Jiryoku carefully read the scroll's contents, making sure he didn't miss any information. After he finished reading, a strange quiet descended upon the area, as though the air itself had been muted. Kabuto appeared to be standing in an abyss where all signs of existence were gone at that precise instant rather than the bounds of a simple house.

Jiryoku gripped the scroll firmly and said, "Are the contents of this scroll accurate?" in a low voice that nonetheless rang with authority.

"Every word written upon it is correct, and not only this Orochimaru-sama himself had witnessed this," Kabuto immediately replied.

The Orochimaru, who had specifically requested that his identity be disclosed, had asked Kabuto to bring up his name.

Drawing upon his astute 'Observation Haki', Jiryoku ascertained that Kabuto spoke the truth, detecting no trace of deceit in his words. While Jiryoku harboured neither affection nor animosity towards Orochimaru, he recognized that, regardless of Orochimaru's villainous reputation, he never lies. Hence, Jiryoku concluded that the information conveyed by Orochimaru was unquestionably true. Not only did Orochimaru's testimony lend credence to this fact, but Jiryoku's own doubts concerning his mother's demise also cast doubt on the circumstances surrounding her death. Despite outward appearances suggesting her demise resulted from a wind ninjutsu, the activation of her curse mark prior to her passing contradicted the typical pattern observed among members of the Hyuga clan, where the mark typically emerges after death.

He wanted to conduct a thorough investigation, but it was stated that she had already undergone a meticulous examination, leading to the determination that she had been killed by spies.

Even though Jiryoku wasn't even using any of his skills at the time, Kabuto found it difficult to maintain his composure in front of him. Kabuto had a feeling that something significant was going to happen.

As anticipated by Kabuto, an immense pressure emanated from Jiryoku. The sky above Konoha, which had been clear just minutes before, became obscured by clouds with thunder resonating inside. Within a two-kilometer radius of Jiryoku's house, everyone lost consciousness, while Kabuto, who stood before Jiryoku, struggled to remain on his feet. He leaned against the wall for support, dripping with excessive sweat and gasping for air. Within the residence where Jiryoku resided, various objects began to shatter. It was only when the glass of a photo frame containing pictures of Jiryoku with his parents broke that Jiryoku regained his senses.

As soon as Jiryoku came back to his senses, he regained control of the newly awakened Conqueror's Haki. Yes, in the heat of his rage, his Conqueror's Haki awakened.

With Jiryoku's Conqueror's Haki back under his command, a sense of calm was restored. Kabuto, on the other hand, found himself kneeling on the ground, gasping for breath. The exertion had caused his clothes to become drenched in sweat, clinging to his body.

In a composed manner, Jiryoku calmly addressed Kabuto, "Please enlighten me about the price associated with this valuable information. I am well aware that someone of Sanin's caliber would never engage in a trade where he stands to gain nothing, especially when it concerns someone like Orochimaru."

Adjusting his glasses, Kabuto responded, "The price is rather straightforward, Mr. Jiryoku. Orochimaru- Sama is organising an attack against Konoha. If you could join us in this effort, it would be really valuable. However, if you are unable to align yourself with our cause, I kindly request that you refrain from interfering with our plans."

While maintaining his stance, Jiryoku firmly stated, "I cannot support the destruction of Konoha, yet I promise not to obstruct your actions, as long as you do not cross the line and harm individuals who should remain untouched."

Kabuto nodded in acknowledgement, fully anticipating Jiryoku's response, as did Orochimaru.

"There is one favor I ask of you," Jiryoku continued. "Many years ago, Hyuga Hizashi informed me that my father was slain by Danzo and his ROOT operatives during the extraction of the wind chakra mode from his mind. I desire to uncover the identities of the ninjas responsible for bringing my father's body to the Hyuga clan and falsely claiming his death as a result of battle. It is evident that these individuals were not affiliated with the ROOT. Perhaps Orochimaru possesses knowledge regarding this matter. I seek an answer before the start of the Chunin exams."

Kabuto nodded once more and promptly departed from Jiryoku's residence to fulfill his request.

After Kabuto left, Jiryoku went to the place where the photos of his parents had fallen. He picked them up and placed them carefully on the table, then started cleaning the broken glass from the ground. While he was doing this, his house was surrounded by quite a lot of ninjas. At that moment, Hiruzen entered with the Ino-Shika-Cho group, Kakashi, Hiashi, and a few more elite Jonins.

Upon seeing Jiryoku cleaning the broken glass and the mess in his room, everyone became confused. Hiruzen asked, "Jiryoku, did something happen here? Your room seems to be in a mess."

"Nothing happened. It's just that I found out something about my past, and after learning it, my emotions got out of control, leading to this mess. It's the first time in my life that I lost control of my emotions, and that too in such a manner," said Jiryoku while collecting the glass in a plastic bag.

Then he turned to face the Hokage and the others and continued, "Don't worry about those unconscious people around me in a 2-kilometer radius. They will wake up on their own and won't have any issues. Just let them rest, and they should wake up by tomorrow or maybe even earlier, depending on their willpower."
