16 16 - Academy days 1

After leaving office, i started going back to apparent. Its already, evening. I should start preparing for dinner. But before that, i should visit nice onsen. In my old world, no onsen was near my house. But in konoha there is. I am gonna enjoy this.

As i reached place, where quite a number of onsens are there. I searched for nice one and entered.

Receptionist, asked me for visiting reason.

"Hey kid, why did you come here?"

"Hello mam, i want to inquire about memberships for month."

"Umm, its gonna cost you 250 for month kid, but let big sister give you discount. How about 200?"

"Thank you big sis."

I take opportunity, quite fast. I paid her, and she gave me monthly pass. In there 8 numbers are there. 

"You can visit here 8 times kid with this. Thank you sis. Bye"

She nodded and i headed towards my home.

After reaching, i made simple naan, and potato curry with salad. And started eating it. After dinner, i brought out diary given to me by "Old Man" and started my plan for this next 12 years. 

Naruto, gonna join academy in 2 years, so Uchiha mascare gonna happen after 3 years. And yes, Hinata hyuga kidnap already happened. Hizashi hyuga sacrificed himself for his brother. Mizuki gonna rile up, and told Naruto to steal forbidden scroll, is gonna happen after 8 years. 

I have quite some time but quite less with my disadvantages.

After writing, i gone in to sleep. 

Next week went by quite fast, what i did was sleep, Wake up, breakfast, go to training ground with bokuto in hand, training with bokuto, than lunch, than again training my body and stamina, than go home, prepare dinner, eat and sleep.

With ointments and medicines, training went quite smoothly. 

[Sandaime Hokage POV]

All kids are sitting in auditorium. I went up podium, as i see all kids sitting there, i started speaking about Will of fire, and they all went to sleep. Its kind of my fun time. When kids start sleeping their teachers wake them up for not disrespecting me. So i make sure speech goes long.

As kids started sleeping and their parents who are standing behind listening and contemplating it. Actually, academy speeches are never meant for kids. Its for their, parents.

Protect your child's innocence, protect your child, as they are new leafs of Konoha. And they will soon be big, and loose their innocence, so enjoy and protect their innocence, joy and your kids. 

As i was in middle of speech, i see some abnormality. I see one kid listing to it quite attentively. This never happened before. As i see kid, he kinda look familiar. 

Until now, i mostly come in contact of 2 kids. First is My grandchild Konohamaru, And second one is Naruto. Konohamaru is quite young can barely speak, and Naruto already started causing issue all around Village. But he still helped Hyuga Princess. Quite a big deed. He is like his father, Saved princess in distress.

But Why he looks familiar, I never met this kid. But why. Than i saw, Tatsumo behind all kids looking at me, and it clicked. He is "Ikki". Of course he looked familiar.

He become quite big, he mostly looks like his father, but gentleness of his mother. Thank god he didn't inherited white irises. It might have caused headache. And as Tatsumo's personality quite big one at that.

I want to meet him, but its not time yet. Let him fly and come to me, Let him be kenjutsu genius, Let him be Samurai.

[MC POV]

After completion of speech of third hokage, which was quite enjoying as i can see many kids started sleeping after just 5 min and teachers waking them up with continuous cycle, we went to our class. And our home room teachers took stage.

"Hello kids, My name is Daikoku Fueno, I am chunin of Konoha." Than another teacher started speaking. "Hi, I am Issin Tenoo, I am also chunin of Konoha."

"You can call me Daikoku sensei and him as Issin sensei. I will be your home room teacher. Nice to meet you all."

And all kids in chorus said, "Nice to meet you to Sensei."

"Today we will have introductions of you and you are free to go home."

"Lets start with you first."

He pointed at front row left side 1st kid, "Hi sensei, My name is Aoi Umeda. I want to be great ninja as my father and want to high ranking missions." 

Sensei nodded and pointed to next kid, "Hello, My name is Chikako Nara." 

Sensei nodded at that. It was longest introduction for Nara.

It goes on. Until my turn came. "My name is Ikki. I will be greatest swordsman of world."

Both Senseis got somewhat shocked and nodded. After 2 more kids introduction ended.

There are total 30 kids in class, 27 clan kids, 3 civilians. 3 Hyuga all from branch family, 2 Inuzuka don't have dogs yet, 4 Uchiha, 2 nara, 2 Yamanakas, 2 Akimichis, etc.

As it ended, Chikako came to me.

"Hello, Your name is Ikki-san, right?"

I nodded. 

"How did you know you will be greatest swordsman?"

"You know there is small difference between madness and geniuses."

He nodded at that.

"You got it right. I am mad."

He got shocked and started to smile. Than i extended my hands, "Nice to meet you, Nara san."

He also extended his hand we shook hands and he said, "Nice to meet you to. Just call me

Chikako."

"Same, just call me Ikki."

And this is how our friendship started.
