"Uncle do you remember Aunt Aiko" Shisui Asked once again becoming serious, but this time Fugaku could tell, that he was not joking time

"Are you still angry about that?" Shisui asked while his head went down a little
"I was never angry, just sad that we have to lose such a genius because of clan politics, but why are you asking about her all of a sudden" Fugaku said with a frustrated voice
"As I expected you do not know about Kaida," Shisui said while shaking his head
"Are just going to talk to yourself, I don't have all day you know" Fugaku said
"Kaida is the son of Aiko Uchiha, and Asami Senju, he not only has awakened his sharingan but is very close to evolving it to 2 tomoe Sharingan, also he had enough chakra to be considered a jonin in the clan," Shisui said in one single breadth
"What why the hell I am getting to know about this now" Fugaku angrily asked already knowing the answer somewhat
"I also came to know about him when the third elder called him to join the clan, most likely trying to recruit him in his fraction,
but since he was in the orphanage after his parent's death, and was only called to the Uchiha compound when he awakened his sharingan he refused the offer"
"Those fools, still just thinking about increasing their power and nothing else, now we have lost one more talent because of those fools," Fugaku said in a more frustrated voice
"No uncle, we have not lost him, actually as you know he is my brother, and when I told my mom about him, she forced me to bring him to our house, after knowing about my mom and me, he agreed to stay here with his friend a civilian ninja Yomi, so for that I want your permission"

Those ninjas were Jonin-level ninjas with 3 tomoe Sharingan, they had both experience and power with them so even if Kaida had a similar amount of chakra with them he was not as strong as them
Also due to having 3 tomoe sharingan, they were able to copy many jutsus in their lifetime so they were more versatile in terms of ninjutsu which further increased the strength gap between Kaida and the guard guarding the room on the first and 2nd floor
"Brother why are such powerful ninjas doing Guard job here" Kaida asked Shisui
"You are not qualified to know such details Kaida I will tell you about this when you become an integral part of the Uchiha Clan and your strength increases a little more
"Okay brother"
They both reached Fugaku's office and knocked on the door
"Come in" Came a deep voice Kaida could feel authority from the voice, Kaida had never met anyone having a position of leader when he came to this world
Though he had met Hiruzen many times, Hiruzen always portrayed himself as a next-door grandpa to the children who have talent,
Even in a normal world leaders have an aura of authority around them, now just think how much it will enhance in a world where they are more powerful than normal humans by many times
They will subconsciously release an aura of authority which will be a warning to others that they are not someone you want to mess with
This was the feeling Kaida got when he heard Fugaku's voice
Shisui opened the door and both of them entered inside, Kaida was sure that Fugaku looked much younger than he was shown in the anime
In just 4-5 years Uchiha massacre may have happened normally, but Looking at Fugaku now he seems at least 10 years younger than how he was shown in his last moments
Then coming out of his thoughts Kaida remembered that he was in front of one of the most powerful people in Konoha
"Good afternoon Clan leader," Kaida said bowing a little, though he was not afraid a little, he had the backing of both Hiruzen and Yukihiro and somewhat Shisui too, so there was not much Fugaku could do against him, not like was looking forward to offending such a powerful ninja
Also, no one in Konoha knows that he has mangekyo Sharingan, which was the reason he was considered just an elite Jonin-level ninja, he may be low Kage level too, but if we consider that he also has Mangekyo sharingan he can be considered a low S Rank ninja
"Good afternoon," Fugaku said in the same serious tone and then continued
"Shisui said that you want to join the Uchiha clan, is that true"
"I want to live with my brother and aunt and if I have to join the Uchiha clan for that I don't have any problem in joining the clan," Kaida said trying not to offend Fugaku, but at the same time not to be seen as desperate to join Uchiha clan
"Oh! So you are saying that you just want to join the Uchiha clan because of Shisui and your aunt, So if I allow you to stay with them without joining the clan you are perfectly all right with that" Fugaku asked intrigued by this answer of Kaida
"Will I also have permission to learn Genjutsu from Brother in that case, ask some doubts about Sharingan if I face them in the future?" Kaida asked after thinking for some time
"I can allow Shisui to teach you basic genjutsu but not genjutsu special for the Uchiha clan, also you will not be allowed to ask anything about sharingan since you will not be a part of the Uchiha clan in that case"
Kaida became silent for some time and then replied with a determined voice….
