7 Chapter 7 : Rivals
In an office of a villa in the land of waves, there was Gatou's bloody corpse on the floor. He looked like he had suffered excruciating torture and sitting in the chair, Obito's clone watched as Ishida, Gatou's assistant, begging him not to hurt him.
Obito coldly asked him to stop whining and ordered him to open the reinforced door of the big safe in the room and when he did, he saw the huge wads of cash in that huge safe. There were tens of billions of ryo.
"Not bad..." the clone said smiling before performing mudras and then summoning the main body of Obito who congratulated him for his work before himself summoning six medium-sized scrolls which unfolded to reveal buckets on it, Obito performed several mudras and the money in the room began to be attracted and then absorbed into the scrolls. When the process was completed, Obito still left several billion ryos in the trunk before looking at Ishida with a smile.
"From today on, Gatou's affairs are your responsibility and I will let my clone keep an eye on you and he'll take on Gatou's appearance. If you try anything you'll be killed but if you cooperate completely then he will protect you. Obito asked and Ishida guided him towards the underground of the villa where with disgust and anger he saw several people in large cages but when he arrived in front of one of the cages his breathing became heavy and his heart skipped a beat.
In front of him, in this cage there were exactly 7 people with purple hair who when they saw him looked at Obito strangely. There was an adult man, three women and three children.
"Are you survivors of the Uzumaki clan?" Obito asked in a weak voice and when the man nodded, he felt a deep pain in his heart. Members of his once powerful clan were now being sold like cattle.
He looked at the children younger than him by about 7 years and they were frightened by his appearance and aura.
Obito introduced himself to them and told them that they were free and that their clan had a home in Konoha, that they were going to revive their clan and become stronger than ever.
He asked Ishida to prepare some rest and healing for them and two days later, Obito and his new companions made their way to Konoha and upon his arrival there, it had not gone unnoticed.
(In the hokage's office)
"How and where did you find the members of your clan?" Hiruzen asked in a serious tone to Obito who looked at him without pressure.
"You really have the nerve to think it's legitimate to ask me this question when it's you who betrayed them. How far does your lack of dignity go, old man ? I discovered a slave-selling network on the borders of the Land of Fire and found them there, in cages like animals. The adults were still children when you sold the secrets of Uzushiogakure to the other villages. » Obito responded with deep anger to a silent Hiruzen. But he didn't stop there...

