Our leader often commends the wisdom of Konoha's strategist, praising the Third Hokage for having three capable left and right arms, ensuring the prosperity and strength of Konoha. Seeing it today, it seems indeed true," Yoshinori added, looking at Homura.

Before Homura Mitokado and Hiruzen Sarutobi could respond, Yoshinori walked ahead. They reached Konoha's Memorial Stone in no time. However, When they looked up, they were astounded by the Hokage Rock. It is only now that they can see renowned rock clearly.

However what amazed him, including other Grass Ninjas was that the younger face was covered with all manner of disorderly items, and numerous Konoha ninjas were throwing things while uttering curses.

Uzumaki Yōshinori raised an eyebrow, turned his head, and hesitated for a moment, "The standards of Konoha... really need some improvement."

He wore a friendly smile as he offered Kakashi a piece of paper. "Would you like to know more about the Talent Plan by the Grass Village? The benefits are generous, including meals and accommodation. Interested in learning more?"

The Konoha Ninjas could only stand there, incredulous, their anger intensifying as they realized the audacity of the Grass Ninjas poaching right before them.
