Smackdown Of The Council

Upon arriving at the village entrance "Yo what's up Izumo and Kotetsu." Naruko yelled slamming the desk waking the two up from their afternoon nap.

"I'm awake, I wasn't sleeping." Izumo and Kotetsu said standing up at attention thinking that a superior is the one that woke them up for sleeping again. When the duo looked into Naruko's eyes she quickly cast a false surrounding genjutsu changing the paperwork on the sign in sheet that they have for keeping track on who is coming and going. 'I'm so proud of you Naru-chan.' Ahri said when she saw what Naruko was doing.

"Huh what are you doing here Naruko and who is the redhead with ya? Did you need our help to cover you for a prank or something?" Kotetsu asked

"What do you mean me and Gar-kun are coming back from playing outside the village, don't you remember you signing us out early this morning." Naruko asked to which Gaara just nodded his head.

"Wait, did that happen? I don't remember seeing you this morning, do you remember seeing her Izumo?"

"Let me check let's see …. Ah here it is ya I guess we did sign them both out this morning but I don't remember it. Maybe we slept too long or something but I don't remember seeing this kid around lately so tell me my dear little Naruko who is this boy with our little prankster princess?" Izumo asked like a big brother would protect his little sister from harm.

"Ah stop it Izu-kun, it isn't like your thinking at all. I met him in the village and he looked lonely so I adopted him as my little brother just the other day. So no need to be worried about that, okay, we are even going to visit the old man today as well so I can introduce my new little brother." Naruko quickly explained just wanting to get into the village without raising any flags.

Izumo and Kotetsu stared at the duo for a bit thinking that there was something wrong here but couldn't quite place what it was. Honestly if they didn't trust Naruko like they did they might have noticed that they had a genjutsu placed on them. "Alright you two your free to go just don't get into too much trouble now you here unless you include us." Kotestsu said while laughing at the end waving them through.

"See how easy that was Gar-kun, stick with me and we will have so much fun together." Naruko said while placing her arm around Gaara's shoulder. "Yes Naru-chan whatever you say, are we really going to be seeing this old man you spoke of?" He asked, unaware that she meant the hokage.

"I mean that was honestly just a lie but I guess we should get it out of the way now let me do all the talking okay little bro. The old man feels guilty toward me for his past actions so he basically let's me do whatever I want within certain limits so asking him to let you live with me shouldn't be an issue at all."

"I have to ask Naru-chan but who is this old man exactly? You have failed to tell me who it is?" Gaara asked "Ah silly me it's the hokage of course thought, I told you that already whoops." If Gaara could so emotions he would be showing a shocked expression on his face right now. 'I have a feeling that it won't be that simple Naru-chan.' Gaara thought.

On their way to the hokage office 3 civilians having some balls of steel saw Naruko walking around with Gaara and seeing that she was happy made them all pissed. They thought that she didn't deserve to be happy at all since she is the incarnation of the nine tails fox, so one of the men thought it was a good idea to bump into her unaware that this would lead to a cruel fate.

As the duo were talking to each other Gaara self defense sand kicked in and captured the man that was about to bump into them "Ahhhhhhh what the fuck are you doing to me you fucking brats. Let me go this instance or I'm going to report you to the council you hear me." The capture man yelled out in pain because of the pressure this sand is causing. The two others weren't quite either and yelled to let their friend go and threats at them as well.

Naruko looked the captured man straight in the eyes "What do you mean mister, I haven't done anything to you. I don't know what is going on right now at all isn't that right Gar-kun? How could kids like us do that." she says while pointing at the sand holding the man.

One of the other idiots spoke up "We don't believe you fucking brats, this only happened after we tried to bump into you." As soon as he said that he realized that he just fucked up and quickly covered his mouth and looked to see who might have heard him and sadly there was a crowd because this happened in the middle of the street.

"Oh that is most interesting I haven't even done anything to you and this is the first time I'm meeting you idiots so for you to attack my unprovoked means that I can press charges against you. Not to mention that we are children meaning that you're also abusing children as well and causing a public disturbance for the city, so already I have 3 different charges against you guys. Meaning that you will be serving jail time, have a massive fine, and be under surveillance for months. Now doesn't that just sound super fun Gar-kun." Naruko said while having an evil smile on her face in a happy tune while looking at the 3 idiots.

"Your right big sis, loads of fun." Gaara answered back with a blank expression. "Do you wish to continue this whatever it is?" Naruko asked and seeing that the 3 are not saying anything was about to fuck with them some more and until an Anbu showed up and it was one of Naruko's favorite ones the one with a cat mask and purple hair.

"Please let them go Naruko, I don't know how you're doing this but I know that it is related to you somehow. I'll handle the 3 people" Cat anbu then made a gesture and 3 more anbu showed up so Gaara recalled his sand and let them grab them and body flicker them away to the T&I department.

"Now due to this incident I must ask that you allow me to take you to the Hokage so that we can get this all sorted out." The cat aubu was about to put her shower on the two when Naruko raised her hand telling her to stop. "There is no need we can get there on our own that being said race ya." Naruko then placed a hand on Gaara and they both body flickered away. 'Since when could she do that she isn't even a genin yet.' the cat anbu thought stunned for a moment before she got it together and followed the two with her own body flicker.

