3 Departure to Crypto

Pete jumped off the chair and fell to the ground as he saw the Goddess and a ghost-like figure suddenly appear in front of him. He scrambled to his feet, his heart pounding in his chest.

"Who are you?" he asked, his voice trembling.

  The Goddess looked at him and then crumbled wall. It was a mess, but it was nothing to her. She waved her hand, and the wall repaired itself instantly. The bricks and mortar moved back into place, and the wall was as good as new.,

Goddess said in a calm tone,

"Hero it's time for to go to the world and fulfill your duty"

Pete stood up straight, as if he had never fallen. He looked at Morsh, then at the Goddess and said,

"Goddess is he also a Hero? "

Goddess thought, 'I hope ' but said "No, he is not a hero, but you both have to go together "

"Also, you will share same body for some time until you can venture alone in the world"

Pete became confused when he heard that he had to share a body. He didn't understand what that meant, or why the Goddess would ask him to do it.

"What do you mean, share a body?" he asked.

The Goddess smiled.

"It's simple," she said. "You and Morsh will share the same body. You will both be able to control it "

"But why?" Pete asked. "Why do we have to share a body?"

Goddess replied in a charming and elegant way,

"You are new to the world so, you will need someone who can understand you in a new world"

"You just have to share body until you can live on your own... also, you can't refuse this as I can just send you back to your world "

Pete made a fake smile and said to the goddess,

"No no goddess I will share the body with him, you don't have to send me back"

He turned to Morsh and introduced himself,

"Hello, I am Pete and I hope we get along well"

Morsh nodded and said,

"I am Morsh just call me by my name"

"I will be evaluating your performance. "

Hearing he will be evaluating him Pete smiled changed and a worried expression took its place instead,

Morsh looked at the changed expression then looked at the Goddess and said,

"Goddess, may I have some alone time with the Hero as we are going to share same body for some time"

Hearing this Goddess nodded and disappeared.

Morsh said,

"Don't worry, do whatever you want but and I will just pass you"

Hearing this Pete expression changed to happy again and he said,

"Ohh thank you sir, I will not disappoint you, I will be the best hero and exterminate the evil from the world"

"So, sir do I have to defeat some demon lord or some other evil creature"

Morsh thought for a moment,

'I didn't even ask the Goddess why she summoned a hero to this world'

Morsh then shouted,

"Goddess"

Goddess appeared in front of them and said,

"So, did both of you get acquainted with each other? "

Morsh looked at the Goddess and said,

"Goddess, may I have a moment with you"

Goddess nodded and put a soundproof barrier around Morsh and herself and said,

"So, what do you want to talk about "

Morsh said,

"Why did you summoned us here.... Is there a demon lord or some entity that affecting the world"

Goddess replied,

"No there is no demon lord or evil entity in this world, and I just summoned for the competition of the heroes"

Morsh took a deep breath and said,

"So, what will the hero do in your world"

Goddess thought and said,

"I don't know... He just has to be powerful enough to win the championship of the heroes"

Morsh was speechless and thought,

'How can a Goddess be this dumb.... Her world isn't in any danger, and she summoned a hero '

Morsh then said,

"So how will he get strong if there is nothing to fight in your world"

Goddess bluntly said,

"I don't know... I didn't think about it "

Pete outside of the barrier was getting nervous as he can see conversation between Goddess and Morsh but can't hear anything.

"What are they talking about... did I failed before entering the world"

"No, I have to stay positive"

Inside the barrier Morsh shook his head left to right said,

"Why don't you make a demon lord and some strong monsters that will get in way and help him get strong "

Goddess looked at Morsh with straight face,

'This is a good idea... '

"You are somewhat useful"

"Now I will tell him about it "

Morsh frowned and said,

"No, I will tell him after we go to your world and put down the barrier "

Goddess nodded and puts the barrier down and looked at the Pete and said,

"Hero, you will know who you have to defeat when the time comes. so don't worry about it"

Pete's expression brightened up as he heard this and said with a big smile on his face,

"Ok goddess... so when can we go to the world"

Goddess replied,

"First I have to tell you about this world "

Morsh interrupted the goddess and said,

"Wouldn't it be better to learn about the world yourself hero Pete"

Pete thought that it might be a test and nodded to Morsh and said to the goddess,

"Yes goddess, as Morsh said It would be better to learn about it myself"

Goddess nodded and said,

"As you wish "

"Now it's time for you to go "

Morsh made eye contact with the goddess and said,

"Goddess why don't we have a small chat before we go "

Goddess put up the barrier again and said,

"What is it now??"

