Title: Making Preparations

Shun POV
After my quick survey of the Shinobi world, I knew where I had to start to make a difference.
First, it is roughly 200 years before the appearance of Hashirama and Madara, which equates to 300 years before the appearance of Naruto and Sasuke.
In the long run, I had a lot of plans, but in the short term, I only had the intention of overpowering the ancestors of some unique clans.
From the informations I got from my clones, I knew of several interesting clans and their Kekkai Genkai or special abilities.
Special abilities because it is similar to the world rolling a Gacha and the lucky ones get the prize until the world rolls another Gacha.
These Special abilities could occur in any random person, hence the reason I'm aversed to callimg it a Kekkai Genkai.
Personally, Kekkai Genkai or Bloodline Limit means that a special ability has something to do with your Bloodline.
Anyways, one of the special people I'm going to pay special attention to is one Takafumi.
The guy has the ability to move any physical object from one point to another.
If my speculation is right, then he's probably the ancestor to Mabui, the lass that could transfer matter over long distances at the speed of light.
Due to this technique, she was made the Raikage's secretary and like almost all hax abilities that isn't from the Senju/Uzumaki or Uchiha bloodline, it was nerfed.
I mean, with proper training, she could've become a female version of Gilgamesh.
In certain perspectives, she could've given Minato a run for his money if trained properly.
Anyways, Takafumi was one of the individuals that needed special attention.
Another was a lady with the ability to deconstruct her being and reconstruct it while making minor adjustments.
It was special as she basically had my Divine Transformation Technique and if I'm to classify it in terms of physique, then I'd say she has a Divine Transformation Physique. Quite interesting.
There were some special people who could use the Magnet, Scorch, Boil, Crystal, Storm, Swift and other elemental combination but they weren't that important as anyone with proper chakra control could achieve said effects.
Another special case was a little girl that managed to destroy her entire village with soundwaves a couple years back but was taken in by Ria's clone.
That right there, was a special ability focused on Sound, basically Air Manipulation but on a higher scale. I believe there is a classification for this under vector manipulation, sound Manipulation, was it?
Right, Ria's clone took her in and currently, they were living in the Tengoku island in quite a remote corner at that. I need to remind the original Ria to check her out. The knowledge of the clone was limited as she didn't have Ria's outside experience.
She could also see if there is anyone with magnet release for her to tutor a little. Hopefully, she doesn't take my route by abandoning them after giving them the basics.
Sound could be used in more interesting ways, creating music, illusion, physical attacks, soul attacks, and many more, it's just a matter of researching.
Oh well, as we'll be taking a walk around the world, I'll be sure to keep anyone born with special abilities on my radar so as to overpower those that need it.
I do have a soft spot for civilians after all all. Civilian here as those born without a bloodline.
"I don't need to sleep anymore even if I force it, so why don't I take a peek at what's going on in my universe and see how the living beings are holding up after their very first apocalypse." I thought aloud as I leaned back comfortably on the throne and sent my consciousness into the world.
Turns out that the apocalypse of the various worlds was an experiment between the angels and demons.
The living beings of evil of hearts who died were retained and their souls used to create devils and then sent out to kill while the angels took the purer ones and made them divine spirit.
These two forces joined forces with specific people and brought about different disasters throughout the universe.
Although it was kinda stupid, it did help the survivors develop.
Back on my Cardinal world, after the first calamity, survivors turned to the 'Gods' that appeared in their minds and prayed to them day and night.
With that, the birth of the first God's came to be in the milky way galaxy.
The primordial Gods came into existence in this form and I had to send my angels to each and every one of them to show them who's boss before their arrogance gets the better of them.
Although these Gods had the potential to reach the Godking realm, they were still susceptible to death. Hence there was a need for them to build their divine domains, though that will be left for them to figure out.
After a quick scan once more found that although this method was good, It still lacked the excitement that should follow a calamity.
I then convened the Archangels and Archfiends for a meeting and after some deliberations on how to go about this, I said. "There should be a special child born for each calamity. Every one thousand, ten thousand, hundred thousand and one million years, there should be someone born to start the disasters and someone born to end it. Your duties now would be to engineer their progress however you see fit."
The leading Seraph whom I've decided to name Michael, bowed and said. "Forgive me father for speaking out of turn but what do you mean by engineering their progress?"
"No need for the apologies, it's good to ask questions when in doubts. As for the need to engineer their progress, that should be obvious but I'll still explain." I said and with a snap of my finger, the room changed and in front of us, an image began playing.
I re-enacted the story of Xiao Yan from Battle Through the Heavens as he began his life as a genius, fell from grace, regained his grace and finally began his journey to supremacy.
I then play another scene of Madara, his joys, sadnesses, strength, beliefs and finally Zetsu's manipulation causing him to become the villain in the end.
"What do you understand from this Michael?" I asked the leader of the Archangels.
Michael thought for a while before looking at me with worship and then went on one knee and said. "As expected of you, Father, you've seen through the casualties of existence..."
"No need for that. Answer." I said stopping his speech before he would make me blush in shame right here. I merely showed you someone's work, Ok?
"Yes, Father. From this two scenarios, I have come to understand that it is the experiences one gets in life that determines how one would end up." Michael answered.
"Mmm. It's good that you're aware. How about you? Any confusion" I asked thh Archfiends.
"Not at all, Father." The one who was seemingly the boss amongst them answered with a smile.
"Hmm. Good then, with time, I believe you all would learn to do what's right according to your will. I gave you freewill for a reason. Just make sure you do as I have instructed, any other thing is at your discretion. Mind you, it shouldn't be something that would threaten this world of mine. Understood?" I aske switch a fatherly smile while releasing my aura.
The angels all bowed in reverence while the Fiends did too albeit I noticed two of them fidgeting. Wonder what that's all about.
"Alright then, I'll be on my way. Remember, no form of intrusion into the Milky Way galaxy without permission or a good enough Reason." I said and disappeared before regaining consciousness in the real world.
"How long have I been gone?" I asked.
"You've been asleep for approximately 16 hours, 32 minutes, 54 seconds." A clearanly vice with an accent answered.
"Hmm? Is that you, Eiengar?" I asked with surprise.
"Yes, Master." Eiengar replied.
"I like the Voice. Sound good." I complimented.
"Thank you master." Eiengar replied.
"How about the girls? Still asleep?"
"Yes, Master, it is calculated that they would awaken in four weeks as the accumulated stress of centuries without rest is currently wearing off." Eiengar answered.
"Oh? Four weeks? That must be serious." I said and sighed as I felt sad all of a sudden. How about I surprise them when they awake. "Eiengar, pull up all my studies on the art of puppetry and begin creation of enough puppet to take care of every nook amd creamy of the castle."
"Yes. Master. Commencing..."
"Hmm, I should also put in some ideas here and there. This way this castle would still be taken care of despite our absence in the future."
