42-51 AHV: PEACE IN THE SHINOBI WORLD

The Second Shinobi World War involved majority of the shinobi villages and countries and most of the fighting seems to have taken place in minor countries like Amegakure, leaving them devastated. It was even more deadlier than the previous one causing the end of many smaller hidden villages such as Kagerō, Sky, Uzushio, etc. The eventual outcome of the war goes in favour of Konoha.

It will led to a period of nine years of peace in the Shinobi World.

After that another war will occur due to a decline in the national power, which will weaken the reign of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Along their borders, skirmishes with smaller nations will broke out all the time. These prolonged conflicts will gradually spread their flames far and wide, until at last it will develop into an all-out war. These conflicts will turn into an unprecedented war of attrition and will torment all nations with a shortage of war potential. Not even excluding a great power like Konoha, very young children, some of whom were barely out of the Academy were thrown onto the battlefield, eventually losing their young lives during the war.

43 AHV: Death of Mito Uzumaki

#Birth of Mangetsu Hōzuki.

#Kushina Uzumaki becomes the second Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails and Mito Uzumaki dies due to extraction, devastating Tsunade and Kushina.

#With the death of Mito Uzumaki, Konoha found itself devoid of individuals that could neutralize the Jinchūriki of other nations thus Konoha sanctions several attempts to research and reproduce Hashirama's power and to keep the Wood Release kekkei genkai alive, but all met with disastrous failure and further study was forbidden by the Third Hokage.

{{{A/N: Remember Jiraiya looked much younger so I think he must have met her before the Third Shinobi World War cause his red marks across the eyes were a lot shorter than it was, when he showed Minato that he mastered the Rasengan in just three months. It means it was around him taking a team as shown in the team photo of Team Jiraiya, his eye marks were shorter.}}}

#Jiraiya takes Minato as his personal apprentice

#Kushina continues her studies in Fuinjutsu.

#Around 12 years old, Kushina kidnapped by Kumogakure Shinobis and Minato rescue her, blossoming love between the both of them.

#Kushina teaches Minato about Fuinjutsu and Minato takes an instant likening to it.

#Jiraiya further teaches Minato about Fuinjutsu.

47 AHV: Bloody Mist Graduation Exam.

#Kirigakure, under the orders of Third Mizukage, starts a barbaric ritual in which academy students are pitched against each other in a fight to death and named it 'Bloody Mist Graduation Exam'.

#This event led Kirigakure known throughout the Shinobi World as 'The Village of the Bloody Mist'.

#Kakashi attends the academy alongside Might Guy, Rin Nohara, Obito Uchiha, Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yūhi, Hayate Gekkō, etc.

48 AHV: Death of Sakumo Hatake

#Birth of Tenzō, better known as Captain Yamato.

#Sakumo was given a mission of great importance to Konoha but when his team-mates' lives were endangered, Sakumo, willingly, abandoned the mission in order to save his team-mates' lives, resulting in mission failure.

#The mission failure resulted in the decline of the National Power of Konohagakure.

#The impact of the mission's failure caused Sakumo to be vilified by the Land of Fire, the villagers of Konoha, and even those he had saved. Dishonoured, Sakumo fell into a deep depression, which caused his abilities to suffer as a result. 

#Yagura Karatachi takes part in their village's barbaric ritual known as 'The Bloody Mist Final Graduation Exam' and becomes a Shinobi of Kirigakure.

#Sakumo finally gives in the pressure and commits Seppuku.

#Kakashi graduates from the academy, as the Youngest-ever, at the mere age of Five and becomes a Genin.

49 AHV: Decrease in National Power

#The reign of the Five Great Nations began to crumble due to a decline in their National Power, resulting in the start of skirmishes along their borders with smaller nations, all the time.

#Kakashi becomes the youngest ever Chunin at the age of 6.

#Anko Mitarashi enrolled in the Konoha Academy.

#Mukade travels back to the past by twenty years and he changes it in his favour to become Minister of Rōran with the alias Anrokuzan.

50 AHV: Demon of the Hidden Mist

#Zabuza, not yet a student himself, killed over one hundred Academy students, resulting in the end of the Bloody Mist Final Graduation Exam and became known all over the world as the Demon of the Hidden Mist.

#Iwagakure attacks Kusagakure and infiltrated it in order to lay siege to the border of the Land of Fire.

51 AHV: Third Shinobi World War

#Iwagakure attacks Konohagakure and officially begins the Third Shinobi World War.

