Chapter 5: Chakra Nature

After having the dinner. Everyone was sitting in the living room.

Father was reading the newspaper and mother was sewing something. Alex was sitting while holding his stomach.

He ate a lot in the dinner today.

Ace was enjoying the moment with a smile. Thinking in his mind, this is the benefit of having a family. Just spending some time with the family makes you relaxed.

After some time, Father finished reading the newspaper and looked at Ace who was lost in his thoughts. He said to him "Ace I have brought a chakra paper from the shop today. Do you want to test your affinity now or tomorrow morning ?"

Mother and Alex also looked at Ace same time, after listening father's words.

Alex looked at me eager eyes "Bro let's check it now. I want to know your chakra nature."

Ace looked at everyone looking at him. And looks toward father while saying "Father I can check it now."

Father nods at Ace and takes out a packet from his pocket in kimono shirt. And takes a paper from it and hands over it to Ace.

After I takes the chakra paper. Father looks at me and instructs me "Infuse a little amount of your chakra into the paper."

Ace nods at him. And starts infusing his chakra into the paper.

Suddenly the paper divides into two parts. One of the part burns away while other part turns black and cracks apart.

Seeing this Ace looks at the father. Looking for an explanation from him.

Father notices Ace's gaze, he coughed a little and explained "Ace you have an chakra affinity for two elements nature transformation."

Ace asks him "Father what affinities do I have? can you explain it to me."

Father nods and explains "When you infused chakra into paper. It separated into two parts which means you have 2 element affinities. First part burned into ashes which means your first chakra nature is fire. And the other part first turned little hard and then cracked apart which means you have earth elemental affinity."

Mother and Alex congratulated me. Father looked at me and said "You have 2 days leave before your Jonin instructor and team is alloted. By that time I can teach you basic earth element jutsu. Wake up early in the morning tomorrow."

Ace looked at him excitedly and nods at him "Ok! Father"

Everyone chat with each other or does there own separate work. After some time they went to sleep.

Early at the morning Ace wakes up and this time he even takes Alex with him to do physical work in the morning.

Alex follows him without questioning him. It seems like he wants to become a shinobi after seeing Ace graduate from the academy.

Well it's good for him. Ace seems satisfied with his brother for following him. With becoming stronger, he will be able to take a step further in this cruel world.

After returning to home, Alex falls on the floor gasping for breath and sweating profusely. And complains to Ace "Brother how are you able to do this much exercise. Are you still human ?"

Ace looks at him and replies "If you want to become a shinobi and stand above others, yiu have to work hard than other people."

Alex looks at him then replies back "If I can become popular then I can do this much exercise." He looks at him from side and asks in slow voice "Hey bro, Does girls like strong man ?"

Hearing this question Ace looks at him blankly and thinks 'With your and my look any girl will like you. It just you haven't stepped out of the mountain. Well I will not tell him this or he will not work physically.'

Ace replies to him after thinking "Yep! Girl likes strong man. The more stronger you are the more girls will chase after you. You can even marry a more beautiful women in the future, you can take father as an example."

Alex thinks about my answer and become serious, then replies to me "Brother I will follow you every morning for exercise from now on" with fire burning in his eyes.

I replies back to him "Yes Alex will become a strong man."

Ace walks towards the living room. He opens the door and asks from his father "Dad can we start now. I want to learn the earth style jutsu immediately."

He looks back at him and gets up from the table and says "Follow me."

They walks out of the house and went towards the forest area. On the way father asks "What were you teaching Alex now ?"

At his moment Ace froze for a moment and replies while sweating profusely "Father I was motivating him to work hard. So he can become strong."

His father looks back at him "Oh I heard you were giving him my example to him"

Ace thinks in his mind 'Father's ears sure are sharp. Can't underestimate the old man.'

He replies back "Oh I was telling him to become as strong as you father. And become a man who follows his own principles."

Father nods at him. And thinks in his mind 'This brat, where did he get this side from ? Neither I nor Rosella has this type of character.'
