Training

Nobita spent the entire early morning gathering his thoughts and memories from the anime. He was in Naruto's graduating class, and he was in the Genin corps for not being too outstanding. Also he was tight on finances, as he had only 8000 Ryo. After thinking through everything and creating certain plans for the future, he met his only other living relative, his younger brother.

Nobita: "Good morning Jiro, you ready for academy today?"

Jiro: "Yup I am nii-san. Hopefully it will be a fun day today! The Hokage came yesterday to our class!"

Nobita: "Oh really? That's nice, well I made breakfast, quickly eat and be punctual for your classes."

Jiro complied and quickly went to Academy soon after. Come to think of it, Jiro was a pretty good looking boy for his age, while Nobita was above average. "Welp, it is what it is" he thought.

"Now its time to train myself to the best of my ability and then go for a mission."

"First things first, lets sharpen up some of my existing jutsu and then work on my physical, and then chakra control."

Nobita only knew three E-rank jutsu: clone, body substitution and cloak of invisibility jutsu, the latter being something he picked up from his father's journal.

Nobita first tried the clone jutsu, and was able to make a weak-looking clone, after expending over half of his chakra. "This is a very inefficient technique at the moment, maybe I should put it on the backburner until I have more Chakra."

Similarly, he tried to do body substitution and invisibility jutsu, which were not too chakra expensive. He practiced for a good two hours until his reserves were empty. Each time he made progress, and he felt that pulling them off became easier and much quicker. "If I can refine these jutsu, I can become a master of evasion."

After having a meal and getting some rest and recovering his chakra, the next part of the training was work on his physical prowess. His strength was his best stat. Nobita spent some time doing the Taijutsu that was taught at the academy, and also ran and did some push ups, to get his heart rate pumping.

"I should also work on my strength, for now, I can use my axe to chop some wood."

The axe was pretty heavy, and so Nobita began cutting some logs in his backyard. He pushed himself to the point of exhaustion and then dropped to the ground. He was panting crazily.

Jiro: "Onii-chan are you okay? Why are you on the ground?"

Nobita: "I was just training, don't worry Jiro. Go inside and have some food, there's leftovers in the kitchen."

Jiro went inside and Nobita thought to himself "I should probably buy some weights as well as visit the Konoha library, might find some useful offensive jutsu for Genin level. Also, lets see my stats."

"Not bad my stats grew a little bit from this much practice. If I work hard, I should continue to see results."

Nobita then left his house and went to the local weapons shop.

Nobita: "Hey boss, do you have any weights, anything heavy for training?"

Boss: "Sure, this weighted set here is for 5000 ryo."

Nobita: "Cool, but can I get a good customer discount, lets do 4000 ryo."

Boss: "Hell no! 4500 is the best I can do!"

Nobita: "Come on boss, do me a solid, I'm an up and coming Genin, lets do some business."

Boss: "Aren't you in the Genin corps?"

He have Nobita a deadpan look.

Nobita: "Yes but, look, I'll be a loyal customer and come to you anytime boss, lets do 4100 ryo."

Boss: "Ughhhh, fine! But you better be a loyal customer and tell all your friends about me."

Nobita nodded and payed the amount, and received his training set. After, he visited the Konoha library and went to the Genin section.

"Hmmm, lets see what we have here."

One technique immediately caught his eye: "Arhat fist". It was a good strength-based fighting technique and suited his current archetype.

After snooping around further, Nobita then spotted something very interesting. The eight gates technique, well technically the first three gates. This was a lottery! Not only had he gotten a pretty good fighting technique but also the first three gates and the way to unlock them. This was a Godsend. He could now be a Taijutsu expert!

He quickly checked out the two manuals, and then rushed home. By the time he was back it was night and it was dinner time. Although Nobita was elated with his training haul, he made dinner for himself and his younger brother.

Jiro: "Nii-san you seem very happy today. Did something good happen?"

Nobita: "Yup, something good did happen. How about you, how was your day?"

Like this, Nobita got to know more about his younger brother through their conversation, and after dinner he went to the training yard to train again.