#Kumogakure also attacks Konohagakure under the orders of Third Raikage to cement their status as the strongest hidden village and to get control of the sea routes near the harbour of Land of Fire.

#Kirigakure attacks Konohagakure and Kumogakure to get control of the sea routes near the harbour of Land of Fire.

#Birth of Shisui Uchiha.

#Orochimaru starts his research on Cursed Seals.

#Orochimaru finds Iburi Clan.

#Sasori joins the Puppet Brigade of Sunagakure.

#The former Daimyo of the Land of Rice Paddies tries to conquer back some territories of their own Land then under the control of Shimogakure and thus sent the Fuma Clan and the other Clans from the Land of Rice Paddies against the Ninja from Shimo.

#Nonō Yakushi leaves her Anbu rank in Foundation and becomes a jōnin in the regular forces, a captain of the Medic Corps, and a caretaker at the village's orphanage.

52 AHV: Sasori of the Red Sand

#Orochimaru began experimenting on humans.

#Anko graduates from the academy at the age of eight and becomes the personal apprentice of Anko Mitarashi.

#Orochimaru began creating his labs all over the globe.

#Komushi, Sasori's best and only friend dies due to a defective intervention in the his prosthetic arm created by Sasori. To fulfill a request of Komushi's mother, Sasori began experimenting on creation of human puppets, turning Komushi into his first-ever human puppet.

#Orochimaru exhume Hashirama's body for his own experiments, where he infused sixty child test subjects with cells harvested from the remains in the hopes that one would prove able to use Wood Release on the orders of Danzō. Only Yamato will survive the process.

#Might Guy, Rin Nohara, Obito Uchiha, Asuma Sarutobi, Kurenai Yūhi, Hayate Gekkō, etc, graduates from the academy at the age of 9.

#Kakashi is demoted to Genin by the Third Hokage to made him a part of the Team Minato along with Rin Nohara and Obito Uchiha.

#Sasori earns the moniker of 'Sasori of the Red Sand'.

53 AHV: Sunagakure joins the War

#Disappearance of Third Kazekage.

#Sunagakure sends all of their forces in search of their Third Kazekage and Iwagakure attacks them in their turmoil, prompting them to halt their searches and starts a war with Iwagakure.

#Sunagakure Continues their search.

#Sasori begins turning the Third Kazekage into a human puppet.

#Yamato found by Danzo after Orochimaru declares it a failed experiment.

#Team Minato takes the Chunin Exams and only Kakashi Hatake passes it and again becomes a Chunin by defeating Might Guy in battle.

#Yamato is saved and recruited in the Foundation and Danzō helps him join Konoha Academy.

#Orochimaru made Blue B lost his control over the beast, by posing as his doctor and giving him genjutsu-inducing pills to paralyse him and proceeded to use the Five Elements Unseal to draw out the tailed beast and the beast killed eight Kumo ninja, including Motoi's father who was a member of the subduing team. The Third Raikage subdued the Eight-Tails by sealing it into the Kohaku no Jōhei, resulting in Blue's death. Later, during the battle that followed, Orochimaru retrieved traces of the Eight-Tails' severed horn along with Blue B's DNA in it.

#Killer B becomes the host of Eight-Tails at the age of 14.

#Birth of Itachi Uchiha.

#As the empty and lifeless puppets could not help ease Sasori's pain and loneliness anymore, he grew disillusioned and eventually deserts Sunagakure.

#Kushina marries Minato Namikaze.

#Yamato is promoted to Chunin at the age of 6 and Danzō personally begins his training in utilising the Wood Style Kekkai Genkai.

#Minato begins the development of Flying Raijin jutsu.

#Naruto Uzumaki and Yamato ARRIVED SIX YEARS LATER IN THE PAST and helps Minato in stopping Mukade's evil plans.

#Destruction of Rorān by Mukade from the future.

#After gaining information on many forbidden Jutsu of different hidden villages, through his information network, Sasori begins turning himself into a human puppet.

55 AHV: Obito Becomes a Madman

#Birth of Deidara

#Kakashi is promoted to the rank of Jōunin at the mere age of 12.

#Obito dies and gives Kakashi Hatake his Sharingan as a parting gift.

#Zetsu on the orders of Madara rescue Obito.

#Madara replaces the right half of Obito with Hashirama Cells.

