24 Chapter - 24
Pete had taken over the body and was confused when he saw the captain talking to him,
The captain was surprised and said,
"It's no use of hiding your strength now "

Pete said,
"What do you mean "

The thought,
'I was sensing someone strong just a moment ago, but all I sense now is a weakling '

The vice captain said,
"Captain... we got news through the crystal that the north side is under attack "
‣
The captain looked at the vice-captain and said,
"The old man and the five of those bastards are there... so don't worry about that place "
‣
The captain then looked at Pete and said,
"Why are you attacking the city "
‣
Pete was already confused and when he heard this, he became shocked too and said,
"What do you mean "

The captain said,
"Why are you acting like you don't know anything "

The captain shot an aura sword toward Pete,
As the aura blade reached Pete, a dark knight blocked it with his sword,

Pete was surprised when he saw this and said,
"Who are you.? "

The captain said,
"Now you don't even remember your comrades "

Pete said,
"They are not my comrades... I am seeing them first time in my life "

Morsh was watching everything and thought,
'They must have asked for the reinforcements by now'

Captain sighed and said,
"You think I am a fool "

Morsh thought,
'It would be great if I can use the dark voice transmission through here '

Morsh said to the old man's soul with the voice transmission,
"Pour the potion bottle that I gave you on my face "

The old man took out the potion bottle and poured it over Pete's face,

Pete looked at the old man as he was pouring the potion on him,
"What are y..... "

He lost consciousness and Morsh took over the body,
Morsh stopped his breath and released some dark healing smoke on his face,

The captain was shocked as he saw the dark smoke covering Morsh's face,
"Just what are you... you were a weakling just a moment ago but now you are strong again "

Morsh took back the healing smoke and said,
"I was testing something "
‣
Morsh said inwardly,
'It was helpful to give the dark soldier the potion for making me unconscious '
‣
Morsh ordered the dark knights,
"You two will attack the captain and the old man will be attacking the girl behind him "
‣
The dark knights manifested the dark energy swords and launched them toward the captain,
Captain also manifested the aura swords and used them to defend against the dark energy blades,

Morsh said,
"You are strong... you can handle two first rate warriors by yourself "
‣
Captain smiled and said,
"It's not that I am strong, it's just that they are weak "
‣
Morsh smiled and said,
"Hmm... you can be strong in a fair fight... but I don't fight fairly "
‣
Morsh released some dark sleeping smoke toward the captain,
The dark sleeping smoke entered captain's body through his nose,
The captain started feeling sluggish and said,
"So you like playing dirty "

Morsh said,
"I never play fairly with anyone... even if they are weaker than me "
‣
The vice-captain and the old man were fighting on the side,
The vice-captain was shocked as she was fighting and said,
"How can you use my family's sword techniques... and you are even at the level of my grandfather was "
"Even your moves are like my grandfather "

The old man then stabbed her in her stomach with the dark energy sword and the dark energy entered her body,
Her body was covering with dark energy bit by bit,

She can sense her life is getting away as the dark energy was covering her body,

The guards started running toward the old man as he stabbed vice-captain,
The old man started fighting with the guards as the vice-captain slowly dying,

The captain looked at the dying vice-captain and said with anger,
"How dare you injure her "

He then jumped back making some distance between him and the dark knights,
He then took out a knife and stabbed his thigh and said,
"You will die by me hands today "
‣
Morsh clapped and said,
"You stabbed yourself to stay awake... how daring "
‣
Morsh then looked at the guards running toward him and said,
"Let me clear the annoyance in our conversation"
‣
Morsh released the dark poison smoke toward the guards,
After couple of seconds, the guards started bleeding through their seven orifices and dropped dead,
The captain looked at the dying guards and his vines swells due to the anger,
"How dare you... "

The dark poison smoke had killed all of the guards and only the captain and vice-captain were alive, but the vice-captain was in the verge of death,
Morsh ordered the old man and the dark knights,
"Go attack the captain "
‣
All three of them started attacking the captain and the captain was being pushed back,
Morsh said,
"Don't kill him... just make him unable to move"
‣
The dark knights started piercing the captains' hands and legs,
The sword in captain's hand fell on the ground as his wrist was pierced by the dark knight's sword,
Dark energy was entering his body more and more as his body was being pierced,

After the captain was severely injured Morsh said,
"Stop... "
‣
The dark knights stopped attacking,
Morsh said,
"Bring the captain and the vice-captain here,
‣
The dark knights sheathed their swords and picked the captain and the vice-captain and dropped them in front of Morsh,
The captain was bleeding from all over his body and said while coughing blood from his mouth,
"What do you want "
‣
Morsh smiled and said,
"I want some information "
‣
The captain smiled and said,
"Huh... you have three first rate warriors under you... I am sure your information network is also good "
‣
Morsh said,
"I am sure you have asked for reinforcements from somewhere "
‣
The captain's laughed and said,
"So, are you afraid of the reinforcements "

Captain looked at the vice-captain and said,
"The reinforcements will be coming from the Rose city and will reach here in three days "

