Danzo gritted his teeth and said, "Go to the collection room and get a Sharingan."

As everyone gathered, he took a list and began reading: "Yuta, Haruto, Naoto, Yao, Kei..."

"All the individuals I just mentioned have been suspended for reflection due to the complaints..."

Before he could finish, a clamor erupted from below: "Fourth Elder! Is there a mistake!? Are we really suspended?"

A stern glare from him silenced the crowd.

"Quiet! Stop yelling! If you have other concerns, discuss them with the deputy chief! Now, all of you report to the deputy chief!"

He gave a pointed look to the individuals below.

These were usually aligned with the three elders. After witnessing Natsuki's forceful attempt to reclaim Shisui's Sharingan the previous night, they had seen his style.

The fourth elder's meaningful gaze prompted everyone to consider the implications.

Thinking that the deputy chief might take action, they left the hall without uttering a word.

With the departure of the Hawk members, the police department's hall emptied instantly.

The remaining members were all doves who were close to him or those who couldn't rely on either faction.

He directed, "For the rest of you, your patrol areas today will exclusively cover the property of our Uchiha clan. If there's any situation elsewhere, you are not allowed to intervene."

The attendees included the Third Hokage, Hyuga Hiashi, Uchiha Fugaku, and Uchiha Natsuki.

Danzo chose to stay back, licking his wounds and retreating to the roots.

Observing Fugaku bringing Natsuki again, some attendees secretly wondered if Fugaku was truly grooming this individual.

Today, Fugaku assumed his usual respectful demeanor towards the Third Hokage, saying, "Hokage-sama, please forgive me. I was also very anxious last night, so I took this step."

While the Third Hokage appeared kind and friendly on the surface, a murmur echoed within him. Shouldn't Fugaku be taking a more assertive stance today?

Fugaku nodded and stepped aside, allowing Natsuki to stand up and speak.

The Third Hokage and Hiashi couldn't conceal the shock on their faces, both appearing stunned.

It's essential to note that the police force has traditionally been the exclusive domain of the Uchiha. All of its members are from the Uchiha clan, and outsiders are not allowed any involvement.

This exclusivity has enabled the Uchiha clan to maintain a strong influence. Fugaku's proposal to bring in external support for the guard force would significantly diminish the Uchiha clan's control. The impact on the entire village would decrease, implying a widening gap in the Hokage's position.

Is Fugaku trying to convey that he doesn't care about power in exchange for favorable treatment from the village?

Or are the Uchiha and the Hyuga family collaborating?

He pondered this but was not yet sure.

He stated in an official tone, "Deputy Chief Natsuki, I am pleased that you are starting to consider the relationship between Uchiha and the village. I have no objections. You can have a good discussion with Hiashi."

Hiashi wasn't knocked unconscious by the unexpected turn of events. His initial thought was that Fugaku had some hidden agenda.

Nevertheless, the opportunity was already presented, and the Hinata family was interested in testing whether it was a trap or not.

After all, the Hyuga family was gradually declining, and their influence in Konoha was also waning.

If they could gradually gain control of the police force...

Hiashi offered Fugaku and Natsuki a friendly smile.
