In a corner of the village, a silent war painted the night with blood. The streets, usually calm and secure, were immersed in chaos and violence with bodies falling all the time. At the heart of this devastation stood two figures: Itachi Uchiha, who was quickly killing Uchiha ninjas and civilians alike, regardless of age or gender. Another figure participating in this massacre was a masked man proclaiming himself Uchiha Madara, who had joined forces with Itachi for the night. United by a dark purpose, they methodically advanced through the area, leaving a trail of death and despair.
Members of the Uchiha clan, known for their strength and abilities in the Sharingan, fell one after another, unable to stop the overwhelming force of their adversaries. Bodies of ninjas and civilians lay scattered, some trying to protect their loved ones until their last breath, others caught off guard in their nightly routine. The cries of children and the screams of agony cut through the night.
In the sky, Naruto flew at high speed toward that area, surprised to see people running with children from that place. However, they were being killed by hidden ninjas in the trees, creating a barrier to ensure no one left alive.
"What's happening in your village, Dad? Did you know about this?" Naruto couldn't help but murmur, seeing a woman and her child being attacked. His body transformed into light, and he rapidly descended on the ninja who was attacking the mother and child. Naruto appeared and quickly cut the man's throat, who reminded him of an Anbu that worked with his father, but he didn't recognize him.
"Ahhh!!!" The woman screamed and quickly hugged her child as soon as she saw Naruto and a headless ninja falling near them.
"..." Naruto had covered his head with a coat, and despite his size giving him away, he managed to hide his blonde hair. He didn't say anything to the woman and turned his attention to the trees, where there were 6 more Anbu ninjas in that area.
"Hm?! Who is he?"
"How did we not see him coming?"
"It doesn't matter now; we have to eliminate him!"
The Root ninjas quickly jumped from the trees towards Naruto. Seeing 6 of them in the air, Naruto transformed his body into light, appearing in front of the first one before he could react.
"What?!" Before he could do anything, his head was cut off by Naruto's sword.
"!!" The other ninjas looked alarmed, still in the air, but Naruto didn't stop there. He turned into light and started running in the air towards the second, third, and fourth.
"How can he be so fast?"
"He killed 4 of us in the blink of an eye?!" The other two ninjas exclaimed in surprise inside their masks.
"6 actually..." Naruto appeared behind them with a flash and separated their heads from their bodies before they could use a Substitution Jutsu.
Naruto turned to the frightened woman on the ground while the boy trembled, looking at Naruto. "You should leave here, find a safe place and stay there, and... Don't trust even the village's ninjas." Naruto commented, looking at the bodies one last time and heading towards the Uchiha clan complex using Geppo, leaving the mother and son stunned behind.
Among the corridors and courtyards of the clan complex, the man who introduced himself as Madara moved with fierce determination, leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake.
"Protect the children!" A Jonin shouted to 3 other ninjas as Madara stood in front of the group.
A group of Uchiha children had been cornered, looking at the masked man with fear and terror. A group of ninjas saw this and stood between the attacking man and the children. The Jonin who told the others activated his Sharingan and advanced against the mysterious ninja.
"What?!" The other Uchiha ninjas looked surprised when the Jonin was easily killed, and the masked ninja had disappeared. Even with their Sharingan, they couldn't find him.
"Behind you!" A child shouted, but it was too late. The masked ninja appeared behind them and began to kill them before they could react.
"Now only you are left..." Madara said, looking at the children as he approached. They clung to each other, looking horrified as Madara took ever closer steps with a coldness that chilled the blood. Some had even activated their Sharingan due to emotional damage after everything they had seen that night, but it didn't matter because they would meet the same fate. [Author here: Yes, I think it's natural for some to have activated the Sharingan on the night of the massacre, just like Sasuke did.]
In this nightmarish scenario, Naruto arrived, his presence initially unnoticed. As he floated in the air, he spotted the situation in the clan's space. Witnessing the scene before him in various corners of the clan, a whirlwind of emotions engulfed him - anger, sadness. He looked towards where the masked man was and headed in that direction.
"This is as bad as what happened in Ohara..." he couldn't help but murmur, looking at the streets filled with bodies.
