3 Mastering Basic Seal! Terrifying Talent!

After checking his body and knowing that there were no problems, Kazutora folded the quilt, and he walked out of the room.

Walking out, Kazutora looked around the house, but he didn't find Kurenai at the house.

"Where did she go?" Kazutora muttered as he wondered where she went. Seeing that she wasn't at the house, Kazutora went to the room where he saw several books on a shelf.

Entering the room, Kazutora looked at the books, and he picked one to read the title of the room.

"Basics of Genjutsu," Kazutora read the title aloud and he opened the book. On the first page, various hand seals were made with information about them written beside them, and Kazutora looked at the note at the end.

"When you can make one seal per second and control the flow of chakra like the seal, you can move to the next stage."

Reading this, Kazutora smiled, and he sat down on the ground with the book open in front of him. He started to trace the hand seal movements, and ten minutes later, Kazutora could form the hand seals without mixing or making any mistakes.

"Hmm, I wonder how 'me' would have done?" Kazutora muttered as he formed seals one by one, and after forming all the twelve basic seals, he started to focus on the chakra in his body.

While forming a hand seal, Kazutora tried to move the chakra in his body. He noticed that when he formed a seal in his hand this time without thinking of restricting his chakra, the chakra started to move on its own.

This made him wonder how this happened as it felt like chakra had a mind of its own, and when the specific seal was formed, chakra would move.

'Is it related to my subconscious or what they called, I don't remember the name but like how memories of ancestors were stored in genes or something.'

Kazutora remembered reading such a topic in Psychology before, but now he couldn't remember the matter. Shaking his head, he removed these thoughts from his mind, and Kazutora started to practice the hand seals and chakra movement.

Thirty minutes later, Kazutora, who felt like he had gained control over his chakra, formed all the Basic seals one by one. The chakra in his body moved in correspondence to the seal, and when he ended the twelfth seal, the chakra in his body stopped moving.

"Let's move to next. I wonder how I compare to others," Kazutora muttered as he moved to the next page, and his expression changed as he read what was written on it.

"Now that you can do basic seals, it's time for you to master chakra control. It is impossible to use genjutsu without chakra control unless you have a Kekkai Genkai related to it."

Reading ahead, Kazutora saw the Chakra control techniques on the page.

"Leaf-sticking, wall-walking, tree-walking, water-walking, hot-water walking, moving water-walking, waterfall-walking, walking on water while getting attacked."

Kazutora read the names of practice exercises one by one, and he looked at the notes beside each exercise. The notes told what he should do, and what he should focus on while doing the particular exercise.

At the end page, Kazutora looked at the note written on it, and he read it aloud.

"These are Basic Chakra Control Practice Exercises. When you have mastered the last one, you will be able to practice Genjutsu. Besides them, there are advanced chakra control practice exercises, and you can read the notes on the next page after you have mastered the exercise."

Kazutora had a thoughtful look on his face when he read the words, and he put the book back on the shelf.

It's already been an hour since he came in the room, and when Kazutora turned around to leave, he saw someone standing at the door with a playful smile on her face.

"Big Sister," Kazutora called Kurenai and he walked to her. Seeing him like this, Kurenai ruffled his hair and she walked to the shelf and picked up the book that Kazutora had.

Looking at the book, a nostalgic look appeared in Kurenai's eyes, and she asked, "Did you read the whole book?"

"No, I didn't," Kazutora said while shaking his head, and a curious look appeared in Kurenai's eyes. Remembering her past when she read the whole book in a go, she wondered why Kazutora didn't read the book, and asked the question.

"Why didn't you read the book?"

"It says that you need to complete the exercise first and then move to the next page. I still haven't completed the exercise, so I didn't read ahead."

Kurenai was dumbfounded by the answer, and she remembered how she foolishly read the whole book in a go. A peal of laughter escaped her lips as she thought of this, and Kurenai said, "So, are you going to practice the Basic Seals now?"

Kazutora shook his head, and he decided not to hide his talent.

"I can already do the basic seals. I will do the chakra control exercise first and then read ahead." Kazutora said while keeping an innocent look in his eyes, and Kurenai was astonished by her words.

"Show me," She directly asked him to show the basic seals, as she didn't want to question him about. If he can do the basic seals, then it means he didn't lie, and then she will ask if she knew about this before.

Kazutora looked at her for a moment and then he nodded at her. He started to form the twelve basic seals, and Kurenai looked at his smooth movements.

