10 Chapter 10 - Naruto vs Itachi 02.

Konoha.

As Itachi's blade advanced, Naruto remained still, his eyes fixed on the metal that shimmered under the distorted light of the Tsukuyomi. The sharp tip met his chest, expected to pierce through flesh and cause unbearable pain. However, Naruto's reaction was unexpectedly serene, even disdainful.

"Is that all?" Naruto mocked, observing the blade as if it were little more than a nuisance. "You said you saw. Physical attacks don't work on me."

Itachi's expression hardened, a glimpse of surprise and perhaps a hint of frustration passing through his Sharingan eyes. He had anticipated an easy victory within the realm of his most powerful genjutsu, but Naruto's strange ability made him realize that even here, inside the illusory world of the Tsukuyomi, where Itachi held absolute control, dealing with this enigmatic immunity to physical attacks would not be simple.

Itachi, withdrawing the blade without causing the expected damage. "It seems I underestimated your ability..." He said, looking at Naruto's chest in light as the holes closed with the same light.

Naruto just laughed at Itachi's frustration. "Did you really think simple stabbings would affect me? Let me see if your world can withstand my haki." Naruto commented at the end with a dangerous tone, and Itachi knew that Naruto was about to do something, a wave exploded from Naruto sweeping everything around, at that moment, Naruto released his Conqueror's Haki, a powerful and encompassing energy that sweeps through the entire area of the Tsukuyomi. Yellow lightning is emitted into the air, creating an aura of power around Naruto. The energy is so intense that it even affects Itachi's illusory world, making the Uchiha visibly surprised and impressed with Naruto's ability to influence even the Tsukuyomi with this ability that he had seen him releasing a few times to make people faint.

Naruto seemed to be showing that even power has the capacity to resist and challenge the Tsukuyomi within the illusory world. Itachi, with the wind of that energy against him, wondered what was happening as the world there began to tremble with Naruto's aura.

The world of the Tsukuyomi begins to crack and break like glass, under the influence of Naruto's Conqueror's Haki. Itachi, now clearly shaken, witnesses with wide eyes as everything begins to shatter creating cracks in the red skies and in the air. Naruto does not stop with this, he releases even more haki from his body, increasing the intensity, the energy explosion completely breaks the space, bringing both back to the reality of the Uchiha compound. They are greeted by the sight of the real world, where flames are still spreading and smoke clouds are rising from the destroyed houses of other battles.

Itachi looked around, although quite shaken, he was amazed by Naruto's ability and his strange skills. Naruto was still holding his sword looking calmly, without saying anything.

"Itachi felt a huge pressure and pain in the eye that did not bleed like the last eye, he placed his hand and knelt trying to resist the discomfort, Naruto remained silent, already knowing that this was the price of Itachi using that power, Itachi kept his gaze on Naruto all the time waiting for some action from him, but he just looked at him.

After recovering a bit from the pain, Itachi stood up opening his gaze again, with the vision becoming more and more blurred and returning to normal after a while.

"You are truly amazing," Itachi confessed, struggling to maintain his composure. "But now, you will see the true power of the Uchiha. Do not underestimate what we are capable of."

"Again with this talk, Itachi, this is getting boring." Naruto murmured and raised his finger towards the Uchiha. In the next instant, a bright and powerful beam shot from Naruto's finger, illuminating the entire street and putting Itachi directly in its path.

The beam struck the ground beneath Itachi, with the Uchiha not even having time to move out of the way, around everything exploded the next moment, lighting up the entire place.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOM* The explosion was heard by all there while shining, Itachi caught in the explosion, didn't even have time to perform a substitution jutsu, as houses and dead bodies thrown on the ground were disintegrated with the ray of light.

The explosion calmed down and Naruto watched the dust cloud lower, but at that moment, he saw something strange in the place where Itachi should be. In the center of the dust, a red energy appeared and Itachi in the middle of it, while he seemed to be surrounded by bones being created by the energy.

