5 Universal Energy Arts

Bum!

When Aqrabians are about to attack with their stings, more like when they are about to use it as a whip, they tend to tighten and raise it to the utmost peak they can.

That was the sign of a whip attack.

They already were aware of an Aqrabian's personality, since they also living among them. That is why their one eye was on his tail during the entire conversation.

"Hahahaha!"

Dodging Ahrab's strike was no easy feat, but these three managed it effortlessly. Ahrab wasn't laughing at their nimble escape to the back, but rather because he had struck nothing but the empty ground on his right side.

Ahrab wasn't foolish enough to initiate a fight at school, especially at this time when it was strictly forbidden.

"You idiots fell for it, huh?"

"Yeah, they did! Hahaha!"

Ahrab's voice irritated them, but Estero's voice from a few meters behind him did not. He had already started moving away when he foresaw the attack.

After all, knowing your friend was a necessity in life.

"Hey, funny guy!"

This time, the voice came from the direction where Ahrab had attacked.

A blue person with a chest almost as big as Maria's emerged from the classroom. Just like Zeta Zennava, she also had zero hair on her entire body. Snow across the world manifested in her eyes, beautifying her body.

"What do you want, blue a*s?"

"Huh? What did you say to me?"

Now they were face to face, making the height difference apparent. It was as if a regular human were facing a humanoid tank. Still, she had no fear in her white eyes, not averting them from the purple ones even for a second.

"What? Will you scream and get more power?"

"Can you beat me when I'm on Emotion State?"

"Hmph, of course, I can."

"Wanna try?"

Ahrab's unyielding, fierce gaze meant nothing to her. She just slowly raised her hands to take her fighting stance.

However, it interrupted like a flash by a voice coming from behind.

"Well, having my chastity protected by girls makes me feel good."

"You shut up, Leon," retorted, a tinge of redness coloring her blue face.

"I knew that you also were in love with me, Vastina."

"Alright, I'm changing targets."

Just like Zennava, she was also one of their friends. In fact, these four were the team back in primary school and middle school. They also had a bit of fame thanks to Leon, though it wasn't because of his handsome face, but for some entirely different reason.

"Don't! That a*s eater is the one being racist!"

"Oh… Right…"

Visible anger appeared on her face. She vividly recalled Ahrab's derogatory remark, which she had brushed off in the heat of the moment.

At that time, her actions were solely motivated by helping her friend, but circumstances had changed. A racial slur had been directed at her people, the Yuorians, in front of the entire school.

Something about her changed, not only in the sense of an unseeable aura but also in a visible change in her body.

The first change was veins; they were apparent now. If her body was once that of an average person, it had transformed into that of an athlete—muscular, but not on the scale of a bodybuilder.

The second change was in her gait. From being no different from a random person a moment ago, she now walked like a walking tank, matching Ahrab with every step. Every step of hers was creating a sound akin to Ahrab's tail just now.

Her power raised up to higher grounds after veins of anger appeared on her ocean face.

"Why don't we cut it here today?" Slowly inquired Estero, while opening his talons towards Vastina's head, readying himself to attack any moment.

"Estero, I'm an Aqrabian!"

Buuum!

The moment Ahrab shouted, another yell echoed not only in their corridor but throughout the entire school.

"And so I am!"

Following it was the earthquake, swinging the children like leaves they are. How powerful was the furious Aqrabian woman appeared as though teleported to their side.

Her fierce yet beautiful face and short black hair were enough to mystify others if they were not to witness her power, of course. She was the shadow overshadowing the light, with a height of 2.50 meters and a tail of more than 3 meters.

If Ahrab's volcanic alert level was 1, this woman's was clearly 4, if not 5. The sheer pressure she spread was akin to elephants hovering over their heads, waiting for the moment to crush their skulls.

"If you want to fight that much," looked between the kids, while her voice echoing to any and every student in the school, "Then do it after learning Universal Energy Arts!"

""Y-Yes, ma'am!""

Shivering with fear was the only thing they could do in front of such a hegemon.