'Even if he is taking a second to form a seal, he can smoothly switch between the seals, and it is more difficult than forming the seal. With practice, his speed will increase, and since he can switch smoothly, he won't have problems in future.'

"So, how long did it take for you to learn this? It took me a day to learn all the seals, and two days to freely switch in between." Kurenai asked instead of asking if he knew about the seals before. After all, she didn't think Kazutora would lie, and she didn't want to seem as if she was questioning him.

Kazutora froze at her words, and he didn't know how to answer her. After all, it only took him forty minutes to do what she did in three days, and since Kurenai was called a specialist, she could be considered a normal genius.

"I had practiced before with Mom, and it took me a day," Kazutora said instead of saying that he mastered it in forty minutes even if he didn't want to hide his abilities, saying that he did it in forty minutes is too much.

Kurenai looked at Kazutora for a moment and then nodded at his words. She didn't think about him lying, and with Kazutora's parents being Jonin, Kurenai understood that Kazutora was talented.

'One day must be with chakra. Aunt must have asked him to focus on movements before.'

Kurenai thought in her mind, and she said, "Since you can already do basic seals, I will teach you about chakra control later. For now, come with me. I have brought your items, and you can choose a room to put them in. I will recommend the room beside mine as the house is big for only two people."

"Okay," Kazutora just nodded at her words, and he didn't ask for more. Seeing him behaving obediently, Kurenai smiled, and she walked outside the room with him.

"You can come here to read the books anytime, but don't practice any techniques inside. I know that you might be curious about them, so I will give you the key to the basement later. In future, you can learn in the room, and practice in the basement."

"If you have any questions, you can ask me, and I will answer your questions. I won't be able to stay at home every time because of missions, but when I will be leaving the village for a mission, someone else will take care of you in my place."

"She is my friend, and her name is Anko Mitarashi. If you need help in future and I am not here, you can look for her."

"Also," Kurenai stopped in between, and she looked at Kazutora, who also looked at her.

"The Academy has started to accept the list of students. I have decided to send your name in the last, and the test will be fifteen days from now. Is that okay with you?"

"Umm! I want to go to the Academy and make friends there." Kazutora said at Kurenai's words, and he wanted to meet the 'so-called Itachi God', Izumi, who lived in a dream, and others who are still in the Academy.

Kurenai smiled at his answer, and she was relieved that Kazutora wanted to go to the Academy.

They moved into the main hall, and Kazutora looked at two scrolls on the table.

"Your items are in the first storage scroll. I took all the things I considered to be useful to you, and the other one consists of all the items of your parents that I could find." Kurenai said in a heavy voice, and Kazutora walked towards the scroll.

He looked at the two scrolls with no expression on his face, and then he picked them together.

Turning around, he looked at Kurenai, and with a bright smile appearing on his face, Kazutora said, "Thank you for everything, Big Sister."

Kurenai looked at the bright smile on Kazutora's face and she felt that it was worth going and looking around for his items.

"It's what I should do," Kurenai said with a gentle smile on her face, and she turned around and walked towards her room.

"You can go inside and place the things. I will be doing some work in my room. If you need anything, you can come and ask me. Two hours later, it will be time for dinner."

Saying this, Kurenai walked into her room, and nodding at her, Kazutora walked into his room. Looking around the room, Kazutora saw that it was built in the same style as Kurenai's room, and he placed the two scrolls on the bed.

Taking a deep breath, Kazutora opened the first scroll, and he looked at the seals on the scroll. A confused look appeared on his face as Kurenai didn't tell him how to open the scroll, but the Kazutora remembered the basic seals, and he remembered the seal used to open the Scroll.

"Open: Seal!" Kazutora said while using the seal, and he put his hand at the centre of the scroll. He sensed chakra moving from his body to the scroll, and then all the items in the scroll appeared beside the scroll.

"Oh, I didn't tell----"

At the same time, the door opened with Kurenai speaking her words, and she stopped in mid when she saw the items from the scroll appearing on the bed.

"Well, it's good that you can do it. I was about to say the same. You can carry one."

Saying this one breath, Kurenai closed the door, and her face turned red because of the embarrassment she felt.

"Idiot Kurenai, what are you doing? First crying, then your clothes, and now this."

Kurenai muttered while patting her cheeks, and she went into her room to read the books that she had bought before.

The books were related to having good relationships in the family, especially with adopted brothers and sisters. Now, Kurenai considered Kazutora as her cute little brother, and she wanted to form a better relationship with him.