#Minato earns the moniker of 'Yellow Flash of Konoha' after improving the Jutsu-Shiki of Flying Raijin.

#The destruction of Kannabi Bridge turns the tide of the war in Konoha's favour despite their massive shortage in manpower.

#Rin Nohara kidnapped by Zetsu on the orders of Madara Uchiha under the guise of Kiri Anbu and turned into the Jinchuriki of the Three-Tails. She was also branded with the Forbidden Individual Curse Tag and programmed so that the tailed beast would be let loose within Konoha once she and Kakashi returned to the village. Kakashi soon rescued her. To ensure the retrieval of the tailed beast, various jōnin and Anbu-level Kiri shinobi were sent to "chase" after them. Surmising the true reason she was made a jinchūriki, Rin — being unable to take her own life — asked Kakashi to kill her in order to protect the village, which Kakashi refused, stating that he had vowed to Obito to protect her by any means necessary. Rin, however, later chose to commit suicide rather than risk Konoha's safety which she achieved by intercepting Kakashi's Chidori, which was meant to hit a Kiri-nin, impaling herself and dying before the boy she liked with the two unaware of Obito's presence. Rin also used the last of her strength to whisper Kakashi's name before she died, with her death leaving the enemy ninja stunned and both Kakashi and Obito awakens the Mangekyō Sharigan.

Obito in retaliation murdered all of the Kiri Shinobi and vowed to recreate a world where he and Rin could ultimately be together again; and becomes a complete madman.

#Kushina becomes renowned for her beauty and unique ninjutsu style, including the fūinjutsu of her clan.

#Three-Tails dies along with Rin Nohara.

#Both Chen and his beloved student participates in the Third Shinobi World War, with the latter dying in the war due to his inability to learn ninjutsu. The death of his student greatly affects Chen, resulting in him faking his death and give up on being a shinobi.

56 AHV: Madara Uchiha

#Birth of Kimimaro Kaguya.

#Kakashi gained fame as Kakashi of the Sharingan.

#Hiruko starts researching to create Chimera Technique after being inspired on witnessing how strong Kakashi had become since he gained the Uchiha Clan Kekkai Genkai.

#Killer B and Æ trains at the Secret Turtle Island of Kumogakure to further refine their Techniques on the orders of the Third Raikage. Killer B learns to harness the power of Eight-Tails and gains partial control over the beast.

#Minato fights Æ(Future Fourth Raikage) and Killer B saves Æ from Minato's counter-attack.

#Before this encounter, Killer B is only known as B in Kumo. But after Minato Namikaze dubs him as a true Shinobi Killer, during this encounter, he became known as 'Killer B'; throughout the Shinobi World.

#Fugaku Uchiha awakens the Mangekyō Sharigan after the death of his close friend and earns the moniker of 'Wicked Eye Fugaku'.

#A young child is found by Nonō Yakushi on the outskirts of a city recently destroyed in a battle; he had suffered a head injury, developing amnesia from his injury. She named him Kabuto and later taught him medical ninjutsu.

#Ao defeats a Main Branch Hyūga clan member and takes his Byakugan for himself, and Implants it into his right eye socket. It made him known as 'Byakugan Killer'.

#Danzo learns about a clan possessing access to a very unique summoning, a giant tapir-like creature known as Baku, described as the 'Nightmare-Eater', secretly residing near Kikyō Pass.

#Desiring to gain the Summoning contract for himself and being the second-in-command of Konoha forces, he sents a group of Konohagakure shinobi largely composed of Root Shinobi to fight the unknown group of shinobi and retrieve the summoning contract. Hence, the 'BATTLE OF KIKYŌ PASS' takes place.

{{{{A/N: Since, these Konohagakure Shinobi were largely composed of Root Shinobi, that's why there weren't much recorded information in the village regarding this incident and Orochimaru being affiliated with the Foundation at that time knew this, that's how he managed to fabricate the story of Kabuto that, in the battle of Kikyō Pass, the Captain of the Medic Corps, Nonō Yakushi, found a single survivor from amongst the dead enemies: a young Kabuto, and taught him basic medical ninjutsu. Due to lack of recorded information, as most of Root operations are covert operations, it made the story believable and help Kabuto easily infiltrate the ranks of Konoha.}}}}

#Danzō signs the Summoning Contract and gain access to summon Baku, the 'Nightmare-Eater'.

#Three-Tails reform and Kirigakure capture it back and seals it in Yagura Karatachi at the age of 18.

