Upon arriving at the place where Kimimaro lived, Tsunade was met with the sight of a house built in the middle of nowhere, made of wood and bones.
"This is something expected of the Kaguya clan..." Tsunade couldn't help but comment.
"..." Naruto and Shizune did not comment.
The house was Kimimaro's own work, but Naruto had given him the blueprint on how it should be built. In the end, the boy made a good hidden house while living there, hidden even from ninjas who passed by the place on their missions.
They approached the place as Naruto felt Kimimaro's presence already noticing them as he cautiously came out of the house due to the presence of other people, but he sighed as soon as he saw Naruto among the two women.
"Naruto?" He greeted him, unsure about the presence of the unfamiliar people.
Next to Naruto, Tsunade watched Kimimaro carefully, her gaze analyzing the boy's condition from the outside, and he seemed quite ill with that face.
"Kimimaro, I brought someone to check on your condition," Naruto said as he approached, with Tsunade and Shizune following him.
"Can she help?" He asked cautiously.
"It's worth a try; after all, she seems to be the best medic I've found," Naruto shrugged.
"You make me sound mediocre, brat..." Tsunade said, displeased with Naruto's words. She turned her attention back to the patient. "Let's take a look at your condition," she said, and Kimimaro nodded after seeing that Naruto seemed to trust the unfamiliar woman.
"What should I do?" He asked.
"Do you have a bed here? I need you to take off your shirt and lie down on it," she instructed, and Kimimaro nodded. He almost had everything there, with Naruto asking Akame to put it in the storage scroll before bringing it here.
They did exactly that, while Kimimaro made himself comfortable inside his house and removed his clothes for Tsunade to start the diagnosis. She wrapped her hand with green chakra and began to touch the boy's chest while Naruto and Shizune stood behind, watching.
"Hm... you said you found him..." Tsunade asked as she looked at the last member of the Kaguya clan.
"Yes, in the Land of Whirlpools," Naruto spoke.
"I see, though it makes sense if you flew with him to enter the country..." she murmured, aware that the border was heavily guarded. "Your father doesn't know about this either, does he?" She asked, and Naruto just shook his head no.
"Shouldn't you be returning to Konoha?" Shizune asked, a bit worried, as it was already late afternoon and she couldn't see Naruto arriving in Konoha before nightfall.
"I can manage that," Naruto commented with a shrug.
Tsunade returned her attention to the patient, her hands over Kimimaro's torso, concentrating to feel the slightest irregularities in the vital energy flowing through his body. She had a neutral expression and finally began to give her verdict on what she was seeing. "His vital energy is, indeed, diminishing, a confirmation that the disease he has is severe and, without intervention, fatal," she said, and Naruto nodded.
After a moment of silence, she continued, "It appears to be a rare disease, affecting his cells and his vital energy. Like you said, he has only about 3 years of life," she explained in a clear tone.
His disease, although not specified by name, attacked the core of his strength, undermining his vitality from the inside out. It was a condition that even escaped Tsunade's extensive experience.
"Is there a cure?" He asked calmly.
"You have to remove the infected cells before they spread, this is due to his Kekkei Genkai, the friction between the bone molecules with his cells and blood created a chemical reaction, rotting the microorganisms. If you can find a good surgeon, it's possible to cure him, what I can do is prescribe some medicine," she said in a neutral tone.
"I've read records that you were a good surgeon... the best in the world," Naruto looked at her doubtfully.
Tsunade clenched her hand before responding to Naruto. "I can't..." she began, but it was Shizune who continued.
"Tsunade-sama has a phobia of blood..." she murmured next to Naruto, who looked at the woman a bit surprised.
"Is that why you left the village?" Naruto asked curiously.
"..." She remained silent for a while before answering, "I can't help him with that, you'll have to look for another doctor," she said.
Naruto was silent for a few seconds before speaking in a serious tone. "You can," he said.
"You can't force Tsunade-sama into this!" Shizune protested beside him while Tsunade gave him a fierce look.
Naruto was unfazed by that look. "I can cure you," Naruto declared. He might not understand medicine, but he could help with a person's traumas.
"What do you mean?" Tsunade asked.
"I don't know what happened to you, but I've seen people like you, so I've dealt with your case before," Naruto said. In his memories, there was a rehabilitation division for traumatized sailors in Marineford.
A friend of his had the same problem as Tsunade; the vice-captain wanted to help him overcome his fear of death and blood on the battlefield until he finally found a solution for that acquaintance.
Silence took over the place, and even Kimimaro on the bed could feel the growing tension in the air. Tsunade was staring fiercely at Naruto, who maintained a serious gaze. He knew he was crossing a line here, but if it would result in saving Kimimaro, he would do it anyway.