"What is this?" Naruto couldn't help but ask, a bit surprised by what had resisted his attack.

Itachi looked at Naruto calmly with his Mangekyo Sharingan, "You see, Naruto," Itachi began, his voice echoing powerfully through the form of the Susanoo, "this is the true power of the Uchiha. A power that transcends everything you know. The Susanoo, the third and most powerful ability of my current eyes, an absolute defense."

Naruto, watching the manifestation of the Susanoo, did not seem intimidated. His face remained just observing the ethereal energy circulating Itachi with bones, "Impressive," he admitted with a mocking smile. "But let's see if it can withstand this."

With a quick movement, Naruto pulled his sword back, and it began to glow as he swiftly moved his arm, sending 3 slashes towards Itachi that flew at an impressive speed.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!*

"What is this?!" Some Root Anbu asked from a distance, seeing the explosions and the light illuminating the place.

"Should we intervene?" Another asked.

"I think so, Danzo-sama gave us the order not to leave any Uchiha alive besides Sasuke, Itachi's brother, I think something is happening, so we should act!" The leader of that group said.

"Yes, we've lost contact with Zebra group, something happened to them, they're probably dead," said another Anbu.

"Then let's go, something is happening and acting against our mission!" The chief concluded, and they jumped towards the complex to assess the situation and find survivors.

The 3 explosions made the place tremble, each much larger than the explosion Naruto created with his finger. Itachi was hit, but when the dust settled, Naruto saw something even more impressive; it was not just bones, a skeletal figure emerged from the explosion, and the red aura became colossal as Itachi remained inside it, protected from all of Naruto's attacks.

"Do you understand now, Naruto?" Itachi asked, though mocking, Naruto could sense a sadness in Itachi, but he quickly dismissed it to look at the creature.

"It's a quite dark energy, I've never seen anything like it," he admitted, "But this isn't the final form, is it?"

"No," Itachi responded, and the skeleton began to gain muscle, Naruto became even more impressed with the transformation, after gaining muscle, skin appeared, and it looked like a complete demon, even before a huge cape covered it, and a sword within a shell that one hand held and another grabbed the sword of red energy, on the other side, a huge shield appeared.

"This is my power, the Susanoo," Itachi declared from within the creature as it growled fiercely at Naruto.

Before Naruto could respond, the Susanoo, now fully materialized, raised its gigantic sword, "Let's begin the real fight, Naruto," Itachi said, and he commanded the Susanoo to attack Naruto. Naruto, in turn, remained calm, his attention focused on the approaching sword.

'This sword, it's dangerous!' Naruto sensed the danger with his Observation Haki.

As soon as the sword hit the spot where Naruto was, the sound of the collision reverberated in everyone's ears, the ground beneath them cracked and split, creating a crater where the blade met the ground, the force of the impact evident in the destruction that spread, making everything tremble.

However, when the dust began to settle, a figure remained standing at the epicenter of the devastation. Naruto, still motionless, appeared intact as he raised his hand and held his sword against Susanoo's sword, his blade was dark as well as part of his arm.

Naruto's arm trembled a bit as he struggled against the weight of the colossal opponent's force, his sword appeared to crack a bit in contact with the weapon of the Susanoo, "My weapon is too weak for this kind of fight..." Naruto murmured as he saw some cracks appearing on the weapon.

"You continue to surprise me, Naruto," Itachi admitted, his voice resonating with a tone of acknowledgment through the Susanoo as he saw the boy holding off the force of the Susanoo with a sword, something he did not imagine seeing. "Your strength... is truly remarkable."

Naruto did not respond, he had a burst of strength and managed to repel Susanoo's sword and transformed his body into light as he traveled some distance out of Itachi's reach.

He continued looking at the manifested Susanoo from that distance and spoke. "You were right Itachi, the real fight begins now," Naruto commented as he took a combat stance. Naruto sensed danger coming from that giant, but he was also quite
