Knowing that the Village won't give him anything without merits. Rei can only find a way to get strong by himself

Chakra is a miraculous power, in theory, it can do anything. Rei's idea was to create his own ninjutsu, because why not?

To be honest, Rei found it idiotic that almost no one wanted to create their own jutsu.

It was as if the idea never came to them. I mean sure, creating a jutsu was dozens of times harder than copying the already made one but at least it's possible.

Tobirama was said to create thousands of jutsu's and dozens of Forbidden jutsu by himself, surely it's not that hard right?

Also one of the reason why Rei was confident was because he has something this world do not.

He has a treasure-trove of manga and novel's power system in his head.

With enough time, he was confident that could re-produced jutsu based on them.

Hours later..

Rei leave the training ground with a frown between his eyebrows.

Creating jutsu... was harder than he expected.

It was not as simple as magic in the novels in his memories, a simple chant and imagination is not enough..

In conclusion, creating a jutsu requires both theoretical and pratical knoweledge. It was a complicated process of trial and error.

It was also dangerous as chakra is a very powerful energy, he might even injure himself if done incorrectly.

Sighing, Rei shakes off these thoughts.

What concept is that? It means that, he can do whatever he wanted.

Second, he is the Hokage, being able to serve him was something to be proud off! and lastly, As a person who held most power in the Village, ones he decided on something, no one can refused!

Of course, Hidden Village is not entirely bad, in Rei's opinion it was hundreds of times better than Shinobi Clan systems of Sengoku era.

However, being a Hokage's subordinate? no, Rei was not interested.

After thinking ones more, Rei was ones again in dazed.

He did not know what to do in life..

"Sigh, what a mess.." groaning internally, he finished eating and hurriedly washed his dishes.

Sighing ones again, he closed his eyes and slept peacefully.
