haired girl said to the boy who was talking to Naruto.

Her name was Haruno Sakura.

Naruto blushed as he looked at Sakura.

"Naruto. Move your ass! I want to sit on the other side of you." Sakura yelled at Naruto.

Naruto turned around and saw Uchiha Sasuke who was sitting there.

This guy was the most popular boy in our class. Naruto thought as he looked at the black-haired boy named Sasuke who was sitting like he doesn't give a damn.

"What?" Sasuke asked Naruto as he looked at him.

"Sasuke-kun. Can I sit next to you?" Sakura asked Sasuke.

"Hey. I was going to sit next to Sasuke." a girl with platinum blonde hair said to Sakura. She was called Ino.

Other girls also came towards the place where Sakura and Ino were as they started to argue.

Sasuke didn't reply.

"What a strange class." A silver hair boy who was wearing his headband on his eye said.

He was sitting in the bottom row.

Even though he covered his whole eyes he still had clear vision.

"The two seats next to you is still open right?" an overweight boy who was eating a bag of chips asked Tendou.

"Sure. Be my guest." Tendou replied.

"Thanks. I am Choji. Akimichi Choji." Choji said as he extended his hands towards

"Uzumaki Tendou." Tendou also introduced himself.

"Uzumaki? Are you related to that guy by some chance?" the boy who was previously talking to Naruto asked as he stood near Choji.

"This is Shikamaru," Choji said.

"So that guy is also an Uzumaki too. I don't know. You see I was rescued as a child by Anbu Corps. The only things that I know about myself are my name and where I come from." Tendou said.

"They said my previous village was slaughtered by Akatsuki members that worship some guy named Lord Jasmine or whatever," Tendou said.

"Naruto I will kill you." Sakura and Ino's voices were heard. The classroom was covered by the screams of a boy.

A while later.

The teacher with a scar on his face called Iruka appeared.

He stood in front of the class and made an announcement.

"Starting today all of you are official ninjas, but you are still Genin(low-class ninja). It is going to be a lot harder from here." Iruka said.

"You will be divided into a group of three, and you will be able to take missions under a jounin(high-class ninja)." Iruka continued.

"I wonder who will be in a team with Sasuke," Ino said as she looked at Sakura.

Sakura frowned at Ino because of those words.

"I wonder if I should tell her that we will be in the same group because of her clans," Choji whispered to Shikamaru.

"Just leave it be," Shikamaru replied.

"Group of three." Tendou wondered.

Is there anyone that can match my skill level at this age? Is what he was thinking in his mind.

"I have arranged groups in a way so that overall abilities are balanced," Iruka said.

"And I will announce them. 1st group is...." Iruka started to announce the teams.

Tendou dozed off as he didn't know the name of anyone from the class apart from Choji and Shikamaru nor did he care about the teams of others apart from him.

"Team 6. Nejiri, Sasuke Uchiha, Tanzo." Iruka said.

"Huh?" Sakura and Ino said loudly as they realized that they had been separated from their beloved Sasuke Kun.

"Team 7. Uzumaki Naruto, Haruno Sakura and Uzumaki Tendou." Iruka said.

"Two Uzumaki. Is he also related to the demon fox?"

"Another Uzumaki. I thought Naruto was the only one in the village."

The classroom started to make noise.

Normally Naruto and Sasuke were supposed to be in the same team as the worst student of the class and the top student of the class.

But what if someone other than Sasuke stole the top spot?

"I am looking forward to working with you," Tendou said as he appeared between Naruto Sakura out of nowhere and put his hands around them.

"You too?" Naruto replied while smiling.

"Hey, where are you touching," Sakura said as she tried to push away Tendou.

"Sasuke-kun this is not what it looked like," Sakura said but Sasuke didn't even look at her.