"We have built all those facilities just for you sh*theads to get stronger! Use them, not the corridors!"

""Yes, ma'am!!""

"Now, go back to your classes!"

""Yes, ma'am!!!""

Then everyone vanished as fast as they could.

Zennava and Estero followed Leon and Maria. Upon entering the class and scanning it swiftly, Leon rushed to the last seat of the class, next to the window.

Maria's legs were longer than Zennava's, so she could steal Leon's front, while Zennava had to be satisfied with the seat next to her.

Let out a sigh of relief, 'I've shouted that much out of reflex, but is this a military school?' Was the first thought that crossed his mind.

It didn't take more than ten minutes for the teacher to arrive with books. She was a regular human, no different from Leon.

"Hello everyone, I, Alexina Hayden will be your homeroom teacher from today on."

""Hello, teacher!""

Kids excitedly greeted the teacher. The cause wasn't her blessing to eyes face, but the books she carried.

This was the moment every kid living in the world had been waiting for. Their time to get stronger, surpass their racial limits, and learn magic had finally arrived.

"I can understand your excitement. So, without further ado, let's start handing out these."

The Universal Energy Arts Book, a black book with galaxies adorning the cover, was the source of excitement. This book was a divine gift introduced to Earth by the Gods.

By learning the breathing technique inside the book, people can reach higher levels after accomplishing the requirement.

Thanks to levels, some can even fly, can't get sick from regular sicknesses, and anyone can be entirely immune to bullets from a century ago, now mere relics in history books.

While every family possessed at least one book, children had to wait until the age of 14 to start learning from them. Some believed it was the time when a person's body was at its peak for universal energy learning, while others thought it was a divine restriction imposed by the Gods to protect their children.

However, at the end of the day, only God knows.

'Now I'll be able to get stronger, too!'

Every kid out there was most likely thinking along the same lines as Leon.

Checked her watch, teacher Alexina, "I'll give you a quick brief, then we will head to the front yard."

Everyone eagerly nodded. It isn't like this was the first time they would hear something about Universal Energy Arts, but they were still eager to listen again.

Already aware of this fact, "As you already know, Level 1 and Level 2 are quite easy to reach. It's literally only a moment of time, which is why the least level when seeking a job starts at Level 2."

Unless you have been born with some sickness in your head, which is already solved with high technology, you can be a level 2, no matter what. It was that easy.

"However, Level 3 is the tricky one. You must learn inner and outer covering for that."

She stopped here and there to check the kids if they were listening, but they were so focused on her face that, "W-Well, those are hard, but not that hard. After that, you will be able to learn magic."

This time, not everyone's eyes sparkled. Some kids lowered their faces in disappointment—specifically, Zetas, Yuorians, and Reptilians. The large lizard boy sitting next to Leon belonged to the Reptilian race and also lowered his head.

They knew this was their fate, but they still couldn't help but be sad about it.

A random kid from class, "Teacher, what's your level?"

"Level 4, of course," innocently stated her might.

""Wow!""

"What's your magic tier, though?"

"So, after Level 3, things will get only harder. As you already know, you have to open a new core, and for that, you have to create a bridge first."

"She is a Tier 1, huh?"

Shot a gaze at that student, and that was enough to remind him that he still had to pass her class.

"For Level 5, you need to create two bridges at the same time. You'll learn the requirements for Level 6 when the time comes."

"Seems like she is the type who skips the cutscenes."

"Most likely."

"Whatever, everything is written in this, anyway."

"I'll teach you kids everything step by step during classes. So, let's take our way to the front yard."

Before leaving the class, Maria patted Zennava's tiny shoulder. She was a Zeta; her amplified spiritual power was the only thing she will have from today on until her passing. That was the fate of some races.

"Wanna hang out after the prayer?"

"I don't know…"

Came another pat, this time to her tiny back.

"Just hang out with her. I'll also join you guys later on, alright?"

"Well…"

"I'll take this as a yes."

"Thanks…"