#Itachi Uchiha was traumatised after witnessing the violence of the war and grew up to become a pacifist and seek peace at any cost. Because of this experience: It would lead to the Uchiha Clan Downfall and prevent his clan from triggering the Fourth Shinobi World War. 

#Raiga Kurosuki earns the title of 'Thunder of the Hidden Mist'.

#Death of Madara Uchiha.

57 AHV: The Last Stages of the Third Shinobi World War and Akatsuki.

#Obito approaches Ame Orphans with an offer to help them create peace but Yahiko refuses it.

#Obito manipulates Yahiko and incite him to create an Organisation.

#Yahiko creates an organisation seeking peace and named it 'Akatsuki'.

#Hiruko marks Kakashi with the Puppet Curse Technique.

#Hiruko's research on Chimera Technique is discovered.

#The Third Hokage sents the Sannin to capture him, while Hiruko claims that they were sent to assassinate him on the orders of Hiruzen.

#Hiruko escapes from Konohagakure.

#The last of the Senju besides Tsunade in Konoha dies in the war and Tsunade consider to abandon her own village with Shizune Katō.

#Danzō disrupt a peace treaty between Konohagakure and Iwagakure in his pursuit to strengthen Konohagakure and gain more political power which led to him present Akatsuki as a threat to Hanzō and his dominance in Amegakure as well as manipulate him into doing what will eventually lead to Yahiko's death.

#Death of Yahiko and Nagato turns evil and in a fit of rage, he then wipes out the entire forces of Root and Shinobi of Amegakure. Hanzō fleds the scene.

#Yagura learns to harness the power of Three-Tails in a very short period of time and becomes a perfect Jinchuriki. As a Jinchuriki he became known as the third person in the world to gain full control over a Tailed-beast.

#Kabuto heals a injured Orochimaru, prompting him to take an interest in the young Kabuto.

#The Third Mizukage dies.

#Nagato began a civil war within Amegakure against Hanzō's regime.

#Birth of Temari.

#Sunagakure celebrates a victory over Iwagakure and recognise Pakura as their hero.

#Pakura trains Maki in cloth weilding techniques.

#Killer B learns to totally control the powers of Eight-Tails and becomes the fourth person to gain total control over a Tailed-beast and becomes a perfect host.

#The Third Raikage faces an opposing force of ten thousand shinobi single-handedly for three consecutive days and nights, in order to allow his comrades to escape to safety and ultimately dies in the battlefield.

#Killer B transforms into his Eight-Tails' form and saves his village from an invading force. Thereafter, he becomes a beloved figure of his Village and was called Hero of Heroes.

#Osoi fought alongside Toroi of the Magnet Release to protect Kumogakure from the invading army, which lead the both of them to their death.

#Æ becomes the Fourth Raikage and disbands A-B combo.

#Thereafter, Æ forbade Killer B to from leaving Kumogakure and also from fully transforming into the Eight-Tails.

#Æ declares Killer B as the Guardian of Kumogakure.

#Yagura, being the strongest shinobi in his village at that time, after some consideration was elected as the Fourth Mizukage. During his reign, he became widely known for his zero-tolerance against any form of dissent in the village, reinforcing its nickname as "Village of the Bloody Mist".

#Danzō along with Orochimaru and Tatsuma Aburame goes to Konoha Orphanage where they strong-arm a former Anbu agent, Nonō, to infiltrate Iwagakure and confirm the intel on what the village was planning, whether it truly want peace or not. Soon after, Danzō notices Kabuto Yakushi spying from the window and decides to recruit the boy into Root as well. Kabuto agrees to join him against Nonō and Urushi's protests on the condition that Danzō doesn't harm anybody from his orphanage.

#Rasa sent Pakura to her death as part of an unfair peace treaty between them and Kirigakure where her life was to be forfeited. She was sent to Kirigakure under the pretence of being an envoy, where she was killed. The blame for this was cast on Iwagakure whom his village had a feud with at the time as a means to stir their shinobi to war.

#Root starts giving special training to Kabuto Yakushi in espionage and spy techniques.

#Hiruzen soughts to end the bloodshed from the Third Shinobi World War through a truce with the all the other villages but Danzō voice his disdain, feeling that a such an act was spitting on the memory of all the Konoha shinobi who have died so far in the war. Understanding Danzō's intent, Hiruzen Sarutobi decides to take responsibility for the loss by stepping down as Hokage.