In the midst of that silence, before anyone could react, Naruto released his Conqueror's Haki, leaving everyone present stunned by it, who immediately tried to protect themselves from it.
The Conqueror's Haki wasn't merely physical; it could shake any spirit, and Naruto had the most developed of the three, due to the heritage he received from those memories. However, unlike before, Naruto didn't hold back anymore; he released all his Haki, which spread not just from the house but towards the forest, continuing as it reached 1 kilometer non-stop.
The animals in the forest began to feel its effect, and all without exception began to fall unconscious, bears, wolves, snakes, insects, all began to fall one by one.
Naruto had released an unfocused explosion to use the full potential of the Haki, and those most affected were the people closest to him. Shizune, beside Naruto, didn't even realize as she collapsed to the ground with her pig in her lap.
Kimimaro was scared by it; he had seen Naruto do this many times to him, but this intent was greater than anything he had felt, making him feel powerless and paralyzed as he watched in fright from the bed.
Tsunade was looking at him in surprise, after all, Naruto hadn't shown anything like this before, wondering what it was and how he could release something like that, seeing Kimimaro paralyzed with fear and Shizune lying on the ground unconscious.
"What are you doing, brat?!" She exclaimed angrily while struggling to keep her knees from giving in to that strange force as her clothes fluttered and her hair was blown by the wind generated.
Naruto didn't respond; he first released all his Haki and now began to focus on a target, after all, he wanted to use all this concentrated ability. He focused on Tsunade, to have the woman withstand all the pressure at this moment.
Tsunade soon felt a mountain's weight upon her, feeling Naruto targeting her alone with that pressure.
'What is he doing...!' She clenched her teeth trying not to give in to Naruto while putting strength in her knees.
Naruto did more than just force the woman against the Conqueror's Haki; he began to show her the mountain of corpses he had made in another world from those memories.
Tsunade was no longer in that room of that house in the middle of the forest and began to see herself in front of thousands of bodies at that moment, immediately frightening her as a river of blood flowed everywhere, making her immediately panic in that nightmare, finally falling to her knees and looking trembling at Naruto atop all those bodies.
These bodies were all the pirates he had killed in the other world, an accumulation of years fighting against evil at sea and killing them to protect the innocent in the name of justice. This was the solution Naruto wanted to apply to Tsunade's condition; if she has a fear of blood, then he would make her get used to it.
The Conqueror's Haki wasn't a genjutsu, which it seemed to be at the moment, but rather the will of its user as a sovereign before their target. Naruto wanted to shock her with the mountain of the dead he created and how his hands were stained with blood; it would be torture for this woman, but also a solution.
Tsunade didn't know how much time had passed as she looked around frightened and began to cry from it.
"Stop!! Let me out, leave me alone!!" She started to scream in fear, but Naruto continued watching his psychological torture unfold and did not stop.
"Please! Get me out of here, I don't want to see blood!" She begged with eyes streaming with tears, she couldn't even close her eyes to deny her vision as Naruto showed this to the trembling woman.
He continued with this and no longer knew how many times she kept begging him to take her out of there, but Naruto stopped only when he finally thought he had done enough, making Tsunade return to that room while the whole place seemed destroyed, even Kimimaro fainted like Shizune.
Tsunade was on the ground, crying and trembling with fear, while finally closing her eyes between her knees and curling up. She remembered her former lover and her little brother countless times at that moment, perhaps she had never seen such a terrible torture in her life, recalling the lifeless body of Nawaki and her lover Dan dying in front of her.
Naruto approached while picking up one of Kimimaro's bones from a table and coated it with Haki before penetrating his hand and coming close to Tsunade.
He showed the blood flowing to the woman still kneeling and trembling. "Look," he said.
Tsunade looked at him, but this time with so much anger that Naruto had become her worst enemy in life, but Naruto didn't care about that, only the result; despite her hatred and torture, she no longer seemed affected by the blood as she claimed.
"This is good, you no longer seem to be afraid of blood, so you can now treat Kimimaro," Naruto spoke in a neutral tone, while closing his blood-dripping hand.
Tsunade only realized this now, leaving her stunned as she watched Naruto leaving the house. "Take the time you need to recover, you can perform the surgery now and I need an answer by tomorrow, I'm now returning to Konoha, after all, my parents might worry if I'm not in my room," Naruto spoke before leaving the house, leaving only Tsunade there watching him as the only one conscious.

What did you think of Naruto's solution for Tsunade's phobia, did it seem logical?
Kimimaro has a canonical disease. I stated that he would die much earlier here because I believe Orochimaru managed to delay his disease when he found him and prolonged his life for a few more years. However, I couldn't find any details about what he had, so I ended up creating a condition. Since Tsunade diagnosed him with the disease from the start, the cure would be much simpler, involving the removal of the affected part of the body.
