I cut him down so he'll spring back up. The boy's enormously talented, there's no denying that. But he's a novice. He's not yet learned how to be worthy of that talent. He refuses to meet any challenge except on his own terms. He doesn't see the true value of competition. To a young person for whom everything comes easily, the pain of defeat can be a much needed wake-up call.

On the surface the whole concept of exams may seem arbitrary, but deep down, it's not about grades, it's about rising to the occasion. It's about tasting the rapture an triumph and disgrace of failure. They go hand in hand you see. One is meaningless without the other. To win, one has to lose! The difference between the novice and the master is that the master has failed more times than the novice has tried.

Iruka: I will be telling you you're assigned teams then we will break for lunch and your sensei will come pick you up.

Team 1. shun,shin,khun your sensei is random jounin

Team 7: Sakura haruno,Naruto uzumaki, and sasuke uchiha. your sensei kakashi hatake

Team 8: shino aburame, hinata hyuga, and kiba inuzuka. your jounin sensei kurenai yurhi.

Team 11: Shikamaru nara, ino yamanaka, and choji akimichi. your jounin teacher is Asuma sarutobi

Team 22: Toshiro hitsugaya and your jounin instructor is hayate gekko

[ Many people had different reactions to these teams, some were happy somewhere mad and some didn't care]

Sakura: Sensei, how come toshiro is on a team by himself.

[Before iruka can say anything toshiro answered it for him]

Toshiro: I don't know why that has anything to with you. But if you would've looked at it logically you would've noticed that there are is not enough people to make another 4 man team and it wouldn't make it fair for me to go on another team, so i will most likely be used to help other squads. So basically I will help teams in need.Trash

Iruka:[Shocked] Yes toshiro you are correct.

Toshiro: I know i'm correct trash [he gets up and starts walking to the classroom door.

Iruka: who said you were allowed to leave.

Toshiro: [ Still walking] You did, i was gonna leave even if you said we weren't allowed to leave, trash.

[while all these conversations are going on the class is shocked ]

Toshiro: you're not my teacher anymore anyway so you're not in charge of me.Trash.

Iruka:Even if you are rookie of the year doesn't mean you can't take on a chunin.

Toshiro: Are you even sure you are qualified to ba chunin. Because it seems you still have the strength of a genin.

[He then walks out of the classroom, iruka soon after. not even bothering to say anything to the classroom]

Shikamaru: Well that escalated quickly.

[ While all this was happening in the classroom, people were watching with interest at this event in the hokage tower]

sarutobi: Well they are surely interesting.
