But even those clans show interest in wanting that jutsu.

Kouske: We can not give anybody this Jutsu. Although, I am sure somebody else might be able to recreate it.

Mitsuhide: Yes, as long as the hand sign is known, I know someone will be able to figure out the chakra pathway to create the jutsu. The problem is it is only a matter of time.

Kouske: I would suggest that you ask each person who learned it to either not show hand signs when using it or master it to the point of using it without hand signs.

The difficulty in mastering it is high as you need enough fire style mastery to create and exhale that gas. Also, controlling it is difficult as well. If you want to take out a lot of enemies then you need enough chakra control and wind style control to spread it over a wide area. But even a spark from enemy would ignite it so you have close to zero control if you are using it for an ambush or a trap but before all the enemies are inside it someone just creates a spark. Meaning in specific conditions it can be used for ambush and traps but if conditions are not met then you will just be throwing away your chakra. The difficulty in mastering is A-Rank and its destruction ability A-S depending upon how much chakra you can pump in it.

Kouske: Right now I know my chakra is only a little more than an average shinobi. But I wanted a powerful technique. I also wanted the technique to be something invisible, meaning any enemy should not be able to see it coming. So I created this. The chakra is used mainly to create and spread the gas. So chakra mastery, fire-style mastery and chakra-control were the main things I used in creating it. As I was confident in those. So I am creating a gas and spreading it. I am just controlling the gas and explosion can happen with just a spark. It is different from normal fire-style where you use all of your chakra to create fire and more chakra there is the bigger the fire.

Mitsuhide: I see. You are not a prodigy for nothing. Even if there were limitations you were able to create a deadly Jutsu.

[Kouske: Heh, even if I were to give it you. I know that only a few people will be able to master it. Right now, with my above-average genin level chakra, I can only use it twice if I want the affect to be close to B-rank. If I want it to be an A-Rank technique then I have to use all of my chakra. A chunin will be able to use it 1-8 times depending on how big an explosion they want. Meaning I created this technique so that when I have chunin level chakra, I have a S-Rank Jutsu in my arsenal.
