Chapter 5

It has been six months since his birth and he has completely adjusted to being a baby, it actually took three months for his body and his abilities to start working in harmony especially his abilities started showing their effects like him not having any common baby problems or not needing as much sleep as a baby does but he sleeps anyways because he likes it but the biggest help was with Instinctive Understanding as he was able to grasp the language very easily as he was able to know a lot of things like his mother's name 'Aizen Ayako' and his father's name 'Aizen Akihiro'.

In the six months of living he contemplated a lot about his course of actions as it was a dangerous world and power was of utmost importance to safeguard his interests, although it cannot be said to be a plan but he atleast decided to show a certain amount of genius for his parents to support his endeavour so he decided that he would start with speaking his words early and start walking early.

As expected, his parents were very happy with him speaking his first words within seven months and him walking within eight months. By the time he was a year old he was walking and talking almost normally although he would sometimes have a slip of tongue and end up messing a few words which his parents found adorable.

His mother and father were called back to work when he was about nine months old that is when he came to know that they were samurai's under the leadership of Mifune who was also the administrative and political leader with the title ' Tetsushogun '.

From what his father told him Samurai's are divided into ranks based on their strength and academic achievement. The ' Ronin ' are the recent graduates from the acadamy, they train under a seasoned ' Shimin ', Ronin are comparable to Genin. Then comes the ' Kenin ' who have passed the intermediate examination that includes academics and combat capacity, this brings us to the education system unlike the Shinobi that are mainly the combat forces Samurai's also hold administrative offices in the Land of Iron. So any government office's important positions are held by a samurai.

So it is of paramount importance that a Ronin is promoted to atleast Kenin as only Kenin have the chance of holding government office or other places of importance as Ronin who donot get promoted to Kenin within seven years will be forced to become part of reserve forces which basically means retirement without actually retiring as reserved forces donot get deployed anywhere but are required to attend a yearly boot camp and are paid a meagre pension apart from that there is no difference between them and civilians.They are called to arms during times of war.

While Kenin hold positions of importance doesn't mean normal civilians can't be a part of government offices but generally a samurai is more preferably in an important positions so a civilian's rise in ranking is slower as compared to a samurai.

Now the highest ranking is the ' Shimin ', they are the ones who are recognised as the main military force as missions of importance fall on them and they are the military leaders. To hold leadership positions in the government a samurai needs to be ranked as a Shimin. To rank up to Shimin a samurai needs to complete atleast 10 A rank mission or a super high academic achievement and contribution.