#As Konohagakure wished to form a peace treaty with Iwagakure, the Ino-Shika-Cho were sent to deliver a scroll containing the peace treaty at the meeting place on the Suna borderline to a group of Iwa Shinobi, prompting Rasa and his forces to oversee the events should a battle occur. Rasa stated he would deal with any incidents that were to happen, and with that, the Iwa group retreats.

#Minato defeats 1000 Iwa Shinobi led by Gari of the Explosion Release, the Captain of the Explosion Corps of Iwagakure single-handedly, and this event forces the Third Tsuchikage to reconsider the peace treaty once again. After the defeat of the entire battalion, Gari believing that Minato has weakened from fighting so many Shinobi goes on to confronts him to avenge the fallen, leading to his death.

#As Minato continues to devastate the Battlefield, Ōnoki is forced to accept the peace treaty.

#Minato ends the War, single-handedly.

#The THIRD SHINOBI WORLD WAR finally ends.

{{{A/N: The world war ended means war among most countries ended but war among some countries continued.}}}

#The Foundation begins a long, slow process of brainwashing Nonō showing her pictures of Kabuto growing up and eventually switching him with an entirely different person so that when she was given the mission to kill the real Kabuto, she would not recognise him as Danzō knew in time, both Kabuto and Nonō will become assets too dangerous to be left alive thus he wanted to trick a brainwashed Nonō into killing Kabuto.

#Tsunade deserts Konohagakure with Shizune.

#After the end, the Seven Swordsman of the Mist once cornered Team Chōza. Eventually, the team was rescued by Might Duy, who fought all of the Seven Swordsman using Eight Gates Released Formation and manages to kill four of them. Only Jūzō Biwa, Raiga Kurosuki and Fuguki Suikazan survives this encounter with Duy.

#Hiruzen Sarutobi steps down as the Hokage following the end of the Third Shinobi World War.

#The Land of Fire Council conduct a meeting to decide the Fourth Hokage, Danzō strongly suggests that Orochimaru be made Fourth Hokage. Hiruzen, however, pointed out that Orochimaru had grown power-hungry and showed signs of sinister intent. Ultimately, Minato Namikaze was elected as Fourth Hokage unanimously, excluding Danzō who detested the idea, feeling that following Hiruzen's ideology will ultimately destroy Konoha.

#MINATO BECOMES THE FOURTH HOKAGE and succeeds Hiruzen Sarutobi.

#Fugaku Uchiha, not receiving praise for his work during this war alongside his name not being put forth to become Hokage, members of the Uchiha clan came to despise village officials.

#Orochimaru began abducting Konoha citizens to perform various kinds of experiments on them.

58 AHV: Obito controls Yagura

#Mangetsū Hōzuki Joins the Seven Swordsman of the Mist and over the following years masters all of the Seven Blades.

#Obito takes control of the Yagura with his Sharingan while Nagato(Yahiko's corpse) takes control of the Three-Tails inside him with his Rinnegan to make sure that the Three-Tails can't help Yagura Karatachi in releasing the Genjutsu.

{{{A/N: Remember Obito, Konan and Nagato all went together to confront Yagura, and I think that's why Yagura despite being a perfect Jinchuriki couldn't dispel the Genjutsu.}}}

#After successfully taking control over Yagura, Akatsuki set up their base of operations in the Land of Water.

{{{A/N: Remember, In the meeting of Five Kage, the Raikage accused the Mizukage that her country was the birthplace of Akatsuki, so I think it must have been because for some time Akatsuki must have used the Land Of Water as their base of operations. Why? Because of following two reasons:-

(i) It was ideal for a criminal group as Kirigakure was isolated from the rest of the world. Because each of their first four leaders had their governments mainly marked by strong secrecy, strict internal politics and limited interaction with other villages. And remember, it wasn't until the reign of the Fifth Mizukage that the traditional governance of the position would undergo a reform which would restore diplomatic relations with other villages. (ii) Akatsuki through Obito was in control of the Fourth Mizukage as such they were able to do anything without any fear.}}}

#Kakashi joins the Anbu and is assigned to gaurd Kushina.

#Obito overhears Kakashi talking about Kushina's pregnancy.

#Birth of Kankuro.

#Root sent Kabuto to gain intel on Kumogakure's perfect Jinchūriki, posing as a ninja of Kumo.

#Shisui becomes Genin at the age of seven and awakens the Sharingan.
