Chapter - 50

Morsh summoned 200 dark goblins and ordered them,

"Bring back everything valuable around the city "

The dark goblins spread all around the city and started looting,

Most of the citizens were already killed by the dark knights,

The remaining citizens were screaming and running toward the city gate to escape but a lot of them were killed by the dark knights,

Some of them chose to hide in the buildings, but the dark lieutenants were killing them inside the building,

Only a few lucky were able to escape,

Morsh was standing in front of the assassin's guild,

He released dark poison smoke and surrounded the building with it and entered the dark room,

The person was sitting there surrounded by assassins,

Morsh said,

"I came here for the coins!!"

The person said with his changed voice,

"The city is under attack and you still want your coins "

Morsh released the dark poison smoke and killed the assassins around the person,

Morsh then raised his hand and a ball of light appeared, lighting the whole room,

Morsh looked at the person and said,

"So you are a woman "

A middle-aged women stood up from the chair and said,

"What do you want "

Morsh said,

"I want your treasury"

The women said,

"I have more than 200 men in the building, you think you can get away after this"

Morsh unsheathed his sword and cuts her hands down with lightning speed,

She didn't even realize for couple of seconds that her hands were cut down,

She screamed as the pain begin to arise,

"Ahhhhhhh... "

Her scream alerted every assassin in the building and they all began to sworm toward the room,

Morsh released dark poison smoke and filled the whole building with it,

The assassins died as soon as the poison smoke touched them,

After some time, the woman realized that no one was coming for her rescue,

She kneeled down and said,

"Please don't kill me... I will take you to the treasury"

She then pushed the table with her legs revealing stair going downwards,

She said,

"The treasury is down there "

Morsh kicked her down and she rolled down the stairs leaving blood stains all over the stairs,

She stopped in front of a large door protected with magic circles,

Morsh walked down the stairs and saw the door,

The women said,

"I will only open the door if you swear to let me go "

Morsh stabbed her heart and absorbed her soul,

"Your need finished here..."

Morsh released dark energy into the door and after couple seconds, the magic circles on the door shattered,

Morsh pushed open the door and entered the treasury,

The treasury was filled with coins, jewelries and other valuables,

Morsh summoned some dark soldiers and they started filling the coins in his storage space,

He said after clearing the treasury,

"Let's visit other places "

Morsh got out of the assassin's guild and headed toward the fighter's arena,

The arena was filled with people watching fights unaware of the attack outside,

Morsh filled the whole arena with dark poison leaving only one of three masked men alive,

He walked up to him and said,

"Where is the treasury "

The man bowed and quickly took him to the treasury,

Morsh killed the man and then looted the treasury,

Morsh then looted the slave market and some large gambling houses,

Morsh was walking toward the castle when he saw the mercenary guild,

"I almost forgot about the mercenaries "

Only the workers and some mid-level mercenaries were guarding the guild as the others already killed by the dark knights,

Morsh easily looted the mercenary guild,

The dark knights were closing in toward the city lord's castle,

The castle's doors were closed, and soldiers were standing on top of walls shooting arrows,

Inside the castle, the courtroom was filled with ministers and a group of warriors,

A middle aged man was sitting on the throne said,

"Who are the attackers??"

One of the ministers in the room said,

"We don't know the identity of the attackers my lord "

The city lord stood up and angrily said,

"So we don't even know the identity of the attackers!!! "

The man bowed down and said,

"My lord, I have sent some of my men to investigate about the enemy"

The lord took a deep breath and calmed himself and said,

"What about the reinforcements? "

The man said,

"My lord, it would take about a week for the reinforcements to arrive "

The lord said while stroking his chin,

"Can we hold on for that long "

The man smiled and pointed toward the group of warriors and said,

"My lord, we can not only survive but win with these 25 first rate warriors here"

The group kneeled,

The city lord smiled and ordered them,

"Go destroy the enemy"

The group stood up and ran out from the courtroom,

Outside the castle, the dark knights have gathered outside castle gate,

The castle door opened and the 25 warriors ran out holding their weapons,

They stopped a couple of meters away from the dark knights and one of them said,

"What kind of monsters are these "

Another one of them manifested aura swords and said,

"We will know when we kill them "

All of them manifested aura weapons around them,

The aura weapons lit the whole area up,

The dark knights also manifested dark energy weapons around them,

The dark weapons were shining in aura weapons light like the eyes of the predator watching his prey,

The warriors were surprised when they saw dark energy weapons,

One of them said,

"Why is their aura black "

Another one said,

"We will know when we kill them!!"

