Ambush and Time Skip

As Rin and her Shigaraki ninjas progressed through the Land of Fire Forest, approaching the border with the Land of Shigaraki, Rin's heightened senses alerted her to the presence of three substantial chakras and fifty smaller ones nearby. Unbeknownst to Rin, Danzo had committed all of his remaining Root forces to this ambush, throwing everything he had left into ensuring its success.

Having established a deep connection with Kurogiri through subconscious communication, Rin signaled her ninjas to activate their physical enhancement quirks and seals, allowing them to swiftly escape the area, leaving Rin alone at the forest's edge. Standing there with unwavering confidence, she called out to her unseen adversaries, fully aware of their presence.

"Alright, I know you're there. There's no use hiding from my senses, so why don't you all come out so we can get this over with," Rin declared, her voice brimming with assurance.

Kakuzu, a tall figure with dark skin, green eyes, and draped in a black cloak, Juzo, a tan-skinned ninja with a massive execution sword on his back, and Sasori, a hunchbacked puppeteer with an infamous tail, and swathed in a black cloak, along with the fifty Root ninjas, revealed themselves, encircling Rin. Kakuzu, taking the lead in speaking, expressed his disdain for Rin Uzumaki, not even considering her a worthy opponent due to his advanced age and experience.

"So, you actually stayed behind to let your ninjas escape. Working together might have given you a better chance, but it matters not to me. All I want is the bounty I'll receive upon your capture or death. Either outcome will suffice," Kakuzu sneered.

Sasori of the Sand also chimed in, his voice carrying an undertone of amusement. "You should have allowed some of your ninjas to remain. They would have made excellent puppets, but I can always make a trip to your village once we're finished here," he remarked, clearly reveling in the prospect.

Juzo remained silent, more inclined towards action rather than words. He reached for his execution blade, prepared for the upcoming battle. Sensing her adversaries tensing up for the fight, Rin couldn't resist a smirk. Swiftly performing a sequence of hand signs, she slammed her hands onto the ground, exclaiming, "Summoning Jutsu!"

A voluminous cloud of smoke materialized in front of Rin and the surrounding ninja. However, as the smoke dissipated, it revealed... nothing. Kakuzu, Sasori, Juzo, and the Root ninjas collectively concluded that Rin Uzumaki's attempt at a summoning jutsu had seemingly failed to produce any visible summoning creature. Disappointed and unimpressed, they prepared to take action.

However, before they could make a move, Rin spoke something that bewildered them all. "Gigantomachia, attack the surrounding ninjas. Leave those three to me," Rin's words were directed at no clear recipient, confusing her adversaries.

Yet, as soon as her words concluded, an abrupt surge of pressure descended upon the area. The ground beneath the Root ninja erupted violently, resulting in five of them being instantly crushed into gruesome mush.

Gigantomachia leaped up, utilizing Body Bulk to increase his size fivefold. In one swift motion, he crushed the root ninja beneath his enormous feet and unleashed a repulsive force attack against the nearest one. Chaos erupted among the Root ninja, prompting one of the two remaining Hyuga's to call out to the rest.

"It's an invisible creature, just like the report said. But it's bigger and faster," the ninja tried to explain, but his words were abruptly cut off as Gigantomachia, utilizing his immense speed, appeared before him. With his Dupli arms, Gigantomachia launched a fierce attack while activating Fierce Gain to amplify his strength.

As Gigantomachia effortlessly dispatched the Root ninja, Rin found herself facing off against Kakuzu, Sasori, and Juzo. They were astounded by the dangerous summons, particularly its invisibility.

"I see now where your confidence comes from, but do you truly believe you're a match for the three of us?" Kakuzu taunted, preparing to unleash a wind release jutsu.

"Wind Release: Pressure Damage!" Kakuzu unleashed a powerful burst of wind towards Rin. Taking advantage of the wind, Sasori hurled poison senbon at her, using the increased speed provided by the gust. However, much to their surprise, Rin displayed no reaction. Instead, chakra chains emerged from her back, blocking the wind attack and senbon.

Juzo seized the opportunity to strike, swiftly circling around Rin and charging at her with his execution blade poised for attack. Sensing the approaching swordsman, Rin activated her physical enhancement quirk and seal simultaneously. In a blink of an eye, she appeared in front of Juzo, evading his initial strike and allowing one of her chains to stab him, effectively sealing his chakra and immobilizing him.

Kakuzu and Sasori were stunned by both Rin's chakra chains, which had successfully blocked their attacks, and how effortlessly she dealt with Juzo. It was clear that her confidence was well-founded. Glancing at each other, they tacitly acknowledged that they would need to unleash their full power against this formidable opponent.

From the back of Kakuzu's cloak, something began to wiggle before bursting open to reveal four shadows. Emerging from them were four wire-based creatures, each donning unique mask.

Simultaneously, Saori vanished in a cloud of smoke, revealing a young red-haired boy who unrolled a scroll. As the scroll unfurled, a puppet resembling the Third Kazekage emerged, adorned in black robes and with black hair. The puppet seemed to release black sand.

Meanwhile, Gigantomachia had just finished defeating the Root ninja and quickly returned to the area. Sensing his presence, Rin instructed him to retrieve the one she had sealed and await further instructions. Kakuzu and Sasori released a sigh, realizing that Rin didn't intend to unleash her summons to fight them.

However, before they could react, Rin had already begun manipulating her chakra chains, targeting the creatures summoned by Kakuzu. Using her increased speed, she appeared before Kakuzu, catching him off guard.

