12 Chapter 12:- Academy
"Everyone please go back to your seats."It was Iruka Umino. Iruka was the homeroom teacher of this class.
Iruka-sensei is a man of average height and build. He has black hair that he keeps in a ponytail, dark eyes, and a scar that runs across the bridge of his nose. He was wearing the standard Jonin Outfit that every Leaf Shinobi wore.
Seeing Iruka Sensei, everyone sat down. Ino and Sakura reluctantly had to end their cat fight and sit down but from time to time, both girls would glare at each other before they would snort and look away.
"Class, Today a new student is going to join our class. Before any of you say anything, he was personally approved by Lord Hokage to join this class." Hearing this everyone in the class became curious. Everyone started to murmur among each other.
Since they were only 180 days away from graduating from the Ninja Academy, no one would put a student in their class. At this, normally this is what should have been the case. However, since Lord Hokage has approved for this student to join their class, then were was no complaining. After all, Lord Hokage's word was supreme and no one in the village had the authority to deny his orders.
"Now you may come inside," Iruka said.
As the classroom door swung open, all eyes turned to see a good-looking young man with blond hair step in. He was quite tall, standing at 5 feet 8 inches, and his deep blue eyes reminded everyone of the vast ocean.
With a confident smile, he stood in front of the class. He was dressed in all black - black pants, a black T-shirt, and a jacket on top. On the back of his jacket was the symbol of the Uzumaki clan, marking his identity.
It didn't take long for everyone to notice something different about him; his right arm was missing from just above where his elbow would be.
"Wow, who is that?"
"He's so good-looking!"
"But what's the story with his arm?" The room was filled with whispers, mainly from the girls, who were taken by his charming smile.
Among the girls who were charmed by Naruto's smile, Sakura and Ino were two of them. The moment Sakura looked at his deep blue ocean-like eyes, Sakura felt her heart beating very fast. This is the first time Sakura has felt this way while staring at a Boy.
'What is this feeling in my heart?' Sakura placed her hand on her heart while staring at Naruto without even blinking her eyes.
"He is very handsome....!!!" Ino couldn't take her eyes off Naruto. She felt she could keep staring at his handsome face.
However, unlike Sakura who had a crush on Naruto, Ino did not feel that way. Though she had to admit that seeing him she did feel something in her heart.
While Sakura was just staring at Naruto's face without caring about anything of her surroundings, Ino, on the other hand, had noticed the way Sakura was staring at Naruto.
'I see.' Ino recognized that look. Realizing that Sakura might have a crush on Naruto, an evil plan started forming in Ino's mind. Ino knew that from now on she could use this to bully Sakura.
"My name is Uzumaki Naruto. It's really nice to meet you. I hope we all can be friends." Naruto said with his trademark grin.
Among the classmates, the most surprised one was undoubtedly the Hinata Hyuga. Since this morning, Hinata has been wondering what Surprise Naruto was talking about. Now seeing Naruto joining her class, she understood this was the surprise that he was talking about.
Naruto looked at Hinata and then playfully winked at her. This instantly made her blush.
"Kya...!!! Did you see that he just winked at me?"
"Of course, not. He did not wink at you. He winked at me."
The girls around Hinata began fighting with each other. However, only Hanabi Hyuga who was sitting next to her sister knew that this wink was for Hinata.
'So this is Naruto, the one who has been spending time with my sister. I have to say he is really good-looking.' Hanabi thought as she stared at Naruto's face.
As Naruto was looking around the classroom, the smile on his face slightly froze as his eyes fell on the figure who was sitting in the middle of the class.
'How is this even possible?' Naruto stared at the figure in deep shock.
'Why Sasuke is a female in this world?' Naruto asked himself in utter shock and disbelief.
『Notice!!! The Great Sage has detected that this isn't Sasuke Uchiha. But it is rather someone else in Sasuke Uchiha's place. As the System mentioned, not everything in this world is the same as your previous world. The System stated that 99.9% of things in this world are identical to your world. The 0.1% could be anything. For example, in this world, Hyuga Hanabi isn't Hinata's younger sister but rather Hinata's twin sister. In this world, Sasuke Uchiha was never born. This means that Uchiha Mikoto has given birth to one Son and one daughter.』
'Now that I think about it, the girl sitting next to Hinata does look a lot like the younger Hanabi that I saw in my world.' Naruto just ignored Hanabi thinking that she was just a Hyuga girl attending the Academy with Hinata. But it turned out that this was Hinata's sister.
"Does anyone have any questions for Naruto?" Iruka asked.
"Let me....." One of the girls raised her hands to ask a question.
"I heard from my father that all Uzumaki clan members have red hair. But you only seem to have just a few strands of red hair and the rest of your hair is blond. Why is that?" The girl excitedly asked.
"I don't know. Maybe my genetics. My father was a non-Uzumaki clan member. I seem to have inherited my father's hair and eye color." Naruto replied.
"What happened to your arm?" This time, the person who asked the question was none other than Kiba Inuzuka. Kiba was the future Patriarch of the Inuzuka clan.
Kiba was Naruto's rival and a very good friend of his.
"I trained so hard that my arm just fell off." Naruto jokingly said.
"Hahaha!!!!" His words made everyone laugh including Kiba.
But only Iruka and the Uchiha in the class realized that Naruto had skillfully dodged answering the question.
"Alright, Naruto, you can sit next to Uchiha Sarada."
'So her name is Uchiha Sarada.' Naruto knew that if this was a female Sasuke then he would have seen at least a few similarities between their appearance. But the girl named Uchiha Sarada was different altogether.
'In this world, I will not let you take the same path that Sasuke took. I will make sure that you don't die.' Naruto thought as he sat next to Sarada.

Naruto looked at Sarada for a second before he greeted her with a smile. "Hello, I am Naruto Uzumaki. You could just call me Naruto." Naruto wanted to start off by being friends with her.
"I am Sarada. Just don't disturb my peace." Saying these words in a cold tone, Sarada ignored Naruto as she opened her textbook and took out her pencil.
'Wow, her attitude is really cold!!! This reminds me of the Sasuke from the Academy days.' Naruto thought in his mind.
Since the class started, Naruto did not talk anymore. He tried to focus on the class but just as he expected, even though times have changed and the world has changed, the class was still boring as ever. In fact, while listening to Iruka-sensei's lectures, Naruto nearly fell asleep multiple times.
Around a few hours later, Iruka stopped. "That's all for now. Next, we are going to have a sparring session. Everyone, please come outside. And one more thing, I don't want to see anyone in the classroom. Everyone must attend the Sparring Session." Iruka said in a strict tone.
The first one to leave the class was none other than Sarada. Naruto did not leave immediately. He instead turned to Hinata who was with her sister, Hanabi.
"Hey, Hina-chan!!! Surprised?" Naruto asked with a smile.
Hinata slightly blushed seeing almost everyone in the class staring at her. But she still nodded her head.
"From now on, we will be classmates. I hope you will take care of me." Naruto slightly bowed his head and said in a formal tone.
"Likewise!!" Hinata bowed her head slightly in return and said.
Meanwhile, to, others it was clear that Hinata already had met Naruto.
"Hey, big sis, how do you know Naruto-kun?" Asked Hanabi with a smile. Ino, Sakura, Shika, and almost everyone in the class was listening to what Hinata had to say.
However, Iruka returned to the class seeing that no one was coming out. "Everyone, come to the training field." Iruka's cold smile was enough to send shivers down everyone's spine.
