1 Chapter 1: Transmigration

Konoha :

During the nigth due to the sudden attack of the masked man the nine tails was released and lord fourth sacrifisied his life for the village to seal the nine tails .

The Nine tails attack caused the damage to the village .so Third hokage has to step and become the hokage once again

Shimura clan:

The roots have managed to evacuate the people of shimura clan in the the nick of time before a tailed beast bomb was sent.

Next morning a child was shocked when he recived his memories as his name was Kazan .before Kazan reincarnted he was ordinary college student .

One month later :

During the nine tails attack shimura kazan 's were killed by the nine tails as the were both special jounin and jounin respectively .they were sent to defend against the nine tails .

Shimura kazan was alone as he was doing the leaf concentration excercise .It has been one month since he was reincarnated because he was an orphan in previous he had no parents but he still had some friends .he still thinks about them he had to concentrate on the world he is in rigth now .

the Leaf Concentration Practice training method is done by placing a leaf over an individual's forehead and having them direct all their chakra onto the leaf, using it as a focal point. it was excerise to build chakra control.

The True reason for this excercise is to increase mental concentration .Although it may help in chakra control . 

Due to his parents unforunate deaths in this life .the shimura clan was making him stay at the shimura orphane at the clan. Because of him staying at he shimura clan kazan knows that if he show high talent that will attract danzo 's attention that does not mean that he will have to work at root

The root's ninja are highly trained and brainwashed to have zero emotions .If he were train every clan member with high potential at root the shimura clan will cease to exist .

According to this Body memories recenctly before nine tails attack his parents were taking about the lack of young talents in shimura clan . again due to the attack many future talented shinobi may have died

This is why he is semi confident that he will not have to work at root still this is under assumptions .He may have to change it later .

kazan was a huge fan of anime and watched the anime completly so he knows about the otsustuki's and their plans . he knows that even if he doesn 't train naruto and sasuke will eventually seal kaguya away.

But no matter if somone transmigrates everone wants to be the strongest. he may not acheive it .but atleast he needs to try it .

Soon the alarm clock began to rang .it 's already 5:30 i should go and train my body .

kazan at present doesn't have many ideas how to train his body .still he thinks due to the presence of chakra he is already stronger than ordinary civilans at 12 years . so he started running 5 laps around the ground he was aldready breathing heavily .

After taking some rest he already began running again untill 7:30 am .i think should go to the orphange eat the breakfast . so he went to the orphange .

After eating the breakfast he went to the shimura training grounds .this time it was not to practicse but to see how other are practising . clans start training their clan children at an early age of 5 .

because starting from the age of 5 their chakra begans to grow so they know the basics of the clan jutsu.

kazan was watching other five year clan members were training .i thougth they would train ninjutsu . but they are doing physical excersice . they are already start teaching shimura taijustu .

with this information he finally went to his orphange.

deep within konoha's undergound system 

danzo shimura was reading the reports of loss of nine tails attack . he want take action ask to give control of nine tail jinchurki.

but he know that the no matter what he may do hiruzen will not give him the control of nine tails.but that does not mean he will trouble hiruzen .

I will trouble hiruzen by spreading the rumors about the nine tails is the boy.so he cannot help minato s son. the reason for this is both simple and complicated as naruto is minato son and he should be a hero who saved the villlage.

But there are many reasons for this first what if naruto losses control no one reseal the nine tails except hiruzen by using Dead Demon Consuming Seal.

Another reason is if hiruzen can control naruto he will gain much more political power .

A root agent came and gave him a scroll these are total losses of our shimura clan.it seems that there no one that talented like kakashi or itachi . but it is expected .

Ninjas like kakashi or itachi are rare and that have s class ninja potential are valuable.if there is any i can rise to s rank .i can take the position of hokage 

I Should also think about increasing the clan s strength to its peak