The captain said,
"What do you mean late... they are the fastest reinforcements we would get "
"It's just that you were too fast... we were supposed to stop the invaders for a couple of days "

Morsh said,
"If that's the case then I will destroy the city before the sunset "
‣
The captain laughed and said,
"There are 5 first-rate warriors and a first-rate mage in the north side of the town "
"Do you think you can defeat them "

The vice-captain died at that moment and Morsh said,
"I have sent 8 first-rate warriors there... you think they can be defeated by them "

Tears started falling from the captain eyes as he saw the vice-captain dying,
Morsh released some dark energy toward the captain and the captain was engulfed by the dark energy and after couple of seconds the dark energy returned to Morsh with the captain's soul,
Morsh then absorbed vice captain's soul and the guard's soul which were killed by dark poison smoke,

Morsh summoned the captain and the vice captain's soul and said,
"The first-rate dark soldiers will be called dark knights from now on and the second rate will be called dark lieutenants and below them will be called dark soldiers "
‣
Morsh then headed toward the north side of the city,
‣
The soldiers have already been defeated by the dark soldiers and the castle has also been surrounded,
Orcs were trying to break the castle door,
Archers were raining down the arrows on the dark orcs from the castle wall,
‣
Holes could be seen on the castle door as the orcs were stabbing their swords on the door,
The dark knights came forward and manifested dark energy swords and launched them toward the archers,
As the dark energy swords started attacking the archers, they ducked down to take a cover,
‣
After couple of minutes, Morsh reached there and saw the orcs trying to break the door and the dark knights attacking the archers on the wall,
Morsh sighed and said,
"Four dark knight and 50 lieutenants, go around the city and kill anyone on sight "
‣
Four dark knights and 50 lieutenants goes toward the city,
Morsh then said,
"Dark mages, attack the door "
‣
The dark mages came forward and started attacking with the dark fireball and some were even using dark lightening,
Morsh released dark poison and surrounded the whole castle with it,
"They probably have a way to escape... I should hurry "
‣
Morsh then ordered the dark orcs,
"Go spread around the city... and kill anyone on sight "
‣
The orcs spread around the whole city,
Morsh said,
"Now if there is a secret exit from the castle that leads to the city, they can't escape "
‣
After couple of minutes, the castle door broke,
*Bang Bang bang bang *
‣
Cannons shot out of the castle as soon as the door broke,
The mages which were close to the door got caught up in the cannon's fodder and most of them vanished,
‣
Morsh clapped,
"That was nice tactic... I will use this if the opportunity arrives "
‣
Morsh then waved his right hand and all the dark soldiers entered the castle,
The dark knights were in front and the lieutenants were after them and behind them were the dark soldiers,
The dark knights launched the dark energy blades as soon as they entered the castle,
The soldiers were being pierced by the dark energy swords,

One of the soldiers shouted,
"We can't win... run for your life "
‣
Some of the soldiers tried to jump from the castle wall to escape,
They mostly died and some broke their legs, but were crawling to get out the castle,
But escaping was not on their destiny as they were killed by dark poison smoke surrounding the castle,

Morsh sighed and said loudly as the soldiers can hear him,
"There is no escape... either fight or die... these are your only two options "
‣
The soldiers which were trying to escape stopped,
One of the soldier shouted,
"He is the leader of the monsters... if we kill him, the monsters will lose their leader and will run away "
‣
Morsh looked at the soldier who said this,
"You are good at boosting morale... but why do you think I am the leader "
‣
The soldier angrily said,
"Huh... do you think we are fools, you are giving orders to the monsters so you are the leader "
‣
A dark energy sword pierced his heart as he said that,
The dark knights were attacking nonstop with their dark energy swords,
Soon the garden of the castle was filled with dark soldiers and the corpses of the soldiers,

Morsh looked at the castle and said,
"Dark soldiers will stay on guard here and only dark lieutenants and dark knights will enter "
‣
He then entered the castle, dark knights have surrounded him as he was walking in the castle,
Some remaining soldiers were here and there hiding inside the castle,
Morsh said to the dark knight,
"Go get me an alive soldier "
‣
The dark knight ran forward and grabbed a soldier hiding behind the pillar and took him to Morsh,
Morsh looked at the soldier and said,
"Where is the city lord "
‣
The soldier was so terrified that he couldn't even speak but pointed toward a direction,
Morsh walked toward the direction and the soldier then pointed at a large door,
‣
Morsh looked at the door and found that it was being protected by the magic circles,
Morsh asked the soldier,
"How do you open this door "
‣
The soldier was still terrified and could not say anything,
Morsh made eye contact with him and said,
"If you don't talk, I will skin you alive "
‣
The terrified soldier said with a wavering voice,
"This is the treasury room, and the door can only be unlocked by the lord and the treasurer "
‣
Morsh sighed and drew his sword and sliced the soldier's throat,
Morsh then looked at the treasury and said,
"You might be able to get away alive if you had run away from some secret passage, but you made the biggest mistake of your life by hiding from me "