Morsh said in a commanding voice,

"Tell me about the world and teach me some techniques and magic "

Goddess was dumbfounded by this and said,

"Didn't you just say that it would be better to learn about it yourself "

Morsh shook his head left to right and said,

"No, I said it would be better for Pete, but I want to know about everything before I go there"

Goddess sighed and said,

"This world is 3 times bigger than your previous world and has 5 continents arranged in way that looks like flower as one continent in the center and other continents on four sides of the central one looking like flower petals "

"The continent in center called the central continent and the other continents called east, west, north and south according to their direction from the central continent"

"You will be going to the eastern continent where the humans live"

"And why would I teach you techniques and magic, also hero has to be sent without learning any techniques and magic of the heaven"

Morsh said in a frustrated tone,

"Because of the trouble that you are giving me by making me share the body with the someone"

"You can give me techniques as I am not a hero so, just teach me"

Goddess sighed but didn't show anger as Pete was also watching her but can't hear because of the barrier,

"Ok if this takes you away from my sight while I make a body, I can give you techniques and teach you magic of this world"

"First I will send the basic information about weapons and magic in your mind and then send you to library where books are stored so you can just learn from them"

"But you will only have time of 5 minutes before I finish making body... so you will automatically be teleported back after 5 minutes"

Goddess puts her hand on Morsh's head and golden light came from the hand of the goddess and entered Morsh's head,

Morsh was getting basic information about every type of weapon and basic knowledge of magic,

But Morsh felt the darkness inside his body engulf the golden light and absorbing more golden light, Morsh thought,

'What's happening... why the darkness absorbing the golden light from the goddess'

The darkness kept absorbing the golden light and the basic information became intermediate and went up as time goes by

Goddess looked at Morsh and said,

"You must be pretty dumb that you didn't even understand the basic knowledge in half a minute with my power"

Morsh thought,

'She didn't even realize that I am getting more techniques and my knowledge of every weapon has gone up to master rank and I am already a sage in magic'

After couple of seconds, Goddess removed her hand from Morsh's head and said,

"You can't even comprehend the basic level of weapon and magic even with a goddess's help"

"Where do you get that attitude of yours without any talent??"

Morsh sighed and said,

"Just send me to the library"

Goddess said,

"I was worried to send you to the library but seeing your talent I don't have to be worried "

Goddess waved her hands in air and Morsh disappeared,

Morsh opened his eyes and found himself in an infinitely long circular room with countless books in the shelves. The shelves reached up to the ceiling, which was so high that it was lost in the shadows. The only light in the room came from the books themselves, which glowed with a soft, ethereal light.

Morsh stood up and looked around in amazement. He had never seen anything like it before. He felt as if he were standing in the middle of a library that contained all the knowledge of the universe.

He thought for a moment,

'It would be impossible for me to find a technique which is good in these many books'

'Would the dark energy like before can help me in that'

Morsh closed his eyes and concentrated on the dark energy that had entered his body when he accepted to live in this world. After two minutes, the dark energy surged out of his soul and spread over the library.

Some books of the library started floating in the air, engulfed by the dark energy. The books opened, and their pages began turning over rapidly.

Morsh watched in awe as the books revealed their secrets. He saw pages filled with ancient languages, arcane symbols, and forbidden knowledge.

After some time, the dark energy left the books and engulfed another books,

The books that were previously engulfed, just fell towards the floor looking they just had lost their power but before the books hit the ground a golden string came from the shelves where the books were and attached to the books then pulled the books back to their place,

After two minutes Morsh called back the dark energy, and it returned with all of the knowledge of the books,

When all dark energy returned to the Morsh his head started hurting by all the information of the library and he fell on the floor groaning in pain,

After 30 seconds the pain was gone, and he finally sat down gasping,

Morsh sat down for some seconds and said,

"I guess it's time to go back"

He then disappeared from the library and came back to the room where the Goddess and Pete is,

As he opened his eyes, he saw that Pete was already in a body and standing in front of Goddess and said,

"Goddess send me in the body too "

Goddess turned back put up a soundproof barrier between her and Morsh and said in a teasing tone,

"Hoh did you read any of the books??? I forgot to tell you that only angles and other gods can read them and if anyone tries to take a book out, a golden string will immediately take the book back and lock the books"

Morsh looked at the goddess and said,

"Bitch how can you do this...."

Goddess said in an angry tone,

"Hey, don't call me a bitch, we are not in summoning room so I can punish you now"

Morsh glared at the goddess,

'Well, I can't fight her now as I only know techniques and magic spells and don't have enough mana to use it'

Morsh said,

"Just send me to the body and send us to the world"

Goddess nodded and waved her hands and the soul of Morsh covered with a golden light and his soul was sucked in the body,

Then she said,

"Now you are both in same body and at night Morsh will took over while Pete sleep and at day Pete will take over"

"Now then Hero happy journey"

Saying that the goddess waved her hands and a magic circle formed beneath Pete and Morsh and then they disappeared.

Pete opened his eyes and found himself laying on the ground surrounded by trees.
