Chapter 1 : After Life and New Life

Gojo Satoru, the strongest, had met his demise. Yet, he harbored no regrets. After all, he had given his all in his battle against Ryomen Sukuna, the king of curses. He had never felt such exhilaration in his life nor had he ever felt as alive as during that fight. Even in death, he felt no sorrow, for he had avoided succumbing to old age or illness, having been bested by someone stronger than himself.

Recalling the moment he had told Yuji that we always end up alone in death and with regrets, he now realized, as he glimpsed the afterlife, that he had been wrong.

In this afterlife, he was surrounded by all the people who had marked his life and who had preceded him in death: Kento, Suguru, Yu, Yaga, Riko, and even Toji Fushiguro. Even before his death, he was not alone; he was accompanied by these individuals.

Kento pointed out to him the two possible directions: to go south and remain the same, or to go north to find renewal.

Boarding the plane heading north, Satoru reminisced about all that his battle against Sukuna had taught him. He had understood the great difference between him and the king of curses: Sukuna lived in perfect harmony with his desires and ego, whereas he did not, even after reverting to his former self to confront Sukuna.

Sukuna acted without attachments, indifferent to others; he had motivations without ego and free ambitions. Sukuna was blind and relentless destruction, and he acted in perfect accordance with it, hence his ability to manifest his domain without hindrance.

Whereas he was not, his actions had been influenced by his best friend, and Geto's departure thus shaped what he had become today. This influence had distanced him from his own ego, as he sought desperately to escape the loneliness of the strongest.

The extension of one's domain is the manifestation of their ego; it is the purest form of the true self.

Although selfish, Satoru had always put the happiness of the weaker before his own. So, he headed north to renew himself. In his next life, he would act in perfect harmony with his ego; in his next life, he would act as his true self without being influenced by anything; he would be the purest version of himself.

As the plane finally took off, Satoru thought one last time of his students and the task he had entrusted to them. "I hope I haven't burdened them too heavily," he murmured. However, ultimately, he suddenly changed his mind: "Anyway, none of this concerns me anymore, I have no attachments anymore."

Satoru disappeared with the plane, expecting his time. However, just as he thought it was all over, he reopened his eyes to discover an unfamiliar ceiling and feel a pain at the top of his skull. His eyes burned under the sunlight, making it difficult to keep them open. His memory seemed fuzzy, and he struggled to remember anything.

As he gradually regained consciousness, he noticed a young woman not far from him, changing the flowers beside him. Her face betrayed a certain guilt. She had blond hair tied up in a high ponytail and an imposing chest that distinguished her. Wearing a tight short skirt and a crop top that revealed a cleavage, underneath she wore what seemed to be fishnet underwear, but made of metal.

As he emerged from his stupor, Satoru Gojo was profoundly disoriented. He had just woken up in an unknown place, his body heavy as if he had undergone intense physical exertion. But as she noticed Satoru's movements, the young woman rushed towards him, displaying a confusion tinged with obvious joy.

"What's happening? Where am I?" he asked in a confused voice, struggling against the pain burning in his eyes.

The young woman seemed to hesitate for a moment before approaching him, clearly showing her concern. "You... you've awakened," she replied in a gentle voice.

Satoru Gojo tried to gather his memories, but everything was blurry. He vaguely remembered a battle against Sukuna, his choice to seek renewal to the north, but after that, everything was obscure. "I... I remember something... about a fight."

As he tried to understand his situation, a multitude of questions flooded his mind, but only one managed to escape his lips without him being able to hold it back: "Who are you?"

The young woman's face froze at the question.
