After sleeping for 22 hours Kaida woke up at 3 AM without wasting any time he went toward his previous training location to try the new seal he had given
First as said he set the weight at 10 kg and started doing push-ups, after just some reps he started feeling the effect of the weight suddenly a question arose in his mind
'how much weight is my limit'
To answer that Kaida started to slowly increase weight to 25 kg the effect of weight became apparent, he walked around a little bit and continued to increase his weight
At 50 kg he started having difficulty in walking at 75 he was walking at a literal crawling pace, and 100kg was his limit, at the end he coated his whole body in chakra, and with the help of chakra he was able to move at 100 kg though it was at the same pace as he was carrying 50 kg
Kaida continued his exercise like this only after 1 hour his chakra reserve was half, he stopped using chakra and reduced the weight to 10 kg
Pain
A huge amount of pain assaulted his body, as even though with the help of chakra he was able to do exercise while carrying 100 kg of weight it was not something he could normally do, his body was taking all the damage while chakra was providing enough power to do the exercise as well as slowly healing the damage
Kaida again coated his body in chakra and just laid there, since now chakra was only working on healing his body his recovery sped up and in 30 minutes, he was good to go
(A.N: No he didn't have any medical jutsu, it is just one of the property of chakra that increase natural healing of the body, due to this ninja heal faster than civilian)
He went back to his house since yesterday only they had a huge feast, Kaida decided to just eat a nutrient bar, as due to constant eating outside and other expenses their balance had become 9540 Ryo from 24000 Ryo
They have also not received their monthly allowance for this month so he decided to stick with the nutrient bar for now, since their training has just been over yomi didn't come to call Kaida for morning training and Kaida did the same
At 6 Am both of them got ready and went toward Hokage's office, since Hiruzen was expecting them, they didn't have to wait long
"Congratulations to both of you, you have completed your elemental training
And kaida you even learned kenjutsu too very good, very good"
"Thankyou grandpa," both of them said
"As you guys know there was a plan to have 4 parts in your academy after which you would have become a genin, and you have already completed 3
But for 4 the part where you will have to learn a specialization you have to weigh, after you complete some missions and have some practical experience then you can choose your specialization"
Before Both of them were unable to fully comprehend it, Hiruzen once again started speaking
"You were already promoted to genin earlier remember"
With a sudden realization both of them said
"yes grandpa"
"Being a genin means you are now an adult, so you will not be getting a stipend like earlier on the other hand you can take missions from the assignment desk present in the academy
Though you can only take the D rank mission for now, when there is anyone else ready to be promoted to be a genin and your team can get 3rd member then I will assign you a sensei and you can take the c rank mission too
Oh! I forgot to ask if you even want to be in a team or not"
Yomi swiftly said
"We want to be on the same team lord hokage" kaida just nodded his head
"Hahaha, ok" Obviously Hiruzen knew that but due to his manipulation habits, he had to make himself look like a loving grandpa to children hence such antics, which kaida understood
As Hiruzen was someone Kaida was more careful about even more than Danzo, due to his manipulation habits
"Also, you can only take missions together no solo mission is allowed"
"Yes Grandpa"
After talking about some nonsense about 'Will of fire' for some time they both were allowed to go back when they were outside the Hokage office
"Yomi let's check some mission now, as our balance is very low let's earn some money," Kaida said and Yomi could have sworn there was money written in his eyes
"ok" She had never once asked about money kaida and it was Kaida's duty to manage the expenses for both of them
They went to the academy desk and presented their genin cards to him, normally they would not be able to take any mission without a chunin or join as their sensei
But due to special permission from lord Hokage, they can
"how many maximum missions we can take at a time," Kaida asked
Normally such a question was not asked of him since the new genin don't want to do D-rank mission as they are normal chores
"At max, you can take 8 missions and after completing them you can take the next missions"
"ok"
Kaida went ahead and picked 8 normal missions like transporting things, cutting trees, and even cleaning cows
"yomi make 7 shadow clones," Kaida said, Yomi instantly understood why kaida had taken 8 mission
Normally they would not have been allowed to use any jutsu in a D-rank mission, but since there was no one to stop them, they decided to use it to their heart's content
Kaida also made 7 shadow clones but with double the amount of chakra, so that if they have to use chakra in between the mission his clone can do it
After sending them to a mission each also went to a mission otherwise some may object that they are misusing their jutsu to earn money
The mission they went on was to transfer the object from one place to another, it was the mission that paid the most and on reaching the location they understood why
There were so many objects that they would have to make many rounds to transfer all the objects IF they were not allowed to use chakra
Kaida quickly made 4 shadow clones 2 used transformation jutsu to transform into a cart and buffalo and the other 2 started loading the items kaida went to inform to contractor that they would be transferring all the objects at the same time
The contractor was a middle-aged man with an average face and average build, he looked like a normal next-door neighbor, Kaida showed his request paper and said
"Sir we will be transferring all the items at the same time you may come check if anything is left"
The old man didn't understand what Kaida was saying, since there were so many items that he had to hire a ninja otherwise the only other option was a more expensive cart
When he reached there he was shocked to see that a person looking as same as Kaida was loading items on the cart, but he was not new to the ninja world and understood that the person must have used some jutsu
"umm sir, we can't afford the cart"
"My name is kaida, and you don't have to worry about the cart the price is the same"
"Oh okay, my name is Shomi"
When all the items were loaded the contractor came to kaida and said
"Kaida san can we also sit on the cart with the items"
Not seeing any problem with that Kaida accepted it, then a girl peeked from behind the man
"Oh she is my daughter, Amaya she is 12 this year"
Both Kaida and Yomi were shocked to hear this as they were just 7 and they looked older than her
"Hey my name is Yomi and I am 7 this year"
Seeing a confused look on her daughter's face Shomi explained ninjas grow up early
After a small introduction, they departed for their location, on the way kaida got to know that, both of them were from a nearby village and came here to sell things on behalf of the village
For the whole way, Ayame was stealing glances at kaida, but Kaida ignored her, Yomi seeing this became happy
On reaching the location they unloaded the item and got the sign of completing the mission
Till now all of their clones had completed the mission they all met in front of the academy and Kaida collected all the papers that signified the completion of the mission
He went ahead and submitted all the papers and took new mission, the instructor there was baffled as they completed it too early, he was expecting them to complete this mission in 3 days at a minimum
Similarly, they completed the next 8 missions too since it was 6 PM by the time they finished Kaida didn't take any more mission
