Yuta Nanaki led a decent, normal life until an unexpected turn of events during a routine checkup. The doctor delivered the grim news—stage 2 cancer. With a newfound appreciation for anime, Yuta found a sliver of liveliness in his once dreary existence. Late one night, after finishing the Naruto series,he decided to sleep but he heard a gunshot and decided to investigate. {He is orpan}
Walking out from the hospital, Yuta discovered a store on the left of hospital where a man, possibly a robber, held a gun to the to the man who possible shop owner. Despite his fear, Yuta, realizing he had nothing left to lose, summoned the courage to intervene. Armed with a stick for support, he silently approached the assailant. As he swung the stick successfully, the robber, startled, fired a shot in return. Yuta felt the pain in his stomach, lost consciousness, and collapsed.
A mysterious voice echoed: "Hmm, he is not destined to die early; the Reaper made a mistake. Let's see what I can do. His good karma outweighs the bad, not enough for a wish, but sufficient for reincarnation in another world. I'll grant him a unique ability or system. Let's see how well he endures if he do well then I give wish."
In a white void, Yuta found himself waking up. Uncertain if he had died or not, he pondered whether this was heaven or hell. Time passed in the white abyss, feeling like years. Frustrated and feeling on the verge of madness, he wondered if this was some form of punishment.
The voice spoke again: "He is now at his limit. I think this is enough. Let's see what he does." A gate opened nearby, and Yuta, relieved to see someone else for a long time, sighed to a human as an old man in shorts, a shirt with 'Kami' written on it, and sandals appeared.So he is Kami.
**Kami:** "My child, you have completed the trial, and for that, you have two wishes and a reincarnation to choose from."
**Yuta:** "Can't I reincarnate in my own world?"
**Kami:** "No, because 100years have passed in your world."
**Yuta:** "What? This place felt like an eternity. Anyway, I choose Dragon Ball Z. My first wish is to become the strongest in that world."
**Kami:** "Not possible. I can grant other wishes, but becoming the strongest is beyond your soul's capacity."
**Yuta:** "Fine. In that case, I choose the Naruto world. My first wish is to adapt faster than anyone, and for my second wish, I wish for a system."
**Kami:** "Okay, child. With your good deeds, I'll gift you the system. As for the second wish, I'll grant you the ability to create things. But it will cost you more energy."
Yuta's consciousness faded as Kami bid farewell.
Upon opening his eyes, Yuta found himself in a wooden house. Something nagged at his head, and frustration set in as he lost consciousness again.
Regaining his senses, Yuta observed a boy with the same name, Yuta Nanaki, an orphan, and recently passed the genin exam.
Yuta: "So, this boy died from a heart attack. Well, let's see my status."
