22 Elias Vs Gorilla
Elias was busy snoring inside the cave he excavated for himself but hearing a bleat, he woke up and was about to sit, he hit his head on the rock ceiling. he whined with watery eyes before he crawled out.
The Ram was back, and it now looked like a goat. But since they know each other, no one pretends to be someone else!
Elias glared at the Ram and then at the white chest that he have been having trouble convincing himself to touch.
He had placed his chain chest close to it to see if they were going to fight. But they didn't.
Elias sighed and he drove the island around trying to find the last compatible island that will make the end of the first trial.

In all of his hunts, Elias has not attained anything remotely good. Except for the island with a pond and edible grass. Now, he has been two weeks in this God-Forsaken Fog, and he has been eating grasses like some kind of herbivorous animal.
Adding to that, what squeezed his patient to the limit was the fact that finding Islands to merge with is hard.
Actually, they are avoiding him but he doesn't need to know that.
He had tried to forcefully merge with one island after defeating the mutated beast on it, but he failed.
In the end, he kept searching.
The only good grace was he has become strong to the point of wrestling with most beasts bare handed.
Yes, the moment his Grade jumped to 1, he felt a change. The first thing he noticed was that his Stamina had increased, his Strength was second and his Perception was the thing that changed the most.
Because now with the fog ten meters away from his island he can discern the nature of the island better and the type of beasts on it.
That is not all, there was a time during the daily mission he chose an island but the island ran away. He follows it for some time until the wand informed him that he won and he didn't have to.
Elias has become bold after that, and he chanced upon fighting a weak wolf and jumped into its island to fight it. Even though the weakness was on him, he was able to thrash the wolf senselessly with ease. Bare handed.
Grade 2 is not something to look down on.
But he realised something and that was whenever he moved with strength the island trembled. So there was a disparity in grades.
Grade 1, level 5 was the highest he could go until he made his island to grade up too.

His Chain Chest trembled and that made Elias begin the daily mission.
The truth though, his successful hunt was attributed to the Corrosive Liquid. Before he gains his strength, Elias has buried deep underground with his head altogether, then when the beast entered his island he will quickly buy the liquid and choose to place it on the beast's head.
The beast's face and head corrode and the beast dies. The only exception to the rule was a crocodile that only had its face corrode without getting to its brain. And that was a hassle, all he did was keep buying the liquid and dumping it on its head.
But that didn't kill it, but Elias has to stop when the crocodile enter his pond and was now living there. Not only that, the crocodile island was the last island he merged.
Elias trembled when he remembered that inside the pond, the crocodile was still there. Yes, it's still alive underwater trapped under the gain rock he was able to roll in.
Elias threw those thoughts away as he rests his hands on his waist. Looking like a man from the stone era on earth.
He stood 1.7 m tall, with enough fat to compete in Sumo Wrestling. He wrapped soft leather pants made from rabbit pelt.
He also has another leather made from bear pelt on his waist draped down. He also wore boots made of crocodile hide and rabbit pelt, that reached his knees.
Over his shoulder was another thick leather from an ape he managed to kill.
He has made a crude shirt but after a little bit of adventure, he realized he likes it better if dressed that way. It allows his fat to jiggle however they like and also the itching is not too bad.
That was his normal dress, but now that he was going into a fight, Elias is going to wear his leather armour.
After thirty minutes he was ready. Beneath the thick armour made of crocodile hide and rhinoceros hide was a soft leather he obtained from a giant mouse.
He now looked like a giant mad gorilla.
He looked at all our sides of the fog and he chose an island at random. It was another gorilla. The moment it saw him it hit its chest and roared.
"I'm not stupid!" Elias said as he grabbed a crude spear he made using rock and threw it with good accuracy… the beast dodge it.
Unperturbed by that, Elias continued to throw rocks he shaped into a crude knife, crude axe and with different sharp edges. The more the beast gets close the more Elias has tried the chance of getting a hit.
But the moment their Island touched each other Elias jumped forward with two long crude rock spears and landed on the island.
The beast island swayed down where he dropped before he went for a kill. The mutated gorilla was taken aback by the sudden intrusion.
Elias didn't go physical but hid behind his rock spear to attack and defend and when the gorilla wanted to use his weight to pressure him, he goes physical which they were close on equal terms.
But Elias used his fighting techniques to supplement with that and gradually he had an upper hand.
In ten minutes the fight ended, and the gorilla was on the ground, riddled with punctured wounds and blood flowing out of its head.