They begin shooting their aura weapons towards the dark knights,

The dark knights also shot their dark swords toward the warriors,

The dark weapons and aura weapons clashed with each other,

The aura weapons were being devoured by the dark energy weapons,

The warriors were further surprised by this,

Someone among them said,

"What is happening... my aura is being eaten by that black aura "

The dark energy swords were getting closer and closer making it difficult for them to defend,

The aura of the warriors was depleting while the dark energy was increasing with the devoured aura,

Soon their aura completely depleted and they couldn't manifest any more aura weapons,

The dark energy swords penetrated them at that moment and they died with countless holes in their bodies,

Their souls were devoured by the dark knights and enhanced them,

Morsh was watching everything from a distance,

"So the dark soldiers can be upgraded... "

The dark knights then entered the castle,

The soldiers attacked but were unable to stand even a second,

A soldier ran inside the courtroom and shouted,

"My lord, the enemy has infiltrated "

This shocked everyone in the room,

Some of them begin to shake due to fear,

The city lord said,

"There is nothing we can do now "

The minister said,

"My lord, I think this is the doing of the royal family "

Everyone in the room turned toward him,

The city lord angrily said,

"How dare you insult the royal family "

The man kneeled and said,

"My lord, they called all of the high ranking mages three days ago and now we are under attack "

The dark knights entered the courtroom and started killing everyone,

They screamed and tried to run away but were killed,

Morsh was standing in front of a large door with a maid,

He said,

"So this is the treasury "

The maid nodded and Morsh decapitated her,

Morsh released some dark energy on the door,

After couple of seconds, the magic circles on the door shattered and Morsh pushed open the door,

The treasury filled with coins, jewelries, and other valuable items,

Morsh summoned 50 dark soldiers and opened storage space and ordered them,

"Put everything in the storage space "

The dark soldiers quickly started looting the treasury,

The whole treasury was emptied in half an hour,

Morsh dismissed their summon and walked out of the treasury,

The dark knights were standing outside the treasury,

He ordered them,

"Five of you follow me and others go around the city and kill the hidden ones "

Five dark knights stayed with him and others ran out of the castle,

Morsh said,

"My dark poison should have sold by now "

Morsh walked toward the black market with five dark knights and reached there in no time,

He surrounded the whole building with dark poison and entered,

Morsh saw the 5 warriors standing guard as soon as he opened the door,

The dark knights ran from behind and killed all of them,

Morsh was walking toward the office while the dark knights were killing everyone in the way,

Morsh entered the office and saw the women sitting with two first rate warriors and 5 second rate warrior,

She said,

"How brave of you to barge in like that "

Morsh pointed toward the first rate warriors and ordered the dark knights,

"I want their souls this time "

Four dark knights attacked the first rate warriors and the fifth one attacked the second rate warriors,

The second rate warriors were killed instantly,

The first rate warriors were able to block first attacks but were killed with the second one,

Morsh walked up to the women and said,

"Where are my coins "

Fear took over the women and she said in a wavering voice,

"Who are you? "

Morsh took out the receipt from the storage space and gave it to her,

The women looked at the receipt and said,

"Oh... your poison was sold for 800000 gold coins... but we will keep it as a compensation for my men "

Morsh swings his sword her hands fell on the floor,

"Where is the treasury "

She screamed in pain,

"Aghhhhhhhh.... "

Morsh said while pointing his swords toward her legs,

"The treasury "

The women shuts her mouth and glared at Morsh,

Morsh used fear and said,

"You are playing hard to get even in your final moments "

The woman resisted at start but started shaking in fear as Morsh increased the output,

She shouted as it became unbearable for her,

"I will lead you there... so please stop "

Morsh stopped using fear and said,

"Let's go "

She took her to a large empty room,

Morsh said,

"Where is the treasury "

The women pointed toward a wall and said,

"The door looks like a wall due to the illusion magic"

Morsh released some dark energy into the wall and the illusion broke revealing a large door,

The women said,

"How did you do that "

Morsh decapitated her and entered the treasury,

He looted the treasury and walked out of the building and headed back to the adventurer's guild,

He saw mountains of coins, jewelries, potions, weapons as he reached the guild,

Morsh opened his storage space and the dark soldiers started putting all of the loot into it,

The dark knights also returned and Morsh absorbed souls from their weapons,

After collecting everything, Morsh dismissed the summons,

He then jumped on the guild's roof and looked around the city,

Couple of houses were on fire, streets were filled with corpses and no living being could be seen,

Morsh smiled and said,

"Now I only need a technique to possess a body "

Time stopped with a thunderous voice from the sky,

"How dare you do this to my world "
