Although Haruto was nowhere near as strong as those Uchiha kids he was still better than those civilian kids.
Akira had fun in this fight but above all. He completed one of his goals.
Everyone now was staring at Akira. They were expecting that Akira would take out another interesting gadget to beat this enemy. After all, the Hygua Princess got all her gadgets from Akira. So when Akira won without any cheats. People were a little disappointed.
They really wanted to see more gadgets coming out of Akira.
But there were also many people who were impressed with Akira's fight. He not only defeated a clan heir which on its own is a big deal considering that he is just a civilian.
But the last move he pulled off was insane. That toss was masterfully done.
The people from the Sarutobi family were not that happy but they appreciated the fight anyway.
In fact, they might really have thought badly of Akira if he had used a cheap gadget or trick in the fight.
After Akira's fight. The teacher announces a small 10-minute break. In this, all the judge mostly consists of the Uchiha. So Akira was not expecting any fair judgment.
In the 10-minute free time, Akira directly went towards Hinata to congratulate her. He also kept an eye on Hiashi Hyuga who was still staring at him. Akira knew that and he himself was wondering how the man was not here questioning himself.
Within 5 minutes of the free time, the judges already decided among all the students. Who is passing the test and who is failing?
This test was more like the chunin exams from the anime. Winning a match does not make one chunnin. What matters is that you show the right skills to pass by the judges. The only difference is that the threshold is way lower because this is the Gennin test. The Academy Graduation.
Naturally, the two civilians failed. Not only there performance not good enough but there really was no slot for extra teams. In fact, many of the Uchiha too will not be enrolled in a team but rather enter into the Uchiha police force.
"Another way to exploit the village" Akira thought to himself when he thought about the Uchiha police regiment.
In the anime, Tobirama suggested Uchiha regiment create a police force so he could detach them from the village's political background. Not to mention put discord among the Uchiha and the other residents of the village.
But here Uchiha police regiment serves a totally different purpose. Uchiha Police Regiment controls the entire security of the village. Making them the sole authority when it comes to Konoha's internal conflict and law enforcement. "The Laws Made By Uchiha People That Is"
But that is not it. This is also a cover to safeguard their own people and increase their power. Uchiha who enter the Police Regiment does not need to go to the war or do any other Ninja duty. They are solely selected for internal security.
That means in wartime. All those people in the police regiment do not have to go to the front line. And considering that only Uchiha can join the police regiment. This becomes the way Uchiha saves their talents and lets the other clans do the fighting for them.
After all this, the first thing Akira asked himself was, why the hell no one else has already not protested? At least someone would have, right?
Well yes. Went Akira hit the history books and also did his own research about the history which is not recorded. He did find that there were clans that protested. And now they don't exist.
The Kurama clan is one of them. Considering that they also specialise in Genjutsu. The Uchiha clan were especially targeted. After being totally driven to the extreme. They ended up starting a protest. This led to their doom.
Although the current Uchiha clan does not actively try to erase any clans in Konoha they do target the clans if they are becoming too strong for their liking.
And currently, that clan would be the Hyuga clan. Akira was right in his estimation that only the Hyuga clan can somewhat fight off against a powerful clan like Uchiha. Even the Uchiha know this. And thus for a long time, they have been passively trying to cut Hyuga's power.
While Akira was thinking about all this political stuff the 10 minutes were over all the winners were called in front of the judges.
"Congratulations on passing the Academy. From this point onwards all of you are the shinobi of Konoha." Said Fugaku Uchiha in his Hokage Attire.
This drew cheers from all the students who passed. Akira was the only civilian who passed. In total 14 kids passed the exam.
"You all will get your headband soon but before that, you have to decide whether to keep in the test or opt out. This next test is to decide the rookie of the year and the Kunoichi of the year. Failing this will not cost anything but if you participate and come out on top then you will be put under a Jonin." Fugaku said.
"Hmm, this is new. What is he really after here" Akira wondered to himself.
Those who are not planning to compete for the Rookie of the Year position can back off.
Another important thing. If the winner is a Uchiha who wants to join the Regiment then the second in position will get the team placement under the Jonnin. It's not like there is only one Jonin teacher in but winning here assures that you will get the best teacher." Fugaku said.
"Hmm, maybe this guy wants to make Sasuke the Rookie of the Year. But how that helps him" Akira was trying hard to figure out but there was no answer.
Soon Akira saw a lot of people going out. He saw everyone from team 10 in the cannon existing.
Many of the Uchiha too removed themself. Akira was sure that this was because almost all of them are aiming for the Uchiha Police Regiment.

"Good, then there will be a fight between you four to find the winner." Fugaku said.
