The Heaven defying comprehension ability that I have been given works wonder for understanding, It does not directly affect my physique but I can make a exercise to infinitely improve my physical and spiritual strength.

There is Natural Energy in this world maybe I can use it to elevate my life and even increase my life lifespan like those toads, snakes and slug.

First lets check the meridians and acupoints through which the Natural energy will, I need to have a complete understanding of my body before I start with this project.

Starting from my Skin, muscles, bones and Internal organs. Going from large to small I started focusing on my meridians and acupoints.

Comprehension ability was doing it's wonder right now answer's coming right when I need them. I had a basic idea of which path to choose for my Natural energy to travel for the safest route.

I will be using pure natural energy and the exercise I just came up with is the most basic version of what I can come up with.

Let's start with this and I will keep upgrading this exercise to improve its effect. But for now this is enough.

Using it for the first has made my strength have another leap. But the next practice may not give such results unless I upgrade the exercise again.

I also need to make a exercise for my Spiritual strength and start working on improving the strength of my ninjutsu.

I practised till night making enough progress to feel my Spiritual strength increase. There was no major breakthrough, just my brain seemed to process more information and I felt more concious of my surroundings.

After packing up for the day I went home, Shadow clone released itself. He had only done paperwork taday too. Now I felt much more aware about the situation of the Konoha village.
