Before Terumi Mei could reply to the Raikage, Onoki intervened and said, "Raikage, we are already late for the meeting, and the meeting can't be delayed anymore. So, I think the meeting should start now."

The Raikage then remained quiet and didn't say anything.

Finally, after everyone settled down, General Mifune stood up and said, "Today's 'Five Kage Summit' topic is to discuss the loss of tailed beasts and how to deal with the increasing power of Akatsuki."
