First Mission: Clans War - 1

Kouske: A bright day with pleasant wind. Truly a good day. At least it should have been if not for the sound of the continuous explosions, people howling in anger and clashes of weapons. JUST HOW DID THINGS CAME TO BE? A FULL ON WAR? FROM A PROTECTION MISSION? FUCK, FFFFFFFFUUUUCCCCKKK. JUST WHY? WHY CAN'T SOMETHING GO SMOOTHLY AND EASILY? WHAT SIN HAVE I DONE FOR THINGS TO NOT WORK AS I EXPECT THEM TO?

Kouske was pondering his current unfortunate circumstances. It has been 2 weeks since the day they reached the domain of the diamyo. Next day, 3 Uchiha arrived to discuss the war. One of the Uchiha was Tajima Uchiha, the father of Madara Uchiha. He is in his early-twenties. Given that when Madara and Hashirama met they were probably 12 or 13 and at that time Tajima Uchiha was in late thirties, it will only be a couple of years and Madara will take his first breath into this world.

Kouske: That Tsuchimikado bastard is a total trash. Who knew he was keeping the children of his domain as hostage so that their parents do not run away to the other diamyo. My clan probably knows everything but as shinobi, we are tools and tools never question their master. Damn, if only I could assassinate this fucking piece of trash. I have decided, if any shinobi gets near him and I am on protection duty, I will do the bare minimum to protect him. I hope he dies.

Kouske was hiding in some bushes, while the war rages on around him. Tsuchimikado was going all in by using all his wealth to employ as many shinobi he can as possible. For him, it was do or die. Due to this, he has employed, Uchiha, Fuma, Shiru and Haguromo clans. His opponent, also decided to go all in and have employed Inuzuka, Aburame, Hyuga, Tenro, Amagiri and Hirisaka clans.

Kouske: Fuck, We are so outnumbered. Still, in total 30 shinobis are protecting Tsuchimikado so our side has 470 in combat. I do not know how many are protecting the enemy diamyo.

Tsuchimikado has used all of his money and was able to get 500 shinobi on his side. On the other hand, his opponent has 900 shinobis in total. He remembers why he has to join the war as well.

Kouske's maximum sensing range is 200 meters so he can not be trusted to protect Tsuchimikado. Tsubame is with Tsuchimikado for protection, due to this, Kouske has to join the battle. He was assigned in a squad and two squads left for scouting. They reached a place and others stopped. Others decided to hide in that place while he was tasked to scout ahead by his squad leader, who is an Uchiha. There was a special road that merchants use to cross these lands. The road gets divided into left, right and continues further to other territories. Due to merchants using this, this road is of strategic importance as whoever can control this road, will stop the other side from getting supplies through merchants. Although, there are other roads that enter both territories, this one is more important due to it being maintained well and due to its size being bigger as more carriages can pass through. His squad stayed behind with another squad while he was told to go ahead alone for scouting and return in 4 hours. He went ahead and after 1 and half hours, he noticed enemies. He investigated while remaining hidden and found that their opponents have taken control of the road on their side. Now whichever side will control the intersection of the road, will have an advantage. He decided to return to inform his squad. While returning, 200 meters away from the rendezvous point. He sensed that his allies were about to get ambushed. He increased his speed to arrive and then hid just as the battle started. 2 squads of 8 people, with him included, are ambushed by 3 squads of 12 people and 2 Ninken. Now back to present.

Another explosion happens several meters away from Kouske. He is hiding and waiting to pick easy targets. His sword which is a Tanto, a Tanto is a short single-edged blade with a square tip, for his small body, it was perfect as relative to his size it was a sword. Suddenly, he moves fast as a mirage and two shinobi that were moving toward the explosion have their heads flying. He lands on the other side and moves fast using [Shunshin no Jutsu] and hides again. Kouske is taking a strategic approach, he is limited by the amount of his chakra and his jutsu arsenal. There are some jutsus he does not want to reveal unless his life is in danger, like the Rasengan or Chidori. He will only use these two when there is no choice or he is sure no one will be around to see. Suddenly, his expression changes and he gets out of his hiding spot and starts running. He even employs [Shunshin no Jutsu] without hand signs to move faster but alas his effort proved fruitless.

Kouske: Shit, I am surrounded.

He got behind a tree and he was using the [Chakra Sense Scan Jutsu] to see everything in 200 meters radius. Suddenly, his expression changes and he jumps back. Kunais with paper bombs hit the place he was and there were explosions. He constantly retreats from such attacks. He retreats 4 to 5 times and find a new place to hide on a branch behind foliage. He can sense that he is surrounded by 4 shinobis and 2 ninkens.

Kouske Inner thought: Double shit, I am surrounded by shinobis that are quite hard to deal with. Can this day get any worse?

1 shinobi has a dog as a ninken, while the other has a wolf with a sword in its mouth. The former is an Inuzuka, while the later is a Tenro. The Tenro are famous for their [Tenrō-Style Ninjutsu: Beast-Human Transformation Technique], the master of this technique can transform into half human half wolf, just like a werewolf that can stand on two legs, use its strength with special taijutsu. They are also famous for their sealing techniques. In the not so near future, Tenro, Amagiri and Hirisaka clans will come together to create Yumegakure, a small village located in a deep forest of a tiny country, near the border of the Land of Fire. Tenro clan will become the leader of the village because they will seal the Three-Heads, a giant monster with a body similar to that of a lion and three heads. Its skin is mostly white and has dark purple on several places, including the underbelly. It has beige-coloured armour above the main head on which there are several small, red markings and a row of spikes. The other two heads come out of each side of the armour. It is a solid concentration of chakra and can rival a tailed beast. The other two shinobi surrounding Kouske, are an Amagiri and a hyuga.

