CHAPTER 76: Distant Hope (Part 1)

Andrew's POV: 

*Flashback* 

"I've never taken a night walk with anyone before in my life" Jessica says, while we're walking on the river sidewalk.

I smile at her words like an idiot, actually I've been smiling like a morrone since yesterday. I couldn't get her out of my mind since the moment I laid my eyes on her beautiful face which was yesterday afternoon. 

"This time usually I'd still be at my office working my ass off, alone and desperate. Or I could be at my house watching a movie by myself in the dark" I admit to her, my painful struggles with an awkward smile as I look briefly at her.

She really looks strong and confident, she seems like a force of nature, truly. I have no idea how can I ever attract a woman like her, I want her to like me so bad yet I feel like she's out of my league.

"Are you saying right now that you're a virgin? Andrew!" She asks, with a dramatic shocked expression. Like she just heard the most shocking confession.
