Chapter 29: Academy Speedrun! Baby!!
Cheon Mujin stood right in front of the Sapphire Monolith on the third floor of the Demonic Library.
His peripheral vision widened as he analyzed the two sword traces left at the sword monolith. Soon after he analyzed it, he headed straight right at the fourth floor and did the same.
After registering both Sword Force of the Sky Demon and the Destructive Sword Technique, he headed right into his private training room, which can only be given to those who passed the fourth test. He trained the sword technique he had acquired relentlessly.
Five days later Cheon Mujin got out of the training room, with the sword technique fully registered into his entire being.
He didn't spare any time at all, he didn't even check on his group mates to see if they passed. He headed right straight into the academy's main headquarter where the office of Academy Director was located.
Cheon Mujin approached one of the instructor.
"I would like to request an audience from the Director." Said Cheon Mujin. It doesn't seem like a request but more like a command. The latter could only nod his head feeling the strange pressuring aura that was pinning down on him.
"I-i'll do so." Then he informed Lee Hameng of this. The Right Guardian, curious to what the illusive cadets want agreed to meet the latter.
"Bring him in." Lee Hameng said.
Cheon Mujin stood in front of Lee Hameng and said in a decisive voice.
"I want to take the fifth test today."
Lee Hameng was abruptly shocked by Cheon Mujin's request but after some quick re-evaluation he nodded.
"The Fifth test will be hard and would require someone to be in the Super Master level, are you sure you are ready?" Asked Lee Hameng for reconfirmation.
"I'm way past that level. I'm sure I'm more than qualify." What he is saying is right though. Cheon Mujin have repeatedly shown that he is more than qualified and have already transcended through the limits of a cadet.
And with that Lee Hameng gave permission for Cheon Mujin to take the test.
"I see that you are confident. I'll approve it, Head Instructor Hou Jinchang will come at your quarter tomorrow to guide you at the test site."

The Day After: Morning.
Hearing the news about Cheon Mujin challenging the fifth test. Everyone inside the academy, cadets, instructor, even Seob Meng were present to witness the earliest take on the fifth exam.
Eventually, after a few minutes of waiting, Cheon Mujin arrived as casually as possible, taking his time as if he was walking in a park.
'Kehehe, what a crazy bastard indeed,' Seob Meng chuckled inside.
"Oh my? Aren't I quite the celebrity." Cheon Mujin says, covering his mouth bashfully.
"Head Instructor I'm ready for the test." Cheon Mujin said.
"This is the entrance." Hou Jinchang said as pointed at the cave.
Hou Jinchang opened the ragged door. Cold air began to blow from inside, proving that the cave was larger than expected. When Mujin walked in, there was a staircase that led into the basement. It was very dark further in.
One of the instructors then pushed the wooden pillar next to the stairs, and the sound of something moving was heard from below.
Yeowun heard that there was machinery installed below already, so he just nodded. Hou Jinchang explained, "The fifth test only requires you to pass through it. You have to pass through various traps just by relying on your senses. There is an exit on the east end. We will wait for two hours there."
"So, there is a time limit to this?"
"It will only take maybe an hour to two hours. But if you can't come out within the timeframe, we will stop the machines and enter to see if you got into an accident" Said Hou Jinchang.
"Are you going to start now?" He asked.
"Yup, more than ready to." Then Mujin started. Hou Jinchang walked out and closed the cave, then the entire place got engulfed into darkness leaving the source of light behind.
But this was not a problem for Mujin at all, his senses have reached a godly level that this mere darkness can't keep him.
Mujin kept on walking down, as he walked down the air got more cold and chilly, after he walked down the height of a four story building he reached the end. He saw the entrance to the real cave and stepped forward.
In the entrance there was a disgustung smell of iron, blood, and oil, a testament to the machines history.
Without a second thought Mujin entered, upon his entrance he was greeted by a trap, a spear appeared out of nowhere and headed right straight for him but the latter dodged it with ease as if they were pesky flies.
He continued on traversing the cave and encountered more traps. Traps so elaborate that they could potentially injure someone at the Super Master level.
As he was traversing down the cave, he remembered the map that he got from the Prison Cave.
"If I remember correctly from the manhwa, the map in the Prison Cave is the map for Sealed Demon Cave,"
Sealed Demon Cave that's what the test site for the fifth test is called.
Mujin recalled the map and the mark it was pointing at. By spreading his senses all around the cave and by tapping his foot and creating vibrations, Cheon Mujin managed to find the exact place he was looking for.
With haste, he traverse through the cave and its traps with ease. And eventually he ended up facing a wall, a wall of blue sapphire with the character "Seal" deeply embedded into it.
It was the same handwriting that was used in the Saphire Monolith so it was pretty easy to guess that they were made by the same person.
"Kekeke, Sky Demon Sword and Dark Demon Qi, here I come,"
Cheon Mujin heard a growling noise inside. It was like as if some beast was lurking and sealed behind this cave.
At those growling sounds, Cheon Mujin smiled in happiness.
"It's here,"
"Let's try the sword technique I got from the fourth floor."
Cheon Mujin takes up a stance and weaves his sword in a terrifying manner.
Fourth Formation of the Sword Force of the Sky Demon
Twenty-four slashes unfolded from his blade, he struck down the wall with ferociousness, his sword weaved into a powerful display of trascended power.
For the past few months. Cheon Mujin really didn't manage to perform the Sword Force of the Sky Demon on it's full potential since doing so would break his blade.
Even though his blade is made from a special iron, it was still not enough to withstand the full power of the technique left behind by Founder Cheon Ma.
So everytime he unfolds this technique he only uses 1/4th of its original power so as to not destroy his sword that was one and only in the entire Cult.
But today he knew he was getting a new sword so he didn't spare any efforts at all to restrain and unfolded the sword technique to its full power destroying the wall.
Upon the destruction of the wall he was assaulted by a pungent smell and a spiteful chilling demonic energy.
But that didn't falter him at all in fact it even encouraged Mujin to continue more.
