Chapter 12: new subordinates
.As we were training our teacher interrupted us to say "we'll be heading to the konoha-kiri front in 2 months so step up your training if you don't want to die a dog's death" we continue training . I was experiment with a little something.
In my hand was a little doll I have been concentrating for hours and finally , I was able to inject life force into the doll.

And after that I used the only perk I haven't been able to use before ‹hive mind›. The doll started twitch, I put down and it stood up, it felt weird seeing through both our eyes and mentally taxing as well. I started moving it through ‹hive mind› and it did everything I wanted it to do. I continued using hive mind till it levelled up granting me the ability to control mindless objects that are in a sense part of me and are bigger than me in size, that is what I was waiting for and so, I left my room and went to teacher " sensei, remember the thing I asked you about during our third missions"

We were hunting another bandit group this however was more weird than usual , while scouting the hideout I found a discrepancy. My ‹Seishin katsuryokugan› isn't seeing any life force but ‹space lord› is sensing humanoid spatial displacement ( movement). I couldn't tell my teacher my sensing abilities aren't Working cause he may also have them , telling him of my dojutsu is off the table so what do I do. After a long internal debate I remembered something, puppets have no life force. So with no hesitation I tell my team " our target maybe a puppet master" I see my teacher nod, I start using my ‹Seishin katsuryokugan› this time I expanded my range of vision to find one person I ‹observe› him and the result was.

I look at teacher and tell him that I will take care of it. He nods and I disappear, nearing the hideout front entrance I completely conceal my chakra and presence, and due to the lighting the opponent never saw or sensed Me coming, swiftly killing him and absorbing his life force. I found various scrolls most containing suna secrets , it seems that this was a suna chunin that was planning on selling out his village. Teacher came to the room and confiscated the scrolls , though there was one I was curious about, it was the puppet making arts of suna . Sensei told me that he will keep it for me if I was interested in puppet arts . Looking through most the documents, I also found out that this chunin used to have a crush on chiyo and has stalked her on more than one occasion, that was also how he was able to make his puppet jutsu derived from hers, however his had the added weakness of being immobilized to an extent if controlling more than ten puppets at the same time.

The teacher gives me three scrolls , one with materials and the other with puppet making 101 detailed with both chiyo and Saiji's notes, the last had puppetry training on it. ' I don't need the last one, but he doesn't know that and I like to keep it that way.

In these 2 months I trained like usual but focused on building puppets though only 5 satisfied me.

It was good that I had learned shadow clone jutsu prior to building these , interesting thing I can share knowledge between shadow clones through ‹hive mind›. I had also found out that no puppeteer armors their puppets due to the increased chakra consumption, something I don't have to worry about because of my dojutsu and ‹hive mind›.
We went to the battlefield it took us four days due to sensei wanting us to not tire through the journey,. As according to him a lot of dispatch teams are unlucky enough to be ambushed before they make it to the battlefield, luckily Murphy's law didn't Catch onto us.
We make it to the camp and find Zabuza alone , he sees me then nods and I return the gesture.
It seems Danzo is stationed against us according to our intel jiraya is stationed against the stone , tsunade and sakumo is stationed against the sand, orochimaru and hizashi hyuga against the cloud .
The first clash between us and the leaf start and I am besieged by 8 chunin and a jonin I grab my sword with one hand and a scroll with the other , I throw the scroll which unsealed while I slash at the jonin, he blocks but shows a clear opening due to his surprise as the unsealed scroll summons a hulking armored figure ( the mountain) and as I already put life force in it prior to the clash , it started to tear through the chunin while its strength equals their own, my puppet is heavily armored and carries two extremely sharp and heavy swords, what's more it is moving at a speed belying its size and weight. Using the opportunity presented I kill the jonin and continue my killing spree, the encounter ended with a draw as while i and my team along with Zabuza are tearing through the Konoha nin, not all kiri are as strong as us , and while that didn't stop us from dominating the field, some shinobi that i suspect to be from the root started suicide bombing our forces leading us to have more casualties.
