"What the hell ! Those were shadow clones !" Asuma was surprised with this development.
"Maybe they were here to scout and collect information on whatever there goal is." Kakashi suggested.
"Yees ! That's why they have sent shadow clooones !" Guy told his mind.
"We should report this to the Hokage first." Kurenai said to them.
In other hand Naruto was upset. She came all the way here just to find nothing.
'I should go back for now. My mood is ruined. I will train later.'

"So you are saying that from four days from now Tsunade will appear in the 'great gambler's night' competition in tanzuka town ?" Minato asked Jiraya.
"Yes according to my information network, he somehow gotten a lot of cash out of nowhere. Not to mention he has also gotten his hands on an entry pass for the event. So my best bet is, he would appear in that event."
"So what do you want from me ? Shouldn't you be already moving ? Even with your top speed it will take you more than two days to reach there, you know ." Minato raised his eyebrow.
"Mmmm...."
"Stop fidgiting like a girl and tell me, what do you want ?" Minato was annoyed with his attitude.
"I am sorry... For everything. I am really sorry. You know, I mean after your death, I was in no condition of taking care of a child. And the village needed my spy network more than ever. So I had no choice but to leave.
I am really sorry about that. I know that me apologizing, do not held any meaning. But please at least give me one chance to amend with my god daughter. I mean just one chance.
Send her with me on this retrieval mission. It is just for a week. I promise that I will not show my face ever if she did not forgive me." Jiraya practically pleaded Minato.
Minato just massaged his head in response.
First thing first after what happened with Kakashi, he can't bring himself to trust Jiraya. And Kushina would kill him if she knew that he was even considering this.
Jiraya is a pervert. Even more so than Kakashi.
Maybe in the past, he would have trusted him to know his boundaries. But he has learnt from his past mistakes. The mistakes which costed the happiness of his family. He will not trust Jiraya anymore.
On top of that, the recent incident in the hotsprings did not speak in Jiraya's favour.
"No. Naruto will not go anywhere with you. I don't trust you. And Kushina is still teaching Naruto. You can't give the excuse of teaching her. I will teach her myself once I passed this seat to Tsunade. And if it is about your guilt then you can always spend times with her inside the village. But there is no way I will allow you to take her outside the village." Minato said the harsh words to Jiraya.
Jiraya has lost his share of respect from Minato. He knew that he had no chance of convincing minato to allow his daughter to go with him. But he tried anyway. From what he had learnt from Kakashi, his relationship with Naruto started with him giving her the attention she wanted. But even after she understood what he was doing with her, she didn't back away. For Naruto, sex is nothing. It is just pain and pleasure. And her self loathing mindset might made it easier. He didn't care if anyone found out about it later. Kushina might kill him. But it will be worth his life if he could just experience the heaven once. It is really a shame that he didn't succeed. Sighing, Jiraya tried to convince Minato once again. But this time he decided to take a different approach.
"I might sound selfish to you but, can you at least allow me to train her for a day ? I will train her inside the village. And please, I might be a pervert but, I will never even think about her like that." Jiraya tried to show his sincerity as much as possible.
"Fine... But you have to apologize to Kushina and Naruto and then get there permission first. They won't give you the permission immediately. So I would suggest that you should complete your mission first." Minato said to Jiraya.
But at that moment there was a knock on the door.
"Enter !"
After getting permission from Minato, Kakashi enter the office room.
After he bowed he started speaking.
"Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hosigaki , two S rank missing Ninjas have sent shadow clones inside the village. I confronted them along with Guy, Asuma and Kurenai thinking that they might be the real one. But they turn out to be shadow clones."
After hearing the report from Kakashi, both of them went on high alert.
"Give me the details." Minato ordered Kakashi.

"So what is the plan ?" Kisame asked Itachi.
"The people are talking about the return of the fourth hokage and his wife. I think we should confirm it first. And if it is indeed true then we will leave without doing anything." Itachi said in a straight face.
"What can we have just a little fun ? I know the head on confrontation with the fourth hokage is suicidal. But we can always just run away when he arrives." Kisame suggested.
Itachi looked at him as if he was an idiot.
"Minato Namikaze alone is enough to send us to our graves. And you are suggesting as if Kushina Uzumaki doesn't exist. If you face her you will definitely die. I too might survive but it won't be without price. And your suggesting to bully there only daughter ?
It has been 12 years since the world has seen that couple in action.
The world never took Kushina Uzumaki seriously because the fourth hokage was in lime light.
But let me tell you, that woman is strong enough to take down nine tails just after giving birth to her daughter.
Even if they were in comma for more than twelve years, we should not risk it. You can try, if your in a hurry to die."
Itachi said emotionlessly.
"No I don't want to die. Let's go with your plan." Kisame agreed after listening to Itachi.