Desperate to defend himself, Kakuzu attempted to attack Rin as she materialized in front of him. Yet, before he could make a move, Rin's hand pierced through his chest, even though he had employed his Earth Release to harden his skin. Rin's increased strength encountered no resistance as she swiftly incapacitated Kakuzu. In the midst of her attack, her chains managed to destroy two of the creatures' masks.

Sasori, taken aback by this turn of events, tried to manipulate the Third Kazekage puppet to unleash its Iron Sand technique, propelling solid iron sand constructs at Rin. As Sasori's cloak opened, a portion of his chest released a multitude of puppets hanging in the air.

Seeing the lengths Sasori was willing to go to confront her, Rin wore a confident smirk on her face. She swiftly defeated Kakuzu's remaining creatures and released her chains, creating an area where she activated a seal, utilizing her Uzumaki heritage.

Suddenly, Saori fell over and became immobile, unable to see. The seal had been triggered within the area, restraining the use of chakra outside of the body. Rin knew that Sasori was now concentrated in one location, unlike his usual spread throughout his puppets, making the seal highly effective.

This Uzumaki seal had been specifically developed to counter sand puppeteers, especially those with weaker physical bodies. Rin walked over to the fallen puppets until she reached Sasori's body, concealed within a fleshy cylinder. Understanding that this was the true Sasori, she wasted no time in sealing him away in a scroll, ensuring she also collected the Kazekage puppet.

Rin looked into the distance and, using chakra in her voice, yelled out to the spies who were covertly observing the battle. "Tell your leaders what has occurred here and let them understand that the Land of Shigaraki is not to be taken lightly, unlike the weak Grass Village!"

Her words echoed through the air as she leaped onto Gigantomachia and commanded him to carry her back to the village. The spies, both frightened and shaken by Rin's display of power, knew they had witnessed something extraordinary and would undoubtedly relay the message to their respective leaders.

A month had passed since the Chunin Exams, and news of the outcome and Rin's subsequent battle had spread far and wide. When the Raikage, Tsuchikage, Kazekage, and Hokage received reports detailing the encounter, they were deeply concerned.

Learning that three S-ranked ninjas and fifty Chunin-level or higher ninja could not even harm Rin Uzumaki was particularly distressing, especially for the Tsuchikage and Hokage, considering their lands shared a border.

Danzo and the Hokage were affected the most because they lost in their gamble and now there is no way to reconcile with Shigaraki because the Third was sure Rin knew they were behind this. However, the positive was that the Kazekage was completely on board if Shigaraki starts a war to be on Konoha side.

Alliances were being talked about between the land of Earth and lightning but instead of the Raikage going for an alliance with the earth but the earth with lightning due to their proximity with Shigaraki. However, after recent events the Raikage considered that he was wrong, and that Shigaraki had nothing to do with Konoha.

Upon Rin's return to Shigaraki Village, she anticipated that the strange creatures would attempt to enter the village. Normally, they could not be sensed, but thanks to infrared quirks, their presence was always clearly detected by the shifting temperatures they emitted.

The Chunin Exams had brought immense popularity to Shigaraki Village, to the point where rumors surfaced about it being referred to as one of the Six Great Villages due to the display of their ninja's superiority, with their leader now being called Shigaraki Kage.

As time passed in the ninja world, a year had gone by, and Shigaraki Village's influence continued to grow, resulting in a significant decrease in the missions received by Konoha, the Sand Village, and the Earth Village, dropping by over twenty percent. These villages attempted to counter by issuing bounties on Shigaraki ninja in general, but none were successful in killing or capturing them.

Throughout the past year, the strength of the Shigaraki ninja had increased significantly, and they opted not to participate in any further Chunin Exams, preferring to focus on their own affairs and completing missions. In this time, a change of leadership occurred in the Land of Rain, with rumors circulating about the possible death of Hanzo. However, confirmation of these rumors was elusive, as spies sent to investigate never returned.

During this period, Madara contacted Nagato, revealing to him the secret of the Gedo statue he had summoned. Upon learning that the statue was a weapon capable of capturing all the tailed beasts and harnessing their power, Nagato decided to align himself with Madara's plan for achieving world peace by inflicting pain upon the world.

Konan, who was the only one left by Nagato's side, supported his decision. Together, Nagato and Konan took control of the Land of Rain and slowly began gathering forces to capture the tailed beasts restarting the Akatsuki. Madara warned Nagato to avoid the Shigaraki village, as they lacked a tailed beast and were not deemed an interference to their plans.

In reality, Madara and Zetsu became aware of Shigaraki's increasing strength and realized that antagonizing them may hinder their own goals. As a result, they decided to observe from a distance and avoid conflicts. Meanwhile, Rin, the leader of the Shigaraki village, received a message from Kurogiri through subconscious communication, informing her that all the Shigaraki ninjas would be returning for an extended period and no new missions would be taken.

Kurogiri's subconscious was preparing for the fusion of All For One and One For All, which required a significant amount of chakra. The Shigaraki ninjas were being strengthened to provide Kurogiri with more chakra. Rin was thrilled by this news, as she anticipated Kurogiri awakening and changing the corrupt world.

As the Shigaraki ninjas completed their missions and returned to the Land of Shigaraki, the announcement of their temporary mission hiatus caused a worldwide commotion. People speculated about Shigaraki's next move, as it was unusual for a village to recall its ninjas unless they were preparing for war.

Little did anyone know, except for those in Ryuchi Cave, that Orochimaru's egg had hatched and the Snake Sanin was going to reemerge in the Ninja World. With so many events unfolding in the ninja world, chaos seemed inevitable, but the question remained: where would it ignite first?