Kouske Inner thought: Is that shinobi expelling poison mist towards me? TRIPLE SHIT! He is probably an Amagiri then. The Amagiri are also proficient in sealing jutsu, but they also have a special transformation technique like Tenro but they are more troublesome to deal with because they use poison insects and can literally expel poison mist like this shinobi is doing right now. I just hope both the Amagiri and the Tenro are not the master of their clans special transformation techniques. Otherwise, my day definitely will become the worst day.

Kouske quickly retreated again. By now he was getting further away from his allies and he realises that this is getting more dangerous.

Kouske Inner thought: Hmmm....I can not move towards my squad. They are ambushed and I do not even know whether they will survive this ambush or not. On the other hand, I am alone and the 4 in front of me are not going to let me join my allies. Hmm.....No choice then.

Kouske decided on his plan, turned 180 degree and started running.

Hyuga shinobi: He is running away. After him, we need to kill everyone so that their main camp does not get any information.

Kouske started using [Shunshin no Jutsu] and increased his speed to max. 4 shinobis with 2 ninken were pursuing him.

Kouske Inner thought: Now things will get more dangerous. First step, take a lead and leave them behind long enough to hide. No hyuga will keep using his Byakugan, what's more, that hyuga also need to save chakra. I first need to get distance. I mastered [Shunshin no Jutsu] to the highest level for this day. The Tenro and Inuzuka shinobi increased their speed and started getting further away from their squad mates.

15 mins later, the Tenro and Inuzuka shinobi noticed something. They lost the scent of the kid they were pursuing. They continued on, suddenly, they passed by a paper bomb stuck to a tree, there was also a delicate and thin wire passing from it. When they passed by with speed, the wire was disturbed by just their speed.

Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom

Explosions started happening around them. They and their ninken performed acrobatic manoeuvres to dodge and not get killed by an explosion. Due to all the explosions and because everyone was dodging where they could find the chance to survive, distance appeared between them. Suddenly, the dog as it was dodging was tackled in the air by a shadow amidst the explosion. The shadow used the kunai to strike the heart while holding its mouth so that It won't bite. The shadow then used its body as a stepping stone and disappeared between the trees. The explosions stopped as the pursuers probably passed all the areas that were booby trapped. The shinobis landed a little distance away on the ground and looked back.

Tenro shinobi: That was dangerous. Thank God none of us is injured.

Inuzuka shinobi: Where is Yuki? YUKI! YYUUUKKKKIIII! WHERE ARE YOU?

Yuki: woof.

Yuki barked from distance. It was injured and slowly skipping towards them as if aside from the blood on it, its foot is also injured.

Inuzuka shinobi: Oh no!

The Inuzuka shinobi quickly moved towards the dog. The Inuzuka slowed down so that he can carefully land beside his dog and as he landed in front of the dog and opened his arms to hug it.

Tenro shinobi's eyes opened wide and was about to move to attack with his ninken when he noticed that the same figure was standing behind him and his ninken, with his hands on both of them.

Kouske clone exploded and along with it the human and its wolf. The explosion this time was bigger than normal ones. This was due to Kouske's self crafted paper bombs that have more power than the normal ones. The real Kouske hurriedly sealed the bodies or what ever remained of them, specially for the Tenro and its ninken. Then he laid new traps in the area and hid.

Just 3 mins after, two silhouettes can be seen. They approached near and then the hyuga stopped his team mate.

Hyuga: There are traps all around us. Also, that kid is hiding in front of us 15 meters away. Based on the destruction and because the kid is not running anymore, we can assume our squad mates were killed. May be due to traps or may be the kid did it himself. In conclusion, we can not drop our guard.

Kouske inner thought: Typical of people who trust their eyes, when you see something dangerous in front of you, you do not check your surroundings with your eyes.

Kouske made some hand signs and his hand stopped on the ram seal.

[Sealed Binding Formation]

There were sealing tags placed around the area where the hyuga and its team mates stopped. The tags were on tree bark and were hidden through a special method. They looked part of the tree. When Kouske executed his jutsu, the sealing tags became visible and activated.

Hyuga: OH NO!

Amagiri: Damn it.

Both were paralysed. This is a sealing formation of quite a low level that can be easily used by anyone who has just a basic understanding. If you do not know about sealing jutsu then you can get the sealing tags from someone else but If you know sealing jutsu then you can create your own. Kouske created these tags himself. This was the first time he was using these. After executing his jutsu, he moved fast toward his enemies. There was a weakness of this barrier ninjutsu, the opponents are only paralysed but they can use their chakra. He knows that the Amagiri is more dangerous. He can use poisonous insects and may be can even use the special transformation technique of his clan so if he orders his insects to destroy even one tag or if he transforms and start using the special jutsu he can use in his transformation then things will become complicated. Kouske arrived in front of both of his opponents, his hands moved towards their abdomen, in a split second a Rasengan was formed in both of his hands and moved towards their target.

[Rasengan Barrage]

Kouske's both rasengans were perfect. They formed in less than a second in each hand and were charged and chakra was spinning in them at full speed. Both rasengans hit the abdomens of their targets and started shining. Speedy Winds were also gathering and moving around each rasengan. Kouske then twisted his hand and released the power of the rasengans. There was an explosion of wind and chakra, both of the targeted shinobis were sent flying. They toppled many trees before creating a little ditch in the ground and stopping to never move again.

Kouske: Finally, Now lets get the paper bombs, wires, sealing tags, seal their bodies and move.

Kouske collected everything and started moving towards his allies, he was hopeful but he knew their chances of survival were quite less.