When Naruko and Gaara enter the hokage's office through the use of body flicker jutsu it startled the man slightly because he was currently reading a Icha Icha book and he quickly hid it in his drawer of his desk and when he saw who it was he was surprised because he didn't know that Naruko could body flicker. Not to mention he was wondering who the boy with her was.

"Ah Naruko it's good to see you so what do I owe the pleasure of your visit today?" Hiruzen asked and that is when the cat anbu showed up. Giggling to herself "I win mittens." said anbu just crossed her arms in a huff and the hidden anbu snickered at the nickname to which she sent a mean glare at them all making them stop and be silent again.

Naruko then explained what happened when they were on their way to visit him and the cat anbu filled in what she saw and knew as well. "Don't worry Naruko and Gaara was it, I will handle this case you don't have to worry about it at all. Now why don't you tell me why you were coming to visit me?" Hiruzen asked, putting on his grandfather like smile on his face.

"Well…" Naruko then looked at where the anbu are hidden, Hiruzen seeing this knew what Naruko was asking of him and with a wave of his hand dismissed the anbu in his office and then made some hand gestures and sealed the room. "There, is that better Naruko?"

"Hmm How interesting old man I thought you dismissed all of your anbu?" Naruko asked him and went into a thinking pose. "I did what do you mean Naruko?" Hiruzen asked back, wondering what she was getting at. "But if you dismiss them all, who is that?" Naruko then pointed to above the bookshelf starling the root anbu that was currently hiding there and before he could escape. "Gar-kun be a dear would you." Gaara then used his sand and captured the root anbu before he could do anything, the man was only at chunin level after all and Gaara had killed Jounin level ninja before.

Hiruzen was shocked when he saw this root anbu and knew who exactly it belonged to after seeing the type of mask that he was wearing. "I see, I thank you Naruko and Gaara for catching this rat. Please give me a moment to deal with him." Hiruzen then unsealed the room and summoned an anbu and had them take the root anbu with them and resealed the room again. "I must ask Naruko how did you know that he was there if you don't mind me asking?"

"Simply due to Ahri-chan, I'm a sensor just haven't really trained it so it doesn't go far but it at least lets me see several meters around myself." Hiruzen nodded his head but internally he was surprised that Naruko had this ability; sensors were extremely valuable to any village and the Uzumaki were some of the best the world had to offer.

"Now that we are clear I can tell you the reason for our visit, Gar-kun here is my new little brother but that isn't all about him oh no it's that he is also the one tails host." Naruko then removed the chakra suppressant seal she had on him and now Hiruzen could see that he had the most chakra here besides Naruko.

"I see and might I ask how he got here exactly, I don't particularly remember you leaving the village Naruko. You wouldn't have happened to go on a trip to Suna unannounced and no protection right?" He asked making Naruko to look away from him. Naruko then explained what she had been up to recently and her little trip to Suna and who Gaara's identity is over there.

Rubbing his head and muttering to himself "I'm getting too old for this shit …. Alright then I get what you want from me then which I have no problem in doing for you Naruko but if I do this then the council will need to know about this whole affair and Gaara, is that what you want?" he asked her. "Summon the village idiots together, I'm not scared of them you will be surprised by some of the things I found out at my families home about this village." Naruko says making Hiruzen worried that something bad is about to happen at this council meeting making him wish he wasn't the hokage anymore.

"Come Gar-kun we have preparations to make, see ya in a bit old man." Naruko then used some hand seals and unsealed the room and walked off with Gaara right behind her leaving yet another surprise to Hiruzen that she was able to unseal his office just like that. "Damn brat, just what kind of problem child did you leave for me here Minato and Kushina." Hiruzen says while looking at the photo of the 4th Hokage in his office and he could have sworn that it smiled at him just now making Hiruzen shudder at the thought.

**** Council Room

It didn't take long for the council members to be gathered and so within an hour all of the members were there staring at each other wondering what they needed to be here for. "Quiet everyone I have summoned you here because something rather important happened today and for the security of the village I must inform you all of it. Cat allowed the two of them to come in" Hiruzen said to the anbu with a cat mask on her face.

When the council saw who walked in they were surprised but the civilian council members were the ones that were upset and gritting their teeth when they saw Naruko. "What is the demon brat doing here Hokage." Yelled one of the civilian council members with all the others voices something similar. "Silence you know the law in place for that matter saw something like that again and there will be consequences, maybe T&I department will help you remember." Hiruzen yelled bringing the room back to silence.

"Now I'm going to let the two of them explain why they are here and then we will discuss the matter. Please Naruko and Gaara fill everyone in with what you told me earlier today." Then Naruko and Gaara told the story again of how Naruko got there and what she did, how she met Gaara. As well as how they escaped but didn't inform them that Gaara robbed Suna of their jutsu scrolls that was their own secret after all. Once they were done the room was silent for a few moments everyone trying to process what they just heard.