As the masked man approached the Uchiha children, before he could deliver the final blow, a figure appeared above him with a flash and impressive speed. Naruto, still with his face covered, attacked the intruder, aiming a blow that, under normal circumstances, would be lethal with his sword. However, to his surprise and confusion, the blade passed through the masked man's body as if cutting through air, causing no apparent damage.
"A Logia?" Naruto asked aloud, somewhat curious. He stopped a few meters from the man and analyzed him. The Logia he had mentioned was a concept, though strange to this world, it was part of the memories he carried from another life, where powers that defied the laws of nature were common.
The masked man, known as Uchiha Madara, turned slowly to face Naruto, a look of surprise and interest on his face hidden by the mask, where Naruto could see his sharingan.
"Logia? I don't know what you're talking about, stranger. But you are fast... I almost couldn't react. Who are you?" he said, his voice laden with a certain caution as he observed the short stature that resembled a child, but his posture and speed indicated otherwise to the masked man.
Naruto stood in front of the children. He resumed his battle stance, ready for combat and knew that this masked man was not an ordinary opponent. There were still Uchiha children behind him, looking with wide eyes, both in fear and hope towards Naruto.
"It doesn't matter who I am," Naruto spoke, betraying a slightly childish voice. "I won't let you hurt anyone else."
The masked man, in turn, continued to assess Naruto. Although the boy before him seemed young, he appeared dangerous and could not be ignored.
"Very well, then," the man said, preparing for the confrontation. "Let's see what you can do, stranger."
Naruto advanced again and was in front of Obito a moment later. He had been training hard in recent months and further honed his body more than he was accustomed to, combining his abilities with his fruit and further enhanced body. His sword passed through the masked man's body again, and Naruto appeared on the other side of him.
Naruto felt the ninja behind him act and touch his clothing, changing his eye to a strange form of sharingan that Naruto did not recognize, and being sucked into a vortex into the eye like a portal. Naruto sensed danger from it, even with his Logia body, and quickly transformed into light, exiting the area immediately with a flash.
"You escaped?" The masked man spoke in surprise, looking at Naruto appearing at a distance from him with a light.
"What is this ability..." Naruto couldn't help but murmur.
"How funny, some time ago I fought against a man who managed to escape from my jutsu in a very similar way to yours, you remind me a lot of him..." Madara commented, looking at Naruto with more interest. "Your abilities are quite strange..." He added.
Naruto did not respond; he just advanced again against the enemy while the masked man had chains on his arms to fight against Naruto. Naruto activated his armament haki, covering his blade, but his sword again passed through the man.
The children watched the fight frantically, unable to keep up, but stood there motionless, stunned by the unfolding battle. They were also paralyzed to leave but also knew that it was not very safe, because they realized that it was not just this masked man attacking the clan.
"You are an Uchiha, why are you doing this?" Naruto couldn't help but ask as the chains tried to bind him.
"This is a cursed clan, they deserve to be extinct," the masked man spoke while attacking Naruto and letting the opponent's attacks pass through his body.
"I noticed that you killed children and civilian women, is that being cursed to you?" Naruto spoke with a tone of anger.
"It doesn't matter, this world is not a reality, you shouldn't cling to the concepts here," he said.
"What nonsense is this?" Naruto couldn't help but look at the masked man bewildered.
"You don't understand, but know that my name is Uchiha Madara, and I can show you how easily things are fragmented in this world," the masked man spoke, and his body began to sink into the ground.
"How can he do that?" Naruto felt his presence disappearing as if he had left the world.
"Watch how this world is an illusion and everything is easily fragmented, material things, people, ideals, and even love." Naruto heard the masked man's voice near a girl among the children. He was about to kill her with the girl not even being able to react with the man appearing beside her. Another detail that Naruto noticed was the activated Sharingan in the girl's eyes.
The man was about to kill the girl, but at the last moment, while he had already dematerialized to attack the child, a beam of light shot out of Naruto's hand. The masked man never imagined that something like this could happen, as the beam passed through him, hitting his chest and blowing up a house behind him.
