On the Hokage podium where hundreds of people were present the third Hokage, gave his Hokage cap to Minato, "Minato I entrust this village to you as its fourth Hokage, do this village proud"

little did the third know that Minato would really give away everything he had for Konoha, his wife, his son, the feeling of being in your son's life or enjoying his childhood, Minato would be the best Hokage this village had seen.

and so Minato Namikaze, in the fiery coat of the Hokage turned around and looked at the people, and everyone cheered his name.

The yellow flash of the leaf, soon had his face carved in the mountains of Konoha...Little did he know, his ambitions would soon all crumble down.

Today is my graduation ceremony.

Yes, you heard it right, me Itachi and surprisingly Shizu is graduating early, while I did not expect her to graduate early, she is one of the top kunoichis in our class and has mastered all the academy jutsu and some of her clan taijutsu techniques.

Nonetheless, at least I am not gonna be placed in some upperclassman's squad.

"Oye Itachi, you sure you will be able to beat that chunin, after all, I beat you all the time and I am yet to be a genin"

"hn, It depends...but I have full confidence in my abilities."

"oi, are you guys ignoring me again, if I ever battle you again Kuro, I will definitely beat you" a certain female Inuzuka proudly declared.

"sure, Shizu, I am so scared"

"hmmph, of course, you are"

Shizu and her problem with not understanding sarcasm, poor girl.

"Itachi, what are you laughing at, I will defeat you too yk" and Itachi's laughing face suddenly became neutral while I was now barely able to control my own laughter.

Her little white bulky dog, barked alongside her as if to say that she is correct...

" Kuroko, Shizu and Itachi, today is your exam which will decide if you will be able to graduate early or not," Masahi said sternly though his eyes betrayed him, he looked proud.

"yes, sir" our voices chorused together as we spoke.

as we were getting ready, a knock came, and as the door opened, we were all shocked to see the newly appointed Hokage coming in.

"don't mind me, just continue"

"s-sure" Masahi and the other instructors were gaping a little but quickly controlled themselves.

"your first test would be showing all the academy jutsus"

I, Itachi and Shizu all did the academy jutsu's one by one.

" Next would be the shuriken contest and then you all will have a battle"

the shuriken test happened, Me and Itachi were at a stalemate because we just had to hit straight while Shizu missed one here and there.

Nonetheless, we all passed this test too.

next, a chunin came of height a little bigger than me, around 5.2 probably. He had the average black hair, black eyes, and a little muscle, nothing that can be seen as extraordinary. Anyway, it's not like they will give an elite chunin for the academy test.

"first will be Shizu"

As the battle between him and Shizu started, they were locked in a taijutsu battle, and Shizu was slowly winning, after all, taijutsu is her thing.

With her and her dog's coordinated attacks, it was easily seen that she had the upper hand, in between the fight, as the dog would be jumping on the chunin, she would substitute herself with the dog, there was no white smoke though as shown in the anime, nonetheless, it provided as a good surprise attack and Shizu's punches were no joke, trust me.

The chunin could see he was defeated in the taijutsu battle, so he made some distance between the two and prepared to do a jutsu.

seals were made at a quick speed and the jutsu again WITHOUT shouting its name was shot at Shizu. It looked something similar to a small ball of water, just at a really high speed.

While he was preparing the seals, Shizu wasn't idol either, the moment he started the seals so did Shizu, while in the ninjutsu, the only three jutsu's she knew were the academy jutsus, so she practised them to a very high degree, in less than 3-4 seconds, she quickly substituted herself, the water ball only hit a tree log, at the same time, she quickly came in front of the chunin and gave him a barrage of attacks.

Before the chunin could become unconscious, a whistle was heard.

"Shizu, your fight was really good, the results would be announced after all the fights"

"next Itachi it's your turn"

Itachi made his way to the fighting place as a new chunin came to test him, he had black hair, onyx eyes and an Uchiha clan crest on his shirt.

So an Uchiha vs an Uchiha huh, this might be a little interesting.

and to those who think I lowered the level of chunin, This chunin wasn't elite, maybe he specialised in Genjutsu but was prohibited from using it, and wartime chunin would of course be weaker than peacetime...