Obito continued with deep anger and by the second, several Anbu members were already there with their Kunais placed on his vital points without Obito showing the slightest trace of fear.
"If you consider me as a threat then act now but like I told you years ago, I would never do anything against the village even if I hate you and the villagers. I have too much respect for what Nidaime left behind and I'm at least aware of his legacy. Now either kill me or leave me alone because I'm going to be busy settling my clan members." He finished and Hiruzen ordered the Anbu to leave him alone, he was too frank and deeply angry but Obito was clearly not a danger to the village, on the contrary, Hiruzen even wondered about his decisions and what his late sensei would think of them.
Team 7 returned shortly before the bridge was finished because news of Gatou's death had spread and someone else had invested a lot of money in the construction while offering Tazuna a completely clean contract, verified and approved by Kakashi himself for the rights to the bridge.
Naruto and his team returned from the mission and Kakashi left them to report to Hiruzen.
The trio was accosted by Konohamaru who idolized Naruto even more than in the main reality because Naruto was really strong and had inherited the talent of his father the 4th hokage.
Teasing as he was, Konohamaru taunted Sakura by telling her that she was less beautiful and strong than Hinata anyway, that he didn't like her and that she had no place in the "big boss Naruto's team "
Sasuke got tired of this gag scene and started to walk away while Sakura ran after Konohamaru but the kid didn't pay attention and bumped into Kankuro who was there with Temari.
"Hey kid, that hurts" Kankuro said coldly looking down on him while Konohamaru lost his balance and fell on his butt.
"I'm...sorry..." Konohamaru said as Temari and Kankuro started to make fun of the Konoha ninjas by calling them "cowards" and that caught Sasuke's attention who looked at them fiercely.
"He's just a child, he didn't do it on purpose so be nice." Naruto said moving closer as Sasuke did the same and Temari looked at him blushing, Naruto had let his hair grow for a while and it had the same volume as his father at the same age, he was the spitting image of Minato and several people had already noticed this resemblance.
Sasuke and Naruto were handsome and Temari, although being a ninja, was above all a girl even if it stopped at this little reaction.
"I don't care if he's just a kid, I'm still going to teach him a lesson." Kankuro lifted Konohamaru by the collar but the second Naruto was already in front grabbing the hand he was holding Konohamaru with.
" I didn't even see him move ! " Kankuro thought, totally shocked by Naruto's speed just as much as Temari.
"I still insist that you let him go. Can you take on an opponent your size or do you only attack children in Suna...?" Naruto provoked Kankuro by tightening his grip to the point of cracking the bones of his arm and under the effect of pain, he let go of Konohamaru, groaning.
Temari wanted to react but Sasuke was already behind her with a Kunai on Temari's neck who was overtaken by him.
"Let's stop this scene here, our villages are allies so let's forget about it. Welcome to Konoha..." Naruto said smiling letting go of Kankuro's arm with a smile before turning around to take Konohamaru away, behind him Kankuro wanted to operate his puppet but Naruto had a confident smile on his lips.
"Enough Kankuro, you're truly a disgrace to our village. Do that again and I'll kill you..."
They all heard someone's voice and they saw Gaara hanging upside down against a tree branch.
Gaara: (to Naruto) What are your name and your friend...?
They introduced themselves and Gaara coldly apologized for the attitude of his companions before wishing that they would meet during the Chunin exam. Naruto just gave him a smile before continuing on his way.
(Senju Training Ground)
On the large, completely damaged training ground, Obito and Lee faced each other as each of them sweated with marks of blows on their bodies.
Lee in appearance was very different from his main reality version. His hair was styled in his hairstyle preceding his bowl cut, he wore a black tights shirt with elbow guards and on the bottom he had medium sized black pants and high ninja sandals.
If he had changed his style it was because Obito who was his best friend but also his rival had advised him to follow Gai's teachings, to admire him if he wanted but above all he had to remain himself instead of being a lame copy of Gai.
Lee had followed his advice and his appearance was clearly better.
As for Obito himself, he wore a karategi-like outfit with the Uzumaki logo on the back. He had also let his hair grow out to create a fringe that would hide his one-eyed right eye.
"That's 181 wins for me versus 180 wins for you. I'm taking the lead. » Lee said smiling as Obito did the same.
Obito: That will teach me to fight with my eyes closed. What a terrible handicap I have chosen.
Lee: I only used my feet while holding my breath the whole fight, it was a good fight and next time I'm going to close my eyes and cover my ears.

Lee: Heavy clothing ?! I'm not sure I understand, Karin-chan...

Later, Obito and Lee along with the girls were sitting and having tea together discussing things to come. Right now, Obito was wearing an outfit that looked like a sleek, all-black Aikido gi with the Uzumaki symbol etched into the back, this outfit had been established by Obito as the standard outfit for clan members.
The servants hired by him had brought Lee new clothes as his clothes were dirty and soaked with sweat so while waiting for the cleaning, he had been invited to relax with the others, discussing things to come while watching a clone of Obito gives lessons to children but also to adults.
Naruto arrived there with Hinata whom he had met along the way, she was good friends with Yakumo and Karin but also very appreciated by Obito for her gentle character so they joined the group to discuss the Chunin exam .
"Appreciate those who appreciate you even more " Naruto respected this rule to the great happiness of Hinata with whom he trained regularly while encouraging her to overcome her shyness, her pity and her hesitation during a fight.
This was a big problem Hinata had And unbeknownst to her, she very often let her little sister get the upper hand on them during sparring matches .
In this reality, because of Obito's existence and their rivalry, Lee didn't have this complex with Neji.
The two had never even faced each other but Lee, by dint of facing a monstrous genius like Obito, was at this age much stronger than that of the main reality.
He even had a crush on Karin who was also a fan of working hard to please Obito but he had given up on his dreams of seducing her because Karin's goal was clear to everyone : Marrying Obito later and give him children by helping him in the rebirth of their clan.
Physically, Karin had some differences compared to that of the main reality, her body through work had developed slightly visible muscles without taking anything away from her femininity, on the contrary and all her efforts had brought an unforeseen change, the development of a future generous chest.
If Obito liked her? Of course yes, he was an enhanced human but a human nonetheless and even if he generally didn't let anything show, Karin was the only girl with whom he could start a family one day.