Danzo was the first to speak up "I want them both, Hiruzen gives them to me and I can make this village strong with them."

"No, Danzo they will not be turned over to you and if I hear you trying to do something to them behind my back we will have a rather interesting conversation in my office. Do I make myself clear here?" He said while looking at Danzo in his one good eye.

"We should kill him. One demon bra….." was all the civilian council member could say before he splurged out blood from his mouth and the reason for that is because Naruko stabbed him in the heart with a blood tail from her back. "My, my I do believe it is against the law to mention anything about my status and the hokage had already given you fair warning. Failing to listen to your leader is charge of insubordination not to mention breaking such a 'closely' guarded secret for just anyone to hear is punished by death if I remember. I hope you understand that for the good of the village you must die please have a safe trip." Naruko said in a oh so sweet smile and voice as she removed her blood tail from his heart as he slumped down and died.

There was another stunned silence in the room because this 8 year old just killed a civilian council member in front of everyone but based on what he said and what Naruko said, what she did was right by law. "NARUKO WHAT HAVE YOU DONE." Hiruzen yelled at her but she wasn't bothered by it at all. "Whatever do you mean Hokage, I just did what is best for the village you know the will of fire that you always speak of. I'm protecting the village. What if there was a spy here somehow and heard of my special status what then rather than wait for him to make a blunder of spreading it I dealt with the problem right away isn't that the most logical choice." Naruko said putting on a confused expression showing that she didn't understand what she did was wrong.

"You know that what you did was wrong Naruko." Hiruzen said back but couldn't help but admit what she said is right in his head. "Ah but what's more important to the village Hokage, me a jinchuriki of the nine tails fox or an idiot civilian that can't keep his mouth shut." Hiruzen couldn't say anything about that and neither could the rest of the council because what she says is all true. The ninja side of the council approved of her actions and many of them didn't like the civilian side anyway so watching them die actually made them happy in the end but they wouldn't show it after all.

Hiruzen sighs to himself seeing that what's done is done already "Cat remove the body so that we may continue please." Cat then appeared and disappeared with the body. "Listen here you brat, you will be punished by the law for killing him and tried by the civilian courts since you are not a ninja yet." screamed Mebuki Haruno, Sakura's mother and a bitch of a woman and known for having a loudmouth.

"Oh rather interesting that you say that you screaming bitch, you do know that I'm only 8 right what do you think you're going to do kill me or send me to prison? Ya good luck with that shit, I'm more important to the village then your whole miserable existence and that includes your family. Please make a move against me and give me an excuse to end your very existence but know that you won't be the only one that suddenly has an 'accident'." People were gasping at what they just heard but many were happy for it. None liked Mebuki, not even the elders and danzo but she has voting power so because of that they deal with her but her voice is so awful that nobody would even miss her if she was to say disappear one day.

"Now, now Naruko, let's calm down and get back to why we were here. As for you Mebuki I'm ordering you to drop the matter of Naruko killing that man. He broke the law and his sentence was carried out, end of story." The civilian council side all gritted their teeth but nodded their head agreeing knowing that they couldn't do anything with the hokage backing her up. "Do you want Gaara to be under your clan's protection then and join it as a member?"

"But of course Hokage Gar-kun is my little brother and my family so of course I will protect him to the best of my abilities." Naruko said while making a salute at him.

"I'm sorry to bring this up Hokage but the Uzumaki are not a clan of the village." Inoichi Yamanaka said, making everyone else nod their heads in agreement.

"While not a clan of the village they were once an ally of the village meaning that they have a seat on the council it was just never used since we didn't have any members living here besides Kushina and she didn't want it as she didn't like to sit for meetings." Shikaku Nara informed everyone since he knew of this but not many did.

"But can this pup put someone under their protection even if their clan is of one person only?" Tsume Inuzuka asked confused on if this is even allowed.

"Regardless if they even have one person doesn't mean that they stopped being a clan they just need to repopulate their numbers is all she would be much like the Uchiha clan who currently only have one member." Hiashi Hyuga, this got many of the members thinking of something.

"While Naruko might not be of age to join the council yet, I still recognize that she is a clan and thus can put Gaara under her clan's protection. Hiruzen said ending anyone else from questioning this matter anymore. "Now Gaara did you want to join the academy like Naruko?"

Look at Naruko who nods "Yes, I don't mind. I'll do whatever big sis wants me to do." This statement got some of the council members worried because that means if Naruko was to betray the village they wouldn't have to deal with only one jinchuriki but two of them, a scary thought.

"Well I believe that settles everything then everyone returns to what you were doing and Naruko meets me back in my office please. Cat go and find Anko and Kurenai and tell them to meet me at my office please." Hiruzen says to the cat who appears to acknowledge the order then body flickers away to carry out her task. Everyone gets up and leaves but as the council were walking by the two children in the room all of the civilian members glared at them to which Naruko quickly whispered into Gaara's ear and then they both put their middle fingers up at them all stunning them at their actions. "Bye bitch's." The clan leaders who saw this couldn't help but laugh at these kids antics.

Hiruzen shook his head at Naruko's actions and mutter to himself "I'm getting to old for this shit"
